How is violation of constitution? Imran Khan was coming here to further screw up Karachi's traffic situation. CJ has taken suo-moto action on Karachi's traffic s and asked local govt. to fix this problem.


If Imran comes to Karachi he would take part in rally and shall create traffic problems.

According to section 144 he is not allowed to conduct any rally or procession but he decided to violate it. What else could govt. do?

Warning had already issue to him in Islamabad "“ he was allowed to come Karachi but conditionally that he would not violate section 144 which is implemented to oblige court orders.

Unfortunately our courts are already looking for excuses to charge against govt. Had Imran conducted rally in Karachi courts would have taken action against Govt .

So as a preemptive measure his expulsion from Karachi is completely justified and in a vast interest of majority.

He can do his rally or whatever in Mianwali. No body would stop him.

But brother frankly speaking, without any hatred, do you think this is appropriate to stop any Pakistani from entering any city.

i know you are very logical person and i really like your this thing, so please regardless of who did this, please be with me, on this injustice.

Actually, i am thinking that some one should move forward this application into supreme court, that this law should be banned and eliminated as soon as possible.

i mean every one should be allowed to go any where in Pakistan, should be allowed to move free.

No Pakistani can be stopped by entering any specific region if that region is not declared as sensitive and even if area is sensitive then that should be for all not for one specific person.

i mean that if one Pakistani is harmful for one city, then he should be declared harmful for the country, and should be arrested or should be home arrested.

But this should not happen, that a person is not harmful for the country but is harmful for one city/area.

this kind of attitude can ignite different kind of violence like sectarian or provincial.

i hope now you have got my point, and will endorse this.
