Excellent article. It goes into the history of subservience of Pakistan to US and Western interests and agenda, as well as lists some of the major problems of the current worst all-round crisis in Pakistan's history, and proposes some practical measures and solutions. It is not enough to merely criticize and list the various problems. It is of utmost importance to also identify and explain their solutions. This article partially does that. Where I disagree is equating the incomparably more unjust and destructive state terrorism of US and NATO imperialist forces in Afghanistan and Pakistan and Pakistani state terrorism on parts of its own population-in the service of the former-, on the one hand, with the fight back and resistance of Pakhtoons and their allies to such state terrorism, on the other. Such resistance is unable to confront the incomparably superior military forces of aggression and invasion in conventional military battles and is forced to resort to urban and rural guerilla warfare tactics, which it is using very effectively. There is a fundamental difference in the nature of the two.
