After removing main hurdle of true Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Iftikhar Mohammed Chauhdhry, Mush has inducted fake judges to legitimize his sham re-election and emergency orders. Newly appointed corrupt judges are continuously writing without fail almost one order each day to legitimize state terrorism and unlawful measures of Mush. Newly appointed judges are fraud and millions of dollars have been paid to them to buy their services.

  1. Govt. facilitated 8.9 million rupees to fake Chief Justice, Abdul Hamid Dogar as a bank loan, other amounts paid to him and other judges is under surveillance.

  3. Attorney General Malik Qayyum is notorious person and was caught red handed in corruption case, later forced to resign. Mush has picked such dirty peoples to support him.
  4. Shariff ud Din Pirzada, the lawyer of Mush is extremist and real cause of abandonment of constitution of Pakistan; he is receiving billions to create fake laws.

Within last many days right before closing date of election, courts are printing decision to legitimize, illegal orders of Mush, which he passed in uniform and according to country laws all such orders are against constitution and many laws have been imposed to strengthen his fascist rule. New poll-rigging row in Pakistan

Friday, 15 February 2008,

Human Rights Watch released an audio recording, in which it says Mr Malik Qayyum, attorney general makes the comments about rigging. Mr Qayyum says the allegations are "a conspiracy against Pakistan". Opposition parties say there have been many irregularities in the run up to the vote, which Pervez Musharraf has promised will be fair.
The US-based Human Rights Watch says Mr Qayyum made the comments over the phone to an unknown person in November. A voice can be heard on the recording, speaking Punjabi and Urdu, in which he says "they will massively rig to get their own people to win". Mr Qayyum is a close ally of President Musharraf.
A voice on the recording, purportedly Mr Qayyum's, can be heard saying: "If Benazir takes part, she too will be in trouble." "They will massively rig to get their own people to win," the voice says. Human Rights Watch says the recording was made by a journalist who had been interviewing Mr Qayyum.
Mr Qayyum had allegedly interrupted the interview to take a call on another phone. The recording consists of a single male voice, speaking in Punjabi and Urdu, interspersed with pauses. The Pakistani People's Party (PPP) of assassinated former PM Benazir Bhutto says it will consider street protests if it suspects electoral fraud.
