Good Company
There was a wise man. He had one daughter only. He
wanted to teach her something wise and nice. One day he bought a rose from a
flower-shop. The smell of the rose was very nice. He gave the rose to his
daughter. The girl was very happy to receive so nice rose flower. She thanked
her father. He asked her to place the
rose in a book. . She acted upon her father’s order. After one month he asked
his daughter to bring the book in which she had placed the rose flower. When
she brought the book, he asked her to open. She opened the book and found the
rose got dry but left nice smell in the pages of the book. The man told his
daughter, ‘‘Company of a good human is like a nice rose. It did get dry but
left nice smell in the book. In company of a good human we do learn good
manners and nice things.’’ The girl got the point
and thanked her father for the advice.
Moral
A good company is beneficial.
A bad company
is harmful.
