On what grounds Shakuit Javed, IG Punjab blamed Principal Jamia Hafsa?
How Mian Shahbaz Shariff get rid of Sabzazar encounter case? And reconciliation with heirs of victim is not known, later case was dropped and he was able to contest recent provincial elections.
It is strongly believed innocent blood always speak itself; it was not possible without the help of corrupt police officials and courts that hundred of peoples were killed in extra judicial manner throughout Punjab. Shakuit Javed current IG, Punjab was among those who were involved in heinous crimes against humanity.
At last when water crossed the bridges and innocent blood started to show its color, another fascist(Mush) arrived at scene and replaced Shariff Brothers. Everybody remember how difficult times both brothers faced when Mush teased them inhuman way, Mian Nawaz Shariff was detained at Attock castle where he loudly prayed to God for forgiveness. God forgave them and today Mian Shahbaz Shariff returned to his post, when he was cleared from courts, some peoples addressed and reminded him that you have already receive punishment in this world, see onward and always try to work in legal ways.
When Shakuit Javed was interviewed and chosen for the post of IG, Punjab, some peoples who are aware of history of "Fake encounter era" and role of all such police officials who were involved in extra judicial killings and fake encounters worried and talked about his decision and sorry that Shahbaz is not changed.
On the eve of anniversary of Shuhada e Jamia Hafsa when his statement "IG Punjab unveils plot to assassinate Mush" was released, after research it was disclosed that only "AAJ TV" channel is responsible for such statement, spokesperson of police has denied that IG ever issued such statement (refer: Pak Tribune of same day but media ignored denial and keep repeating it as a news item), however damage was done, neither IG himself came forward for denial, neither any case was registered against anyone.
To judge ambitions and character of Shakuit Javed please study old records of that "Black era of encounter" and decide how much trust worthy could be this new IG Police, Ex IG Police beard Burky was also involved in heinous crimes, there were some inspectors who broke the records of barbarism are included in following list, please remind your memories and think all such criminals joined Mush and all target killings and disappearance, such Shahbaz Trained Police were also included with ISI and MI. Human Right organizations were crying but no body dare to listen. Riaz Basra case is a famous case that Punjab Police diverted almost 50% cases of terrorism against him and later he was killed by police. He is no more available to justify what he did or what others did, however police closed the chapters of those cases. Same as Shoaib Suddle who was directly involved in murder of Murtaza Bhutto is granted to work another three years(till 68 years of age).
There are hundreds of documents and stories of innocent victims. It is part 1 important records. Mush, ISI or IB anybody who thinks that those are not traceable it is wrong. All records, photographs, name of killers along with their addresses of Jamia Hafsa massacre have already been submitted to International Courts of Justice, with a registered number for reference. Let the time change all criminals will be brought to justice.

Pakistan police 'execute hundreds'
According to an investigation by one authoritative newspaper in Pakistan, more than 850 suspected criminals have been killed by the police in Punjab province alone, since the present Muslim League government came to power in 1997.
Deaths in 'encounters'
The killings are reported in the local press as "police encounters" and generally take place late at night in deserted areas where there are unlikely to be any eye-witnesses. Observers say the number being killed in Punjab is now at a level "unprecedented" in the province's history. In just one week in May, 20 suspected criminals were shot dead in these so-called "encounters", which human rights activists say are thinly-disguised extra-judicial killings. In many cases the alleged criminals are already under police custody and the explanation given by the police for these bloody "shoot-outs" is frequently the same.
