Assalamo Alaikum.

As usual the Election Commission did not take any action on my very very valid letter. None of the Presidential candidtaes filed the objections on Zardari's nomination. I talked to Imran Khan on phone and insited that he bring a candidate who can file nomination and then objection but he didn't. I gave the whole Swiss verdict to Nawaz Sharif who did not take any action. Later NWFP and Balochistan assembly members took crores of rupees for each vote and shown in print media as well as on TV channels. This was clear cut rigging, yet Election Commission did not take any notice. This was thus an illegal and bogus election. No one challanged and instead offered congratulations! What a nation! So we the price as we deserve it. Please stand up with the order of Allah and Save Pakistan.
No one has right even entire assembly to take life of any human being wihtout trial. Terrorist MQM which Carried out 12 May Karachi carnage, burning of lawyers and numeorus torture cells etc and Globla terrorist who supported and helped Israel carryout mass killingof Palestinians etc are happy over this so called war on extremists in Swat. How can Global and MQM terrorists joy over killing extremists while they themselves are utter etremists and racists?
The abuse of army is a fraud. Killing through army does not make a murder Halal! All so called human right organziations are asleep meaning that these bunches of hypocrites getting money for their services to the global terrorists. The situatin is not too much different for media whcih is acting as prostitue even worst. They had been actively involved in manufacturing proofs and spreading lies. Many of the talk show people are on pay role of CIA or agencies. The letters to the Editor columns are infested by letters of paid writers!

Subject:Zardari Not Eligible to contest Presidential Elections
Dear Chief Election Commissioner: Assalamo Alaikum
I had sent you a letter in this regard on Sunday 24th 2008. There was a typographical error in putting the correct date for which I apologize. This is a reminder. PPP has officially has nominated  Mr. Asif Ali Zardari as its Presidential Candidate. However in my humble opinion Mr. Asif Ali Zardari can’t contest presidential elections on the following grounds:
1.      He does not enjoy a good reputation of being honest man.    He is known worldwide as Mr. 10%!
2.      Even the time he spent in prison was a luxury for him. He either stayed at the private ward of PIMS occupying about 12 rooms for about 2 years with all luxuries including hugging his dogs prior to going to court if and when he desired. He thus deprived many deserving patients treatment at PIMS. In Karachi he stayed in special 5 star suit at Civil hospital with all luxuries available
3.      Mr. Zardari broke his written and verbal agreements many times without any shame as witnessed by entire nation.
4.      He has admitted owning Surrey Mansion and Switzerland Courts have regarded him as thoroughly corrupt
5.      Mr. Asif Zaradi’s case being still open in Swiss Courts would make him a security risk for Pakistan. Imagine a Pakistani President being arrested or threatened to be arrested on his trip abroad. He will be vulnerable to various pressures which will affect the safety and integrity of Pakistan.
6.      He had been accused of tying bomb to Murtaza Bukhari’s leg and forcing him to sign a check to snatch all the money donated for establishing a children hospital in rural Sind. The copy of the check was reproduced by weekly Takbeer.
7.      He had permitted uranium contaminated milk for consumption in Sind after Chernobyl nuclear disaster. The milk was declared as unfit for human consumption by Karachi Nuclear Plant Authorities after check up. However Mr. Zardari after taking bribe allowed consumption of the milk which was prohibited in Punjab by Nawaz Sharif then Chief Minister of Punjab
8.      Mr. Asif Ali Zardari came to Pakistan under NRO which gives “protection” to his past corruption against punishment but certainly it does not make him Mr. Clean. Quite on the contrary it proves that he is guilty of all those corruption and an umbrella was provided by Gen. Musharraf illegally for mutual illegal benefits and gains. If he were clean and honest he would have required no NRO
9.      Mr. Asif Ali Zardari had been incriminated in murders of Mir Murtaza Bhutto and Zafar Rajput (Nawab Shah) etc. It is another matter that through pressures on weak courts he gets himself off the hook but that again does not make him an innocent person.
10.  A person who had been convicted and sentenced on criminal and corruption charges and enjoying the worst possible reputation throughout world can’t be a candidate for Presidency. Foreign media has reported that he once claimed to have lost sanity and not been able to attend the court on that ground. If that was lie then a liar can’t be elected President and if that was rue again he can’t become president as this august office carries a lot of stresses and strains.
Based on above facts; allowing Mr. Asif Ali Zardari to contest Presidential Elections will be a serious violation of Constitution (Article 62 and 63 etc) and it will amount making Pakistan a laughing stock and jeopardize Pakistan’s security and interests. I, therefore humbly request you to reject his nomination papers. I request you to not to reject my objections as I am not a Presidential Candidate. Our constitution of Pakistan makes it a duty of every citizen to defend the constitution. As you are a court in this case, you can’t reject a valid objection without giving due hearing.
