Chief Justice act now – Murder of Masood Janjua and Gestapo state

Honorable Chief Justice Act now, doesn’t keep peoples under false hopes; we don’t know how much time you require more, here each day is equal one year under humiliation. Thousand of peoples have been killed, wounded or kidnapped by agencies. No day go when women, children and senior citizens are not picked by security agencies. No one is brought to courts, ask concerned authorities like a Chief Justice that where are missing persons and who is behind kidnapping of citizens. Army and air force is involved in heinous crimes against humanity. Justice! How you dine and sleep when peoples are being killed in extra judicial manners. If you are sentinel of constitution than take bitter action once for all to stop making of another Bangla Desh, please stop those hands who are involved in killing of Pakistani citizens.

Our address to honorable Supreme Court is momentous because it is a last hope of peoples who are looking towards honest judges, if last hope will be died than it would be last nail in the coffin of Pakistan as a sovereign state. Whereas all the four pillars of state are corrupt and crook. A few leftover honest citizens who are risking their lives to address judges have not enough power to face ruthless criminals forever. Mr. Hamid Mir among those a few journalists who are risking their lives and his last two columns are eye opener for judiciary.

He has mentioned that security agencies have murdered Mr. Masood Jangua, husband of Mrs. Amna Jangua, Chairman of Defense of Human rights. It is a test case for Judiciary and if lame excuses of Judges would linger such cases than hands of culprits would finally reach to Supreme Court. Call Gen. Kiyani, Gen. Shuja Pasha and other Generals involved in making Pakistan a Gestapo state, at least issue a verdict against such criminals who are involved in heinous crimes. We know Supreme Court can hang poor citizens but it has no power to track gigantic thugs, murderers and criminals as everybody has seen what happened with decision against NRO, criminals have put courts to move on back feet.

Top criminal who is openly threatening to break hands, cut feet and pull eyes in public gatherings is indirectly a threat to Supreme Court. Today if Supreme Court would back down than there is no one behind to stop such criminals in forthcoming decade. Cronies of thugs, murderers and looters are openly defying Supreme Court orders and on other hand courts are showing red flag to citizens who are asking courts for help. Some cases have been refused because those falls under Ministry of Foreign Affairs or some have been rejected because those concerns American War on terror. We don’t know why Supreme Court is so helpless and visibly not functioning to guard rights of citizens granted by constitution. This is the first difference which a civilized state has comparing with Gestapo state. A few journalists who tried to raise tiny part of corruption of ruling elite are under life threats, whether Shaheen Sehbai, Dr. Shahid Masood, Ansar abbasi or Kamran Khan did not have any family. Is there anybody to ask why son of Fauzia Wahab has threatened to kill Ansar Abbasi or cronies of Zardari are openly harassing journalists.

Understand that entire creed of parliamentarian is crook and corrupt, which is great danger for civilization and that must be behind bars instead of parliament. Previously by keeping behind the bar criminals like Zardari, Gaillani and dragging those culprits in courts now looks like justified, as soon as those have taken control of power in Pakistan, entire country is in serious trouble and anarchy. We were fool who were crying for Mian Nawaz Shariff when he was hand coughed and dragged by army, we also feel sorry for crying on death of Benazir.

We did not understand for what reasons wrath of God was meant for corrupt politicians. Asma Jahangir is correct that all parliamentarians are “Auloo Kay Pathay” (in English stupid or son of guns) but she is incorrect that their eligibility should be free from accountability of their character. Those must pass through strict body and character screeners before putting any salary in pocket from parliament.

99% of the current parliamentarians would fail screening test particularly all those women parliamentarians who have entered in the system on nomination basis, on TV talk show their languages and character assassinations of each other by using words “Heera Mandi” and “Bed Room” are enough to understand how those got ticket. Character of Frahnaz Isfahani, Sherry Rahman, Fauzia Wahab, Kashmala Tariq,  Farzana Raja, Shahnaz Wazir and many other in Sindh like Sassi, Sharmeela and Shazia who every day complain against their lovers to police. It is a fact that reserved seats on nomination basis were previously given to girl friends of Musharraf and now to girl friends of Zardari and Gaillani.

Character check of every parliamentarian must be mandatory before filing nomination papers. If there would have any law to check the character of politicians than none of abuser of women rights would have privilege to enter in the parliament such Jakhrani, Jatoi or Zehri etc or Zardari, Gaillani type thugs of international fame.  

It is entire weakness of the courts to linger their cases and let them contest elections and within one and a half year entire country is bathing with blood of citizens and huge corruption stories are revolving around the globe. Why judges are reluctant to put hand in the pocket of Zardari to recover booty wonder everyone.

More than parliamentarians the defense forces are involved in major crimes, now their credibility has drowned to a level that politicians are calling names to generals “Chootxa” in TV talk shows on their face and Zardari mafia is openly busy in bullying army generals in court, public gathering and on streets . Honorable Chief Justice! is there any provision in constitution to indiscriminately murder citizens, if there is no clause to specify kind of weapons to be used against civilians, so those must be specified by courts. Either army has any right to kill civilians or use air force is not a great crime, is it also not crime that in the absence of any of the court certificate or is it sole discretion of ISI or MI that whenever and wherever generals wants to start genocide or massacres those start like mad bull? Is there any law to stop such criminals? Scan the history of army operations and inability of politicians to run any government. The Joint venture of Bhutto and Gen. Yahya Khan declared Bengalis state enemy later same Bhutto ordered bombardment by jets on Baloch citizens. An operation at Karachi was conducted when Altaf Husain was allowed to slip out of country. Heinous crimes of Musharraf are not hidden and army continuously remained engage in declaring one or other as terrorist or state enemy, barbarianism of ISI and MI is exemplary, Akbar Bugti was murdered and 7000 girls of Jamia Hafsa were massacred, thousands were kidnapped from homes, offices and streets, later tortured or sold for money, thousands never returned to their homes. Some victims died on the door steps of Supreme Court. Whether it was crime of honorable judges who asked for missing persons and next day Supreme Court was sent home or Chief Justice was dragged with hairs on the road of Islamabad.

Supreme Court must act now to bar Pakistan army, air force and its intelligence agencies to remain behind walls of respective cantonments. Free ration eaters are dangerous animals, not humans. Their existence out of cantonments must be restricted. Kick all cantonments out of urban areas and send them to live in deserts and jungles. According to constitution if any political government fails to handle politically any issue it must bring the issue to the courts not to GHQ. If still politician fail than an order for fresh elections must be issued instead of massacres.

State terrorism of Pakistan army and air force has crossed its limits, within last one week papers are full how barbarically ISI is involved in kidnapping women and children. The story of Amira Ahsan former member parliament has already published in newspapers, whereas dozen of children, women and senior citizens belonging to Jamaat e Islami have also been kidnapped. Peoples are protesting on roads and there is no visible justice system in the country. Blind, deaf and dumb courts are talking about indemnity and a right of Zardari, there is no talk about rights of ordinary citizens. If courts had no powers to handle NRO like issue or bring back looted money, so there was no need to touch corrupt politicians. How beautifully court has made joke to their own orders and criminals have been asked to defend their crimes with the help of their own employed bureaucracy, whether courts have not noticed that how Fauzia Gaillani dodged the courts and took away more than a 100 million because she is wife of Prime Minister. Within one month of issue of NRO how tactfully Zardari got transferred entire looted money from the local and overseas banks.

Many months have passed but lawyers Latif Khosa, Babar Awan and Ali Sajjad type criminals who defamed judges and peoples complained about their commitments to bribes the judiciary, and their cases are lingering since long. Now workers of Peoples party are openly saying that if judges ask for bribes than it is not fault of lawyers. Act now to search for corrupt judges and hang Latif Khosa and Babar Awan type back dirty channels who are involved in making corrupt to judges.

If Mr. Masood Jangua has been murdered by ISI or MI than act now, bring all generals to justice, search for dead body and put shackles in the hands of Musharraf, Kiyani and Shuja Pasha or old MI DG. Confiscate their properties and overseas accounts and put them on exit control list. Generals now require a kick. Any true judgment of Supreme courts would bring them in to human senses and forthcoming generals would always think before committing such crime. An order to hang dead body of Gen. Yahya Khan for killing Bengalis would have been an admonition for others; it was crime of Z A Bhutto who provided safe sanctuary to Yahya Khan. Summon Musharraf through Interpol and hang him against his crimes like butchery of Baloch, Pushtoon and girls of Jamia Hafsa, now it is Zardari who let slip a criminal out of country.

Don’t let run Gen Kiyani, Gen Tariq Majeed, Gen.Shuja Pasha and other war criminals who are involved in heinous crimes against humanity, if Supreme Court would fail to act against neo-Gestapo like ISI, or Zardari and Gaillani type neo-Hitler or Natzi type coalition partners in current government than courts must also wait for neo-hollow cast. After some time collective crimes of army generals would be larger than any previous Hollow Cast ever happened on the earth.

Chief Justice act now and leave something in black and white against criminals before any new Dogar Court may be inducted in the system or army may started to jump over gates of President or Prime Minister houses.
