Assalam-o-Alaikum,
As the story unfolds every pakistani knows that the state of emergency is declared from the Government and no one knows how long the country is going to be in the state of Emergency.
As far as the matter of Supreme Courts is concerned i must say that the sole credit of this emergency goes to Cheif Justice Iftikhar Chawdhry, who knew that if he goes beyond his power to critisize the president and as he was about to announce the decision of the Supreme Count on legality of the president second term validity.
Lets look at this matter from a different prespective, first of all even if the country is run by a Militery General as Presedent, and his allies. The country was proceeding towards a swift imporvement in the sectors of Health, Business, Developement, Information Technology, Media etc. The thing i am unable to understand is that if the civil leaders didn't give us what the General is giving us then why not support him?
What are we gonna achieve even if the current setup of government is completely changed, Do we have to give another chance to people like Nawaz Sharif or Benazir who lotted people's money, Fooled them, Filled their bank acounts with mega bucks?
I don't say the that current Federal Government is Angel or very Pius, i know they also have black sheeps in them, but in general if we analyse the current government is doing much more well then the previous governments did. i would like to mention some achievements of the current government.
1) Freedom of Media resluted formation of 80 local channles.
2) Mega construction projects resulted in a different developed picture of karachi.
3) Imporved Bussiness Management resulted in mega million foreign investements.
4) Concrete Planning and Legislation resulted in creating Master Plan for the cities.
Almost alot is being constructed or delivered as was promissed, and Alot of Mega projects are under construction. Why can't we see the difference?
Our own privite channels do not appreciate any of this and besides that they are busy condeming and standing so against the government as they owed Present Prevaiz Musharraf a very big thank and these private channels should be very thankfull that with his efforts we have more then 80 local channels in our country.
