Notables says that whenever a person, community or nation pass through tyranny, Almighty award them wealth of patience, to learn from mistakes and to remember oppression, patience brings compassion, but current world history has proved it wrong. United States a country was hope of oppressed, demoralized and poor peoples, a long history of migration is witness that how peoples settled there under hope of betterment. Its simple answer is liberty, justice and equality. Whole world appreciated when Colin Powel was appointed as services chief, later appointed at the job of prestigious Secretary of State, faith of peoples affirmed on openness of American society and equal opportunities for all. Moreover peoples thought that being African American he would have remembered his past, he will work for third world countries, unfortunately it did not happen he was leading warrior in self imposed wars. Then African American "warrior Queen" was appointed as Secretary of State, which remained active to promote neo-cons theory. At UNO, Kofi Anan left no chance to make convenient pre-emptive strikes on poor nations. Palestine, Kashmir, Afghanistan, and Iraq keep bleeding throughout his career.

Now since Senator Barak Obama, African American, with Muslim genes (genes of other African Americans who were brought from west African Muslim countries are now over 100 years old) is running for presidency, he has adopted harsh behavior, no doubt it is election campaign, but his constant propaganda against Pakistan shows his state of mind, he has adopted imperialists tone against Pakistan. However his announcement that he will ask or $ 10 Billion, and it is assumed that if he might be elected as President of United States he would also take care of future distribution of money to any uncertain person.

To correct the records, as a country United State never gave $ 10 Billion to Pakistan; its administration gave that money to Army Chief of Pakistan, Mush, when  joined war on terror and made promises without taking in to confidence to any other citizen. Gen Mush and his companions were wholly solely warden and last word to spend that money, unaudited, no accountability and unchecked amount, which never reached to grass roots. Promises and treaties made with United States were between a single person and a country. Nobody told Pakistani public how, where and when such amounts were received and spent. Senator Obama also targeted defense of Pakistan by saying it is getting ready against India. Suppose equipment and jets provided by US were not for the defense of Pakistan? Then why peoples of Pakistan were kept in dark and officials of administration have been coming to President House and going back to Washington secretly? Mush and generals of Pakistan have been lying to peoples that F-16's are for the defense of Pakistan, moreover supply of F-16's is generally intended that it will be used for distant operations, and general meanings in Pakistan by using phrase "defense of Pakistan"  is considered as defense against aggression of India, moreover Pakistan has no other enemy. So we are unable to understand what he wants to say.

1. If Barak Obama wants to see outcomes of $ 10 Billion (use of that money) he must watch poor, hungry, bare naked peoples begging on the streets of Pakistan, committing suicides, standing in queues for the sake of oil and flour, watch long queue of women standing for charity at Islamabad, he must watch pomp and show of looters, count hundred of bullet proof cars, VIP aero planes, bungalows of generals, and victimized helpless citizens killed by generals to please neo-cons. Come and visit Pakistan, meet peoples, and decide where that amount has gone; generals and corrupt politicians are solely responsible for that money, peoples of Pakistan nothing to do with that money neither those have seen that amount nor flow chart has been available on records. If Obama really want to grab culprits who made deals, and on his part members of administration who have been engaged in secret deals with generals and corrupt politicians are really responsible for such affairs.
2. Obama may ask and take back money after deducting insurance money for each person killed by Pakistan army according to standard American insurance. At least 25 000 peoples are either killed, kidnapped or kept in hidden prisons and more than one million peoples have been displaced from their homes. Furthermore generals have made deal of $ 1.5 billion looted money back in the pockets of widower of their beloved Benazir. Question is who sent her back in Pakistan? We are in dark that who was behind such immoral deal or forcing her to back to Pakistan, if administration was involved; it is your own problem to ask why those did so.
3. Put F-16's, bullet proof cars and VVIP jets on sale at eBay, ordinary peoples don't need them, neither those believe that those will be ever used for defense of Pakistan.
4. Army did not need fighters jets; in fact they require bombers loaded with mother of bombs, to finish entire population instantly. Those already have atom bomb, so bombers are also not required.
5. Ask Musharraf and all current and, retired generals where is that $ 10 billion.  Harassment to public will give no results.
6. Bring them to justice till they did not pay American dollars. We don't need such persons anymore. All classified discussions between generals and American administration may be made public to fix the responsibility.
7. Is it not funny that their current foes (Taliban) are their own remnants, ordinary public even never have seen a single Taliban in their lives. Those were used to break Soviet empire, remained in Afghanistan, money delivered to them never reached in the hands of ordinary Pakistani's. It is thirty years US is playing ping pong of dollars with army generals and corrupt politicians.

Neo-Taliban in the making:

Govt. of Pakistan is supplying arms and ammunition to tribal peoples to fight against Taliban. It is great mistake to handover sophisticated weapons to tribal peoples living in different areas. Govt. will never be able to take back such arms, and ultimately it will produce more armed factions. Try to understand that militants killed during operation were not orphans, each has and had tribal, ethnic and religious links with Taliban (ethnic Pushtoons), this is what tribal system based upon to support, help and fight for the cause of honor of their land and tribe.

Petit issues are discussed and propagated as what is writ of state; alleged issues and its level was so small that there was no need to involve army against citizens. So for the sake of safety of jobs of Military junta and to justify US war on terror for which continuous flow of fund was required, different operations are under execution, claimed to be writ of Govt. Army is right in justifying its operations, because 70-80% of budget goes away for defense of Pakistan, said to be amount would be used to defend geographic borders of the country and would also make sure safety and security of its citizens. Unfortunately it is not happening.  The only visible outcome is that retired army officers are increasingly joining queue of land lords, mushrooming defense housing societies, construction of new army head quarter with the facilities, cantonments are growing, in the presence of such benefits, same old group of generals are controlling GHQ. Peoples are hungry, naked and dyeing without any protection of foreign aggression. Patriotism is sufficient for us, enough is enough? If anybody try to tell right path that is labeled as foreign agent and where as foreign agents are controlling defense of Pakistan. So it is better to disband Army, handover defense of Pakistan to "Black Water" like Afghanistan and Iraq where private armies are working in thousands. It will save 70-80 billion which could be used on welfare of peoples.

Choose compassionate killer:

Army is a channel to oblige orders of overseas lords, time has arrived to choose a merciful master (with civilized back ground, human rights record, behavior of their courts either delivering justice or patriotism, and most important matter is either their army is accountable for wrong doings) or choose a compassionate contractor.

In such circumstances have we need to keep any army? If yes! Than for what purpose, to negotiate and signal foreign forces to kill citizens, to allow foreign forces to enter our territory and kill women and children. Why we need a general to negotiate in Arabian Sea to plan killings of citizens, expense of each general is around Rs.1.5 Crore, multiply with 100 generals. It is net saving of Rs. 1.5 multiply by 100.

Ask for international tenders like Gulf States, Iraq and Afghanistan and handover security to private armies. Board all 100 generals in a plane and send to Georgia to fight crusade against Russia. Today Air force chief was crying that he has no funds to upgrade air force, all ammunition is already exhausted in attacking mosques and citizens by Jets and helicopters. In reply to a question he stated that he has no choice if army generals force him to use air force or he needs permission to stop cross border invasions (Dawn TV).

PPP says it is not "war on terror", it is their "own war". So Barak Obama if elected must close down all accounts and let PPP fight their own war, on their expenses. Remember all such beautiful phrases, camouflaged under Hippocratic wordings, are used to suck American tax payer's money. Don't be fooled any more, stop funding and let PPP fight their "own war". Any hope that Obama being African American and grown up in a poor family and, will be different from fascist policies of Bush are diminishing, let Americans decide who will lead to their future.
