According to the Court’s procedure when opportunity of cross-examination of a witness is given to the opposite party and the other party waives its right of cross-examining the witness, the Court brings this fact in the judgment that opportunity was given but the party did not cross-examined it, meaning thereby that the party accepts what the witness has stated.
