Pakistan Penal Code, 1860 is sufficient for dealing with the fake degree holders. The Supreme Court should give a general order to the Federal Government and the four Provincial Governments to search out all the fake degree holders and to register criminal cases against all the culprits and all the benefits should be refunded from them so far they received. According to the Court’s procedure when opportunity of cross-examination of a witness is given to the opposite party and the other party waives its right of cross-examining the witness, the Court brings this fact in the judgment that opportunity was given but the party did not cross-examined it, meaning thereby that the party accepts what the witness has stated.
