ویڈیو جعلی ہے، حکومت کا اصرار

صوبہ سرحد کے ضلع سوات میں طالبان کے بعد حکومت نے بھی گزشتہ دنوں لڑکی کو سرعام کوڑوں کی سزا دینے کے حوالے سے منظر عام پر آنےوالی ویڈیو کو جعلی قرار دیا ہے اور کہا ہے کہ اس سلسلے میں سوات کے جس لڑکے اور لڑکی کا نام لیا جارہا ہے انہوں نے سپریم کورٹ میں حاضر ہونے سے انکار کردیا ہے۔

پاکستان کے چیف جسٹس نے ویڈیو کے منظر عام پر آنے کے بعد واقعہ کا از خود نوٹس لیتے ہوئے اٹارنی جنرل، صوبہ سرحد کے ایڈوکیٹ جنرل اور ویڈیو میں نظر آنے والی لڑکی کو چھ اپریل کو عدالت میں پیش کرنے کا حکم صادر کیاہے۔

ملاکنڈ ڈویژن کے کمشنر سید جاوید نے بی بی سی کو بتایاکہ صوبائی حکومت کے حکم پر انہوں نے واقعہ کی تحقیقات شروع کردی ہے اور ابتدائی تفتیش کے مطابق ویڈیو جعلی ہے ۔

ان کے بقول ویڈیو میں جو افراد لڑکی کو سزا دے رہے ہیں وہ شکل و صورت اور لب ولہجے سے سوات کے نہیں لگتے۔انہوں نے مزید کہا کہ ویڈیو میں جو عام لوگ پیچھے کھڑے ہوکر اس واقعے کو دیکھ رہے ہیں ان کے نہ صرف سر نہیں دکھائے گئے ہیں بلکہ اس دوران ان کی نقل وحرکت کو بھی محسوس نہیں کیا جاسکتا۔

سید جاوید کا کہنا تھا کہ میڈیا نے کہا ہے کہ ویڈیو میں نظر آنے والی لڑکی کا تعلق سوات کی تحصیل کبل کے کالا کلی سے ہے یہ بھی غلط بات ہے۔ ان کے بقول میڈیا نےلڑکی کا نام چاند بی بی اور لڑکے کانام عدالت خان بتایا ہے اور انہوں نے خود جاکر ان دونوں سے ملاقات کی ہے۔

ان کے بقول ملاقات کے دوران اس شادی شدہ جوڑے نے کہا ہے کہ انہیں طالبان نے کوڑوں کی سزا اور نہ ہی ان کا آپس میں زبردستی نکاح کروایا ہے بلکہ انہوں نے خاندان والوں کی مرضی سے یہ شادی کی ہے۔

کمشنر کا کہنا تھا کہ لڑکی اور لڑکے نے اس بات سے انکار کر دیا ہےکہ وہ کل سپریم کورٹ میں حاضر ہونگے کیونکہ اس سے وہ میڈیا کے ذریعے منظر عام پر آکر دنیا والوں کی نظر وں میں بدنام ہوجائیں گے۔

سید جاوید نے اس بات کا اعتراف کیا کہ لڑکی کو کوڑے دینے کا ایک واقعہ بائیس اکتوبر دو ہزار آٹھ کو اس وقت پیش آیا تھا جب سوات میں فوجی آپریشن جاری تھا۔

ذرائع کا کہنا ہے کہ کمشنر ملاکنڈ کے علاوہ طالبان راہنماؤں نے بھی لڑکے کے ساتھ ملاقات کی ہے۔ بعض لوگوں کا کہنا ہے کہ لڑکا اور لڑکی خود کو دباؤ کا شکار سمجھ رہے ہیں اس لیے وہ منظر عام پر آنے سے کتراتے ہیں۔

یاد رہے کہ حکومت کی طرح طالبان نے بھی سنیچر کو ویڈیو کو جعلی قرار دیا تھا۔ حکومت کی طرح ان کا بھی مؤقف یہی تھا کہ ویڈیو میں نظر آنے والے افراد شکل وصورت اور لب ولہجے سےسوات کے لوگ نہیں لگتے۔

یاد رہے کہ کمسن لڑکی کی یہ وڈیو تین روز قبل منظر عام پر آئی تھی جس میں طالبان کے حلیے میں تین افراد ایک جواں سال لڑکی کو اوندھے منہ لٹاکر کوڑے مار رہے ہیں۔ بی بی سی کی تحقیقاتی رپورٹ کے مطابق واقعہ حکومت اور طالبان کے درمیان ہونے والے معاہدے کے بعد تحصیل کبل کے کالا کلی میں پیش آیا ہے۔طالبان نے لڑکی کو سرعام سزا دینے کے بعد لڑکے اور لڑکی کا نکاح بھی کروادیا ہے۔

اس واقعے پر سول سوسائٹی اور سیاسی جماعتوں نے ملک گیر سطح پر احتجاجی مظاہرے کیے ہیں۔

چیف جسٹس افتخار محمد چودھری نے جمعہ کو اس واقعے کا نوٹس لیتے ہوئے اس واقعہ کی تحقیقات کے لیے ایک آٹھ رکنی بینچ تشکیل دیا ہے۔

عدالت نے اٹارنی جنرل اور صوبہ سرحد کے ایڈووکیٹ جنرل کو بھی نوٹس جاری کیے ہیں اور سماعت کے لیے چھ اپریل کی تاریخ مقرر کی ہے۔

Samar Minallah is at the back in dubbing, putting sounds and circulating such video in her studio, tactfully circulated via cell phone network. Who also has earned hundred thousands of dollars by selling fake video, if anybody may point out agenda of Minallah and family so he is blamed as Al Qaeda, Taliban or TNSM sympathizer? Moreover whole family is sending threatening emails for dire consequences. It is funny that those are giving awakening calls to Mush era moderate Pushtoons. Like Farhat Taj Andersen a Christian convert and to Arriana group which are Indian, Irani and Russian agents in Pakistan 

Widely publicized hue and cry of faces which are well known, tried, tested and proved to be Indian, Irani, and Israeli agents are busy in bullying Pak army to reinvade their own country.

There is a state of panic among NGO's who are rushing to grab maximum cash out of forthcoming $ 1.5 billion stipend of mercenaries assignments.

Who is behind unrest in the country? Who is at the back everyday's terrorist's activities? And which peoples is benefitting or who would be most beneficiaries of $ 1.5 Billion?

Liberal Fascists and Al Qaeda have same goals, agenda and targets both are same to disintegrate Pakistan. On the name of Islam or Anti-Islam both have same goals to keep engage Pakistan army in civil war for the benefit of India, Iran and Israel.

Unrest in the country, terrorist's activities against security agencies both suits to Al Qaeda, NGO's and Liberal Fascists. Ordinary peoples are victim of Al Kaeda and Liberal fascists. Dictators like Mush and Zardari are using both of them for sucking American dollars. If Bush was a fool then new AF Pak policies are speaking loudly that come forward and loot American tax payer's dollars.

NGO's and so called civil society could only survive with the help of flow of overseas  money and their survival is entirely dependent on continuity of terrorist activities, Islam bashing to maintain their pomp and show. Otherwise an ordinary civil servant of Bhutto era who made some space by licks spitting and making money by misguiding Bhutto had not enough power that his family may run political affairs of the Pakistan.
