One wonders how many more Kashmiris does India want to murder in occupied Jammu Kashmir by using the paid military terrorists. India has cleaver made use of all available opportunities and situations, including US led global terror operations to advance its brutal occupation of JK. Not every India feels  ashamed of the naked truth about Indian genocides of innocent people (Muslims) Kashmiris in JK.

In order to enhance the understanding of Indian brutal occupation of Jammu Kashmir for the past several decades, let me quote some useful paragraphs from one of recent articles on Zionist fascism in Mideast:

It is almost two years since the war in Gaza which left officially at least 1,300 Palestinians including children and women and old people were dead....

Israel poses an existential threat to the prospects of establishing a sovereign, contiguous and viable Palestinian state. As and when there is a call for freeze of settlements in Palestine, the Israeli terror military each time unleashes fresh terror attacks on Palestinians and expand the settlements call to freeze illegal settlements, the fascist Zionists speed up their terror attacks. Tel-Aviv's fanaticism does not have any limit when it comes to equate its illegal settlements with global cry for settlement of Mideast bloodshed.....

That Israelis are insane people, not just criminals, requires no elaboration: the never-ending terror attacks on defenseless Palestinians showcase Israeli fascist culture. This illegal entity imposed on Mideast by the big powers like UK and USA is also shielded by the same essentially anti-Islamic states. Israel’s security scare is akin to those of other GST nations like USA, India, etc, and that constitutes security threat to the Mideast region and the whole world at large, because Israeli terrorism guides all colonial powers in dealing with subjugated nations with iron hand and escape punishment for crimes.....

Since Zionist genocides for vacating Palestinian lands go on unabated, trying to destroy entire Palestine community, the UN must at least now take up the issue of monstrous Israeli terror power menace quite seriously and take steps to disarm Israeli regime. The other, perhaps better option could be to make Israel move out of Mideast. World has a responsibility to shield, support and conserve the remaining Palestinians, before it is too late.  UNSC, USA and EU must immediately impose sanctions on Israel for crimes against humanity…..”

The relevance of above lines for comprehending the explosive situation created by Indian occupiers in JK need not to be over stressed because it illustrates the urgent need for arresting the Indian state terror trend, already killing over 100,000 innocent Kashmiris only to silence their  demand for return of sovereignty.

Like Palestine issue, unless Jammu Kashmir is set free and let establish an independent nation for themselves to live free of foreign invasions, occupation, genocides, there is no scope for a peaceful environment in South Asia and without this Asia cannot be prosperous and productive. The resolution of the Kashmir issue should be the first priority in Indo-Pak dialogue because it is the root cause of all evils confronting the region. This is also the cause of tense relations in the region. Settling the Kashmir issue according to the UN resolutions and wishes of the people of Kashmir will usher in an era of peace and prosperity in the region.

India skillfully confuses the world leaders by hinting that it w would like to free Jammu Kashmir as early as possible and used this also as a tool to convince bulk of Asian nations to vote for its to somehow enter the notorious UNSC. When world leaders come to New Delhi on Indian request India pleads, rather begs, for supporting its "front runner" attempt for UNSC and criticize Pakistan and declare Pakistan as a terror state, asking it to do "More" for Indian cause and also loudly state that Jammu Kashmiris an integral part of India. Not every leader supports Indian state terrorism in JK and UNSC bid. Not even Russia that used to promote Indian case for Kashmir everywhere especially in UN, now supports its illegal claims over JK.

The most important reason for India to deadly focus on its deadly UNSC bid to escape punishment for its leaders, both civilian and military, for their crimes in occupied JK.

Communal flare-up in India and Jammu Kashmir has made the life of Muslims from bad to worse to worst. Muslims are the receiving end without committing any crime- except that they were born in India as Muslims hated by majority. But Muslims shamelessly do the dirty job of their Hindus masters even in Mosques. Spread of communal passion has the patronage of the regime and judiciary. For the past 63 years, the saffron Sangh Parivar, Jan Sangh, BJP and other communal forces in India have tried to change the status of this disputed area, but the sensitivity and seriousness of the issue has only grown with time. Again, these communal forces are trying to defame Indian freedom struggle by communalizing the situation in Jammu. However, Kashmiris will never allow them to succeed in their evil designs and would continue peaceful struggle while upholding moral and humanitarian values.

While, only Muslims in Kashmir are being butchered by the paid Indian state terrorists, Muslims in Hindu dominated Jammu region are feeling highly insecure. Their fears of another 1947 like genocide are not misplaced given the manner in which communal forces are gaining influence in administration, police and the army. Hindutva communal forces were creating “an atmosphere of fear and tension among Jammu Muslims, and Jan Sangh has made the province centre of its extremist and communal activities.

Right extreme BJP still says the party will not "compromise on J&K’s integration with India and it thinks its communal card could work well in India for political profits. Ekta Sankalp Rally’at Parade Ground in Jammu recently, communal BJP's top brass vowed not to allow the Indian parliament to pass any resolution on autonomy, self-rule and interlocutors’ recommendations. The BJP leaders as before demanded abrogation of Article 370 that gives special status to Jammu and Kashmir, maintaining it was a “stumbling block” to the development of the state.

Syed Geelani, chairman Hurriyat Conference (G), today strongly assailed the Kashmir and Muslims related remarks of senior BJP leaders in Jammu. In a statement Geelani said “provocative” statements and slogans by BJP cannot change the “disputed” status of Jammu and Kashmir. Geelani appealed people to ignore the BJP’s “babble” and maintain the centuries old tradition of communal harmony and brotherhood.

Kashmir problem can not be wished away, the former union home minister said that it was Vajpayee who had initiated a process of resolution through dialogue and reconciliation. Former chief minister plus former Indian Home minister and People’s Democratic Party (PDP) patron, Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, has expressed dismay at BJP’s “negative political position” on Kashmir. It’s sad that the country’s principal opposition party is trying to destroy the national consensus on resolution of Jammu and Kashmir problem initiated by none other than its patriarch Atal Behari Vajpayee. In a statement issued to the press here, Mufti said that instead of ruining Vajpayee’s initiative, BJP leadership should urge the government to come out of its cosmetic exercises on Kashmir, resume dialogue with freedom leaders that was initiated by L K Advani, stop excesses committed by an insensitive coalition and reduce miseries of the people reeling under corruption and indifference.

It is overdue that Kashmiri leaders pursue an independent freedom struggle that could be supported by the world, including Pakistan. In emerging global scenario of hostile or reconciliation efforts, any total reliance on other nations, however close they maybe might even be counterproductive. Many Indians write Kashmiris want to join Pakistan after obtaining freedom from Indian yoke. It is false but rumors also play their negative role. Kashmiri leaders must recognize the forces that work against them from within and form outside. They must also have to realize that Pakistan is hard pressed now in its open support to Kashmiri sovereignty issue owing to its own faulty policies lending voluntary support to USA in its war against Islam and Muslim nation for emery resources and securing energy routes for its allies, including India. USA and India fool Islamabad that if Pakistan appeases India as much as it does to Washington, Kashmir issue could be resolved. The truth seems to be in the opposite, the more Pakistan come closer to India, the worse for the Kashmiris. And they would lose independence perhaps forever.

It is over due for the UN to ask India to quite Jammu Kashmir enabling the Kashmiris who already have got a government controlled by New Delhi. Meanwhile all Kashmiri freedom groups have to come together and merge into one organization like PLO to negotiate for final settlement. 

Palestinians as  well as Kashmiris continue to be persecuted, terrorized, killed on their own lands. It is painful to see that UN, ICJ, ICC and big powers do not make any sincere attempts to bring peace to the world by playing proactive role in the resolution of both Palestine and Kashmir issues. And these two issues are key to global peace.
