Zionism Does not Change- It can Only Disappear

Dr. Abdul Ruff

The Palestinians deserve a state of their own. The crux of of the problem is Israel hates lawful existence and despises international law.Israel not only kills Palestinian, keeps terror blockades around Palestine, but it also treats the Palestinians as legalized slaves by using them in the construction of illegal settlements on Palestinian lands. The settlements have been built against the Palestinian people.

The Palestinian seeks a state in the West Bank and Gaza Strip with a capital in east Jerusalem. Years of peace talks have failed over key issues such as the status of east Jerusalem -- with its sites holy to Christians, Jews and Muslims -- and the fate of Palestinians displaced during the war surrounding Israel's creation, and their millions of descendants.

The Israeli settlements are illegal entities even according to international law, but Israel ignore international law and world outcry over its continued  air strikes and genocides in Palestine, killing several innocent people each time. The settlements are built illegally on Palestinian soil by the Zionist regime by using  military power and western support. So it is morally incorrect for any Palestinian to deal with these settlements because they are illegal and they are jeopardizing Palestinian national rights.

Although the illegal extra-territorial activity inside Palestine  is against the international law, CIA and Mossad terror agencies ensure that  the illegal Jewish settlers exist and thrive at the cost of Palestinians who are murdered to confiscate their lands. The Jewish terror state survives thanks  to its aggressive diplomacy and arrogance. The international law is very clear: these settlers should go home: “home” meaning Israel proper.  Occupation has been exhausting the Palestinian resources, water and other natural resources under Zionist control.

Among the  illegal settlers in occupied Palestinians territories, the Russians are the strongest outfit known for their notorious operations on behalf of the Mossad agency. recently, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev reiterated Russian endorsement of a Palestinian state, but stopped short of explicitly recognizing an independent state based on 1967 borders. Medvedev, on a tour of the region, had been expected to join the growing list of country’s backing an independent Palestine, but instead repeated the position the former Soviet Union adopted in 1988.  In the past two months several Latin American countries, including Brazil, Argentina and Ecuador, have made such a move and Spain is reportedly ready to become the first European government to join them. In spite of the setback for the Palestinians’ independence drive, Israel remains concerned. Palestinian officials may submit a resolution on recognition to the irresponsible UNSC even though such a move would almost certainly be vetoed by the USA-UK terror twins.

The current Israeli coalition’s stated commitment to a two-state solution could not be relied on given the erosion that has taken place. The Palestinians will also submit a proposal calling for a Security Council resolution to halt Israeli settlement expansion in the occupied West Bank. Brazil, Argentina, Bolivia and Ecuador announced recognition of Palestinian statehood in the past month. Chile, Mexico, Peru and Nicaragua are reported to be weighing the same move. Australia, Japan, Korea and New Zealand would now recognize the Palestinian state on the 1967 borders.

Recently, a legislation was passed by the Palestine government that makes it a criminal act for a Palestinian to work in an Israeli community located on land Israel acquired control over in the 1967 war -- settlements. At that time, Palestinian workers protested that the law took away their livelihood, but failed to provide an alternative.

Due to illegal blockades and other Israeli crimes, there are 266,000 Palestinians who are jobless today and they have to feed their children. In fact almost every Palestinian is jobless because of the various Israeli measures against the Palestinian economy. there are about 22,000 Palestinians working in settlements today If the Israeli government and the Israeli military lift their access and movement restrictions against the Palestinian economy, they will be able to resolve all of this.

Israel occupied the Palestinian territories in 1967, and since then worked day and night to make our economy totally dependent on the Israeli economy. And then out of the blue, in one night, they have decided to kick all the Palestinians out of the Israeli marketplace, leaving 149,000 Palestinians jobless overnight.

If the Israeli military lifts the access and movement restrictions on the Palestinian economy, we will witness very steady double-digit growth for many years for the Palestinian economy. The Palestinian is an economy under-utilized that has huge room to grow if the restrictions on the Israeli side are lifted. Israeli-Palestinian economic relations will be a very healthy development, once a Palestinian state is established.

The new western thinking on boycotting Zionist products is gaining momentum. The campaign against using goods and services coming from Israeli settlements resonates beyond the Middle East – in Europe, in particular, many try to conform to the boycott. All governments and nations around the world should join the boycott, because this boycott is going to serve peace. As long as the settlers are economically prosperous and economically benefitting from the continued occupation, theboycott would make it very difficult for the Israeli people, and the Palestinian people, to reach peace because these four or five hundred thousand radicals, many of them motivated by economic means, will dictate to the Israeli government and to the Israeli public, the course forward.  The steps like the drying out of the resources movement from the settlements and closing the settlements, and reducing their economic power is very important for the cause of peace.

Fascist  Israeli regime exists purely on false assumptions and promotes illegal settlement proliferation. Netanyahu-Lieberman clash of words (not ideas) on Zionism is part of Zionist tactics for existence and occupation. Typical of the Lieberman-Netanyahu dialectic, when the prime minister speaks of the nation’s commitment to the US-brokered peace process, the foreign minister Lieberman asserts the futility of the talks and disparage the legitimacy of Israel’s Palestinian negotiating partners. In fact, there is no serious conflict between the two, or for that among the Israelis on occupation and sate terrorism, but in order to derail any peace move taking some shape, one leader would always oppose the terror PM.

Israel regularly fires on Palestinians close to the border. It says this is necessary to enforce what it calls a buffer or security zone. In the second half of past year, the UN says more than 70 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli terror operations in Gaza. After a month of increased tension along the border with frequent exchanges of fire, Israeli troops have shot dead two Palestinian men they say, as usual bluff to justify state murders, were trying to cross the border fence separating the northern Gaza Strip from Israel. Israel has carried out regular air strikes and Palestinian doctors retrieved the bodies of the men yesterday morning.

Even two years of being inducted into the ministry,  Lieberman facing criminal charges, remains in his post in the Netanyahu government. His racist and anti-peace rhetoric, keeping  the  illegal settlers in Palestine  in good humors, has done him the needed hat-trick. The overtly stunt-approach between two leaders is necessary for Israel to  mislead the world and maintain pro-Zionist world view. Far from presenting a dysfunctional point-counterpoint between prime minister and foreign minister, Lieberman has served the PM well by placing into the public debate cautions and concerns Netanyahu himself doesn’t dare to utter for fear of upsetting a delicate balance with his American patrons.

Incapable of reforms and devoid of humanism, Zionism does not possess any new ideas and its culture of conventional wisdom might not change. Opposed to any peace deal with Palestinians, Lieberman is keen to replace Netanyahu as Israeli terror PM when the current crisis would blow away the current government. and such rhetoric  is essential  to fool the Israeli public.

If anybody still thinks the Israeli regime would change its terror techniques and war path, enabling the Palestinians to establish an independent nation for themselves, Netanyahu or any other Zionist representative cannot be held responsible for such misconception of Zionism. The notorious mischievous UNSC pretend helpless that under the protection of the illegal Israeli government the Israeli occupiers terror attack the Palestinians.

The ongoing terror  operations unleashed by Israel on defenseless, insecure  Palestinians and its fanatic peace gimmikcs with USA and other terrocracies playing dirty pro-Israeli tricks only show that Zionism cannot change, it only be removed.
