State Terrorism in Kashmir: Indo-Pak must Include Kashmiris for Talks!
A Sovereign Kashmir: Random Thoughts-145

Even after several decades of endless talks between India and Pakistan, nothing tangible has come out of them but wars have broken out in between, killing Kashmiris. Reliable reports suggest Indian state terrorists, with and without Indian orders, have slaughtered and consumed over 100,000 innocent Kashmiri Muslims. However, Kashmiris have not stopped their just struggle for freedom and peace, sovereignty and prosperity.
The obvious reason for failed talks is the deliberate exclusion of Kashmiris by India in the talks. India claims to represent the “sentiments” of Kashmiris who are being butchered by Indian terror forces occupying JK. Neither the USA-UK terror twins nor the notorious UNSC pass a resolution to impose representative of freedom Kashmiris in the talks. The latest Indo-Pak joint cricket exercise in India’s favor demonstrates the talks between them behind the “talks” to exclude Kashmiris in the talks.
On its part, Pakistan never insisted on including Kashmiris in the talks for resolution. In fact Islamabad should have declined to talk with India without Kashmiri presence. All pro-Kashmir media from Pakistan want the occupied India occupied Jammu Kashmir to be a part of Pakistan, while Pakistani regime is struggling to maintain territorial integrity of today’s Pakistan.
As UNSC and international Justice organs, like ICJ & ICC maintain discrete silence over Indian genocides in Kashmir, India kills Kashmiris at will. According to the Jammu Kashmir government now under Indian occupation, barring two, all the other 102 people who have been killed during the nine months of turmoil in the Valley beginning June last year seeking freedom from India were innocent and had nothing to do with the violence or its instigation thereof.
Protection offered by the global state terror state led by the USA-UK terror twins, has been very tactfully utilized by New Delhi to pretend to be a terror victim and to terror attack defenseless Kashmiris on no pretexts, except calling them "terrorists and insurgents".
No wonder, India has desperately been trying to get into US backyard to reach the notorious UNSC: India is keen to cover up all its crimes committed against Kashmiri humanity. Wikileaks has revealed that India 'tortured' Kashmir prisoners. According to cables obtained by Wikileaks, the International Committee of the Red Cross sent evidence to US diplomats about widespread torture by Indian security forces in Kashmir. The visiting acting coordinator for counter-terrorism, Frank Urbancic, described India's police and security forces as "overworked and hampered by bad practices, including the widespread use of torture in interrogations.
Kashmiris are on the streets. As a result, the Indian occupation continues and also the genocides in Jammu Kashmir go on unabated, chiefly because an influential section of Kashmiris in both Jammu and Kashmir regions shield the Indian criminals. Over years of their puppetry operations, these Kashmiris have become extra rich. Like the match-fix IPL cricketers making extra balckmoney, they expand their zones of extra profits. These shameless Kashmiris cheat their people and betray the cause of freedom struggle. Betrayers and people of sabotages are thee in any organization but in freedom struggles the effects this phenomenon could disastrous for the movement.
Kashmiris are busy with a nonsensical plebiscite demand, just ignored by India and UNSC. It appears to be a calculated move on the part of UNSC to slap the plebiscite gimmick on innocent Kashmiris and keep silent on the issue for ever while both India and Pakistan ignore to include the Kashmiris in Indo-Pak talks on Jammu Kashmir issue. Obviously, the colonial master UK, primarily responsible for Indian invasion and subsequent occupation of a free Jammu Kashmir in 1947 resulting in regular genocides of innocent Kashmiris for seeking sovereignty from Indian yoke, is deadly behind the plebiscite mischief to prolong the Indian occupation. The leaders of freedom struggle still harp on plebiscite and skip the actual sovereignty issue.
It is obvious, the occupying Indian colonialist masters do not want to surrender sovereignty to Kashmiris and in order to silence Kashmiris, they employ terror attacks, arrests and impose curfews on almost permanent basis and also the usual poll gimmicks. Indian terrorist media make the freedom fighting Kashmiris look like terrorists. All those in India and Jammu region who oppose freedom for Kashmiris have been advocating Indian military coercion to stamp out protest in Kashmir and a clampdown on freedom of expression to even prevent discussion of the issue, ignoring the fact in doing so they indeed are causing an assault on actual democracy.
Pakistan has, over years, taken several measures for maintaining good relationship with India and sustaining peace and stability in the entire region. Nuclear terror India, like Israel in Mideast, wants to keep talking and doing nothing tangibly for peace in the region. Pakistan has reiterated that only dialogues are not enough for resolving the strategic issues, but India should take serious steps to remove all the irritants and discrimination. Pakistan always tried its best to maintain good ties with India, but India maintain distance fearing that such closeness would take JK away from Indian control and the freed Kashmiris would support Pakistan as a nation of rescuers. India's statement that it wanted to maintain peace in the region should be appreciated on the face value alone.
New Delhi and Islamabad have to accept Kashmiris as a basic party and should involve them in the dialogue process. Welcoming the cricket diplomacy between India and Pakistan, Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) pitched for inclusion of Kashmiris in the dialogue process between the two countries. JKLF chief Malik said Kashmir issue has become a major obstacle over the past six decades in the way of peace, prosperity and development in the sub-continent. Terming the meeting of Indian terror PM Manmohan Singh and his Pakistani counterpart Yousuf R. Gilani as a "good omen", Malik said the strained relations between the two countries had a direct impact on Kashmir.
Kashmiris have been, of late, successful in giving a neat peaceful direction to the movement. Instead of respecting the transition of our movement, New Delhi and its agents in Kashmir are adamant on their policy which has categorically failed in past 63 years. The protests have many forms but all of them have been barred in the Valley. This is totally undemocratic.
Heavily equipped with terror equipment and other remote goods, an arrogant India does not want Kashmiris to choose peaceful path for sovereignty because that complicates India agenda of genocides with high precision arms purchased from world arms markets by bribing commissions to middle ladies. It seems India, therefore, is not very happy these days because it kept on bluffing to the world that some "Pakistani terrorists" in Kashmir are creating trouble for poor India and there is no serious effort for freedom in JK. Anything using the name of Pakistan sells like hot cakes in anti-Muslim India. The peaceful path preferred by Kashmiris for obtaining sovereignty form an arrogant occupier has set problems for India credibility on supranational arena. Now it has become amply clear that those struggling for freedom are not terrorists as India always claimed, but real freedom fighters. These days, India is shamelessly engaged in fake encounter tracks to trick Muslims and kill them as terrorists only to show that Kashmiris terrorists are still there.
Inclusion of representatives of Kashmir freedom movement in Indo-Pak talks is the key to an early successful talk between India and Pakistan leading to peace in the region. Look at the way terror India employs terror methods to silence the sovereignty seeking Kashmiris!
India, more than Pakistan, must not hesitate to invite Kashmiri leaders from freedom stream for useful and credible talks. Other wise, so far, it has all along been full of bull talks.UN also must send an international observer on the talks.
