Obama's Illegal War on Sovereign Libya

[Russia and China must give in writing to UNSC opposing NATO fascism and voting against the  mischievous resolution arrogantly authorizing another illegal western terror war in Islamic world - now with Libya. UNSC must meet immediately on urgency and stop forthwith the illegal war in sovereign Libya being wrongly waged by the western terrocracies led by USA-UK-Frenche terror trio.

The attack on the Libyan sovereignty by western rogue states is the crude  expression of violation of all internal laws (IL) and community ethics. The use of force against Libya has been based more on hollow emotions and  on the resolve of USA-UK-Frenche terror trio  to cripple and loot Libyan economy than on an understanding of the relevant international law. The  foreign terror dogs attacking sovereign Libya under the notorious NATO banner have deliberately challenged the relevance of international law.

The mischievous UNSC Resolution 1973 was adopted under Chapter VII of the UN Charter with 10 votes for, none against and five abstentions. Voting for it were the UN Security Council's permanent members, United States, Britain, France, and non-permanent members Bosnia and Herzegovina, Colombia, Gabon, Lebanon, Nigeria, Portugal, and South Africa. Abstaining were permanent members Russia, China and non-permanent members Germany, Brazil, and India. The Libyan government did not have a representative present at the meeting after its nominated ambassador, former President of the General Assembly Ali Abdel-Salam Treki was denied admission to the USA. The UNSC’s noflyzone slap on international law was really meant more than what  the concept suggests "the ban on flights" outwardly, but for the terror syndicate NATO it clearly means a war. NATO has fooled the world and taken the international community for an easy ride.

The Western terrocracies, true to their imperialist traditions, are interested in the application of neither international law nor cool mind to determine illegality of their fascist operations in sovereign Libya.In response to this resolution the Libyan government had officially called a ceasefire in the civil war that it was waging against armed rebels whose base is Benghazi. Libya also announced that its airspace was closed. But the NATO wanted a war urgently.  In the name of mischievous “noflyzone”, the Western NATO imposed terror war on Libya. On 19^th March French fighters launched attacks against targets described as Libyan tanks and air defense systems. A few hours later, US battleships began firing cruise missiles at Libyan targets. NATO has never favored any real "immediate cease-fire"in Libya and is keen to prolong and expand the illegal war and opposed any need to intensify efforts to find a "solution to the crisis" Moreover, legally the NATO "reform" requirements appear to be a direct interference in Libya's internal affairs in violation of Article 2(7) of the UN Charter .

Perhaps the most fundamental principle of international law is that no state shall use force against another state, but the NATO terror syndicate is still determined to destabilize Libya. When peaceful means of dispute resolution are still possible the options for authorizing the use of force are extremely limited. In the present case, the UNSC, behaving like defender of imperialist  and colonial interests and destroyer of weak nations.  Moreover, UNSC has clearly rushed to use force against Libya in violation of IL. The UN Human Rights Council and the African Union had decided to send missions to contribute to a peaceful solution, but before any of these missions could visit Libya, the NATO had begun its dirty terror operations. Reports of western terrorist analysts suggest the NATO did not want the Libyan leader to step down and leave the country with his family and it rejected the offer without room for negotiation.

Inorder to have a quick terror attack on Libya, the western leaders called the Libyan leader a liar, tyrant and  dictator, a usual coinage by Neocon-nuts to describe those leaders who do play to Washington/CIA  tunes. Libya has also offered to accept international monitors, even extending invitations to them to visit the country. And in an extraordinary concession, the Libyan leader sent a message to the armed opposition for peace. NATO and the rebels wanted the Libyan leader be captured and killed...

Under the cover of UNSC passage for attack on Libya, a nation in Mideast which has nurtured good ties with the West, the debate regarding international intervention in Libya has focused on politics, ignoring the legality of the action under international law. It is one thing the global terrorist media run with stolen cooperate money systematically hide the truth about the illegal war on Libya, but the legal experts in ICC and ICJ should have expressed their opposition to NATO fascist war on sovereign Libya since the use of force against Libya as the measure of very first resort, in stead of last, is illegal.

The NATO dogs attacked Libya when non-forceful measures had not been exhausted at the time the UNSC resolution was adopted. NATO, known for its subversive terror operations around the world for advancing US interests, already ready for a quick terror attack on sovereign Libya, reached Libya very fast to air attack and murder Libyan people and destroy installations even after the Libyan government indicated it would comply with its terms. Western forces still launched their pre-planned offensive, disregarding the Libyan government’s assertion.

In stead of admitting their horrid crime against Libya and quickly withdrawing all western blood thirsty vultures operating under fascist NATO from Libya forthwith,  the NATO terror syndicate gangsters led by USA-UK terror twins have gone to great pains to claim that the use of force against Libya was legal. What a shame,  a highly cultured and civilized  West!

It is yet another international shame that global terrorist media (GTM), heavily paid through Islamic blood and thriving on fueling terror conflicts against Islam, Muslim world and Muslims, are still bent upon fueling and accelerating the NATO terror wars in Islamic world. These fascist media dogs promote crimes against humanity.
