UNSC Must Neck India Out of Kashmir!

In order to silence the patriotic freedom fighters of Jammu Kashmir, India has systematically terrorized the Kashmir valley by suntanned terror operations, killing thousands of innocent people.  Taking full advantage of the emerging global state terror alliances led by the same USA-UK terror twins, the Indian terror troopers, brutally occupying Jammu Kashmir, are killing innocent Kashmiris- already about 100 000 Kashmiris have been butchered by fascist Indian regime - unlawfully arresting youth and setting residential houses on fire with impunity due to the imposition of draconian laws.  An arrogant US puppet India has already widowed more than 25,000 women, orphaned more than 100,000 children and molested or gang-raped around 10,000 Kashmiri women during the past 20 years.

India refuses to admit out of fear, but it is a declared fact that so long as the Kashmir dispute is not resolved, neither would political uncertainty end in the South Asia nor can the people of the region realize the dream of prosperity and development, but India is least bothered about regional stability or South Asian prosperity but all that it wants is high profits for corporate world and promotion of black money, money laundering and IPL garbage of international frauds.Indian obedient media now have been advised by the regime-intelligence outfits to shift their focus from Commonwealth Kalmadi fraudulence, Bharatratna Lalit Modi cash forgery and IPL midnight cheatings, etc, to pure Gandhian gimmicks so that current phase of IPL-Sachuin  mischief to share midnight booty is not disturbed.

The point  is India very effectively manages its hidden agendas as it has done so in Jammu Kashmir by brute occupation and fascist massacres, rather freely while moving closely towards global state terrocracies like USA and UK. USA-UK terror twins and their colonialist-imperialist allies promote capitalist-fascist nations with colonialist animal instinct.  These rogue states have unwittingly  promoted a similar mischievous entity like India for their own reasons, knowing that India has not fulfilled the promises, so far, made by its leadership in the past before the UN to give the Kashmiris their right to Self-Determination. Recent discovery of secret graveyards in Kashmir has set in motion anxiety of Kashmiris about the whereabouts of thousands of innocent Kashmiris, who have disappeared in the custody of troops, are yet to be made known while more of unnamed graves are being discovered.

Owing to the continued UNSC mischief over plight of people of Kashmir, Kashmiris lose some of their kith and kin almost every day in unstoppable Indian terror operations. The Amnesty International (AI) has revealed that at least 322 Kashmiris including children were reported to have been illegally detained without trial under the draconian law since January to September 2010. Amnesty International has demanded the Indian authorities to immediately release a teenage Kashmiri, Murtaza Manzoor of Zainakadal, Srinagar, who was unlawfully detained by the authorities under the draconian law, Public Safety Act (PSA) and flayed the occupation authorities and demanded immediate revocation of Murtaza Manzoor’s PSA. The 17-year-old, Murtaza Manzoor, has been languishing in Kot Bhalwal Jail Jammu since January this year under PSA. The Hurriyat as well as other Kashmiri freedom leaders have urged India to unconditionally release all illegally detained pro-liberation leaders and activists including Kashmiri youth, languishing in different jails inside and outside the territory. Kashmiris stress that the easiest solution available to resolve the 63-year-old "dispute" was implementation of the resolutions passed by the UN.

Indian terrorcracy in the name of democracy is working well in Kashmir against both Jammu Kashmir and Kashmiris. Even as India sponsored local polls are under way in occupied Jammu Kashmir with military controlling the Kashmiri voter psyche, Ghaibana Namaz e Jinazah (funeral in absentia) of martyred Kashmiri religious scholar and President of Jamait e Ahle Hadith, Maulana Showkat Ahmad Shah, was held in Khana-e-Ka’aba, Makkah, after Friday prayers.Thousands of people participated in the Namaz e Jinazah, which was led by Imam of Ka’aba, Sheikh Abdur Rehman Bin Abdul Aziz. Special prayers were also offered at almost all the mosques of the town where during the address the imams condemned Maulana’s killing. Jammu Kashmir Peoples League, a constituent of All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) summons an important meeting at its party headquarters Rajbagh Srinagar in which Peoples League pays glowing tributes to Shaheed-e-Inkilaab (Martyr of Revolution).

The Indian regime, intelligence  teams and media lords are engaged in only these illegal operations along with terror operations in occupied Jammu Kashmir by using paid agents of India and Jammu. India uses terrorism and cricketism to generate illegal cash and Parathratnas and wants Pakistan and Srilanka to play  with India to make Sachuin (100 plus) the new father of India, not just god of India, while the Indian vast network creates fake encounters to throw sportmen out of running trains to  promote fake patriotism. When every day some attack doe stake place n trains, only a sportsman's case has become  too important for Indian fanatic media, especially the TV channels that die for breaking and other news to keep the  crazy Indians in good humour.

India has so far somewhat successfully countered Kashmiri fight for Independence by bribery and terror victim diplomacy. Many international leaders had thought India would give up Jammu Kashmir on being pushed into the UNSC to share power with other big rogues, but India remains a wicked beast and a cunning fox and blood thirsty vulture.  Notwithstanding international outcry for making India take positive and concrete steps to resolve the India-created-Kashmir-dispute, India has not made even a n inch towards surrendering sovereignty to Kashmiris struggling for freedom from Indian yoke but it want to make its terror position  firmer  by entering into the  UNSC with a veto handle.

By curfews and other restrictions imposed on Kashmiris, India  weakens Kashmir. Kashmiris should be allowed to travel to Pakistani side of Kashmir to meet their relatives and friends. India is also selective in giving permission to Kashmiris to travel abroad and tries its level best to deny permission to freedom leaders to propagate their freedom ideals. The restriction on Kashmiri leadership is totally anti-democratic and gross human rights violation by India.

The killing of innocent civilians must stop, and India must respect the right of self -determination of people of Kashmir accepted by both countries in UN, and let the people of Kashmir decide their future according to UN resolutions. World condemns the harassments and illegal detentions of Kashmiri political leaders including Syed Ali Sha Geelani, and called on UN to help resolve the issue so that people of Kashmir could live in peace. The UN must play an active role to solve this issue, and send investigating team to see the crimes of Indian army in Kashmir. Better late than never!

UNSC or its associate NATO must direct an innocent looking terror India to immediately withdraw its troops from Jammu Kashmir along with all draconian laws that enable the Indian paid terrorists to go on rampage in Kashmir probe Indian genocides and ask India to provide access to the international rights organizations in the terrorized territory.

Since India is not yet ready to withdraw its terror forces and operatives from Jammu Kashmir, the UNSC is better placed to initiate steps to kick India out of Jammu Kashmir and handover the nation back to Kashmiris, so that they could live in peace.  India must get out of UNSC, however notorious this organization it might be.

The sacrifices of Kashmiri martyrs do not go waste in any manner. Nor would their mission would end without reaching to its logical conclusion. Firm on fulfilling the legitimate aspiration of Kashmiris politically, diplomatically and socially, Kashmiri freedom leaders have reiterated the pledge to continue the liberation struggle against illegal India rule, despite all odds.
