Sovereign Libya under NATO Threat: ICJ & ICC Must Protect the world from Western Fascism

While the western fascism has really gone rampage having pushed the mischievous UNSC into their pocket, double-speak and double-standards are the hallmark of the unilateral USA since the world war 1: it supports those forces that promote imperialism, colonialism and capitalist values, but try to destroy those nations that either oppose them or stand in the way of its imperialist voyages for resources. The enemy concept of America and its Neoconservative nuts stems from this attitude of American leaders.

Libya is a fine example of a sovereign, but energy rich nation now under western fascist siege in this.

The NATO beasts and vultures are feasting on Libyan corpses, on the strength of UNSC resolution 1970 authorizing ‘’”noflyzone” to protect civilians. Washington is pushing the ICC to just approve the arrest warrants to insulate the alliance against international criticism of his prolonged campaign in Libya. It should focus on those NATO terror syndicate operatives, western criminals and the rebel terrorists used by the NATO and CIA to destabilize Libya and punish those responsible for crimes against humanity committed in the territory of Libya since NATO “noflyzone” in March 2011.

Wars and invasions are a part of western civilization and USA-UK terror twins have been jointly playing global mischief for years now.  War crimes are apparently committed by the NATO forces rather boldly as a matter of Obama policy. The UNSC scoundrels gave the orders for the illegal atrocities on Libyans. All UNSC-NATO leaders must be brought to justice.

After killing innocent Libyans and destroying Libyan resources, the western invaders in democracy uniforms have realized their utter failure in making Libyan president Col. Qaddafi, by illegal invasion followed by massacres of  Libyans, The Obama regime is now trying to fix Col. Qaddafi  by implicating him in fake  charges ignoring the fact that as President Col. Qaddafi, the king of kings and her of our times is duty bound to protect the people and nation by repulsing the enemies  form inside and outside- the terrorist rebels who have illegally taken over Libyan oil zones with CIA help and NATO terror syndicate now attacking the nation and Libyans, killing thousands. .

By following a multi-pronged fascist approach in Libya, Obama regime has gone ashtray by attacking any one and every one in Libya. After murdering one son and his children  by drone attacking  Presidential compound at beast will, Col. Qaddafi, the Obama forces now target his another son Saif al-Islam and Mahmoud Al-Baghdadi, in effect, the nation's efficient prime minister.

In USA and other terrocracies judiciary is being controlled by the ruling regime. When international judges also behave like stooges of imperialism and colonialism, promoting capitalist regimes around the world at the cost of common people, less powerful free nations tend to lose their sovereignty in modern times too.  The twin policy of attacking on fabricated pretexts sovereign nations for resources, on the one hand, and immorally trying to fix Muslim leaders who refuse to play second fiddle to CIA fascist muse by misusing both the UNSC and international criminal agencies like the ICJ and ICC, on the other, has so far worked to the advantages of the US led imperialist nations to pursue their joint resource-crime operations.  

USA and other NATO terror syndicate members want the international judicial agencies to work for imperialist nations and shield the NATO terrorism over sovereign nations like Libya and help insulate the NATO alliance against international criticism of NATO’s prolonged campaign in Libya.

The International Criminal Court (ICC), on instructions from the Obama regime, issued a report it might seek arrest warrants against Col. Muammar Qaddafi the president of sovereign Libya which the NATO terror syndicate led by joint USA-UK-France-Italy terror gang and two other senior members of his regime later this month for bravely defending Libyan sovereignty and repulsing NATO-Libyan terrorist rebel forces. The ICC which does not oppose NATO fascism in Afghanistan Libya, Iraq and Pakistan on fabricated pretexts and still  refuses to even take  notice of Zionist crimes against humanity in Palestine, including holocaust attempts, woke up now to  repeat the CIA claims that Co. Qaddafi and Libya army committed "war crimes" against Libyan terrorist rebel anti-Libya terror operations under the NATO command and their illegal seizure of oil zones for NATO use.

Of course, ICC & ICJ are not prevented from misbehaving and not exempted from cutting crude jokes but in trying to hide the NATO crimes in Libya and elsewhere these judicial bodies have failed to perform their duties. UNSC is misusing them to force Col. Qaddafi to run away by implicating him in fake charges. ICC puppets it would ask judges at the ICJ court in The Hague for three warrants to capture Col. Qaddafi. In pressuring Libyan leader to flee his nation and let the western invaders loot his nation the ICC would commit another crime against humanity and this is the worst joke on democracy in recent times.

Justice has never been is on course and USA-UK terror twins does not let proper justice delivery either. ICC and ICJ should understand its heavy responsibility for humanity if those who order the crimes are not stopped and arrested murder, persecution, systematic arrests, torture, killings, enforced disappearances and attacks against unarmed civilians will continue unabated, unless the international judiciary steps in to defend sovereignty of Libya, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq and other nations.

As well as the use of live ammunition against unarmed demonstrators is common in Afghanistan, Iraq and Pakistan.  The ICC investigation can enough evidence of a range of abuses including torture, systematic rape, the use of cluster munitions and other heavy weaponry in urban areas, the use of civilians as human shields only to be killed sooner than later.

Libyan government must put an end to the destabilization efforts by rebel terrorists by all available means to protect the sovereignty which is under serious threat. The NATO-India-Israel led global state terror forces are engaged in systematic arrests, torture, killings, deportations, enforced disappearances and even destruction of mosques. The targeted victims generally are civilians, but UNSC and ICC ICJ shut their eyes tight and nothing is reported to the meetings.  

When peaceful protesters turn violent enforcement forces would repel that. If the state does not repel the enemy attacks and prevent destabilization of the nation concerned, then it would be failing as a nation. The report was commissioned by the anti-Libyan UNSC on 26 February when it referred the case to the ICC. The investigation is highly significant politically as NATO went to an illegal war in sovereign Libya on "humanitarian grounds", killing innocent Libyans and taking control of a few oil fields.

It is most unfortunate that the global dictators - the USA-UK terror twins - ably control almost entire world, its systems, judiciaries, economies, securities, etc. So much so, the international criminal court and international court of justice have been performing, like cricketers under ICC/IPL mafia, as directed by the western terror twins.  It is the crudest international shame, but it seems nothing could be done to reset the mindset of ICC and ICJ. The continued misbehavior of international judiciary indeed constitutes the major tragedy for humanity.

Although Russia and China continue to cooperate on global issues, taking collective decisions on global issues, Russia also courts NATO fascism in Afghanistan which it occupied for years in the Soviet era and thus far has not asked NATO terror gangs to quit Libya. It is, therefore, unclear whether veto nation Russia or China, which effectively supported the NATO terrorism in sovereign Libya by abstaining from voting, would veto the authorization of NATO to carry out the arrests. That would most likely involve sending troops into Tripoli. Most probably both Russia and China would so oppose any further mischief by USA-UK-France-Italy gang over sovereign Libya.

US Obama has shown he is as much a fascist as his predecessors and even accelerated US terrorism by introducing drone attacks.  Enough is enough is really enough! NATO terror syndicate has already harmed enough in Libya, killing thousands of Muslims. Col. Qaddafi has been under CIA-Obama terror threat and the ICJ & ICC must protect sovereign nations of the world from Western Fascism.
