According to a document written in Hebrew, an agreement has been signed between Israel and the National Transitional Council (CNT) in Benghazi, Libya, concerning the creation of a Zionist military base in the Jebel Akhdar region, for a period of thirty years in case they come to power
· The document contains the word "Israel Defence Forces, received by a Ukrainian officer, and reveals the contents of the agreement signed between Israel and the National Transition Council of Libya in Benghazi, which consists of creating a military base on the Libyan border, while Israel supported the Libyan opposition by providing weapons, making pressure on European countries to recognize the CNT and training the members of the opposition in order to prepare a strong army. The intensification of NATO air strikes against the pro-Gaddafi forces to force him to withdraw is part of the strategy.
The document in question has raised many doubts, according to observers, as it is written from left to right. No reaction from the Libyan opposition in Benghazi to confirm or deny these reports.
The pro-Kadhadi distributed the document in order to convince and to mount the general opinion in neighbouring countries against the opposition. In case the information is confirmed, Algeria would be most affected by the presence of Zionists on the borders with Libya and this will allow the organization of the Salafist Group for Preaching and Combat, now called al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM) to have more weapons to carry out its criminal operations in the region, after its activities had been extended to drugs and weapons trafficking. The terrorist organization will find an environment conducive to business in the shadow of the Zionist presence; especially that Algeria is the country most hostile to the Zionist entity.
