Background

All praises are due to Allah Ta'lah Who has created all the worlds and He is sustaining them with all sorts of provisions. Thanks to Him for making us human beings, Khalifa and granting us intellect, eyes, ears and tongue to speak. Allah's blessings be upon His last Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and his family and his entire Ummah.

It gives me great pleasure to announce my total non confidence in the Honorable Judges of the present bench of the Supreme Court of Pakistan who had taken an oath on totally illegal and unconstitutional PCO of a military dictator who had abruptly stopped genuine Supreme Court proceedings fearing his defeat in the case and arrested over 50 honorable Judges. My petition (# 84/2007) was before the court when this shameless act against judiciary was carried out by Mr. Musharraf on advice of Mr. Bush and Co. who in the first place toppled an  elected Government and killed Advocate Iqbal Ra'd during day light using their blue eye terrorist group MQM.

On May 12^th 2007 also Musharraf and his MQM boys killed over 40 innocent human beings like sitting ducks and prevented Honorable Chief Justice of Pakistan from entering Karachi. This was again carried out by the global terrorist Bush and Blair/Brown who claim to be the civilized persons and fighting against terrorism. In fact noting could be farthest from truth.

My contention in my petition was tat the so called Presidential Elections of October 2007 did not constitute genuine elections as these deprived 160 million people to participate in it. At best it could be termed   Election of 2002 and not of 2007. This backward, dictatorial gimmickry is hallmark of so called Enlightened Moderation of Musharraf which in real sense is serving neo-colonists and global terrorists. I had filed on 18 ^th September this petition in the Supreme Court challenging the validity and sense of holding Presidential Elections from a terminal Assembly with no current and fresh mandate of the people. The constitution of Pakistan does not permit it as it requires running of state affairs through chosen representatives. 160 million Pakistanis in 2007 had no input in these sham Presidential Elections which were held by the blessing of Bush and his Israeli masters reflecting their true love and sincerity toward democracy and human rights. It t is amply clear to everyone that over 90% Pakistanis don't approve Musharraf Government's performance over last 5 years and they do not want to have him and his Government for next five years.

In parliamentary system people vote out incompetent incumbent through fresh elections of Assembly Members who would not vote for the incumbent. In Turkey for example first assemblies were elected and then Assembly Members elected Abdullah Gul. As President post  is not ceremonial in Pakistan, it becomes even more important to have truly representative President. Encyclopedia Britannica for example clearly states that important function of Elections is to hold leaders accountable for their performance in the last term. If they are not satisfied they reject the President How people would reject Musharraf when they have no say into that election? Bush, Rice and Negroponte are trying best that people of Pakistan these sham elections and then to show to the world how America is trying hard to restore democracy in Pakistan. There could be no bigger hypocrisy and deception. This only equals to the lies about 9/11 and so called Al-Qaeda which are all brain child of Bush and his Zionist masters. All acts of terrorism in the world are carried out by Zionists masters and then Islam and Muslims are blamed for these acts. Hollywood technology, Absolute media control and superb financial and control over world Governments and media facilitate such false propaganda but alas zillions of lies can not defeat even one iota of truth and hence all efforts of Zionists under Satanic control stands wasted.

By holding a so called Presidential Election from comatose assemblies, Musharraf and his allies have admitted their defeat. They know that he will never be elected from members of fresh assemblies. He also wants to abuse state powers in the form of his uniform to get re-elected and then serve the foreign masters. As the foreign masters find him most suitable person they regard all irregularities in these elections as Pakistan's internal affairs. It is also distressing to see that Benazir is also trying to please Uncle Sam to come into power by hook or crook. She is playing American wrestling matches with

Musharraf, which in Pakistani Urdu language is called Noora Kushtiu and Topi Drama. My main and the foremost purpose in filing petition was to highlight the open and unashamed violation of the Constitution democracy by Mr. Musharraf that has direct bearing on the safety, integrity and security of the country and the people. Now when Mush had selected judges to give verdict of his choice it would be shear idiocy and wrong to appear in the court which is no more legitimate and valid. We appreciate American Society's strong reaction against Mush Government. We appeal to the American and European people to conduct war crime tribunals to try Bush, Musharraf and MQM terrorists in the world court for killing countless innocent human beings regardless of their creed, religion and place.
