Why the western nations and their courts persecute Wikileaks founder Assange?
The answer is very simple. The NATO rogues fear that Wikileaks will expose the Sept-11 hoax perpetrated by the anti-Islamic forces in the USA and Europe. Criminals in state coats, want to escape without being caught!
The American perpetrators of Sept-11 hoax as horrid terror attacks are obviously going all about to conceal the both the hidden agenda of CIA and Sept-11 hoax procedures. Any hindrance in their efforts to keep the Sept0-11 secret heavily guarded and is treated by NATO as a terror threat. Wikileaks did and continues to do exactly what the NATO opposes.
For quire some time now, the Wikileaks founder Julian Assange is being harassed and persecuted by the western judiciaries to protect the colonialist and imperialist interests of the Western powers. The Wikileaks website has published a mass of leaked diplomatic cables that embarrassed several countries, particularly the US.
The NATO rouge states led by USA-UK terror twins targeting Islamic nations, especially the energy rich Arab nations, are exceedingly sacred of the exposures of Wikileaks because they fear the Wikileaks are at exposing the truth about Sept-11 hoax perpetrated by the Neocon inspired anti-Islamic Americans and their allies. This explains growing panic situation in NATO nations, forcing the judiciaries to persecute and eventually order his death penalty for him for trying to expose the hidden agendas of western terrocracies.
The 41-year-old Australian citizen, Julian Assange took refuge at Ecuador's London embassy in June as he faced extradition to Sweden over bogus sexual assault claims, which he denies. Assange reasserts that the sexual contact was consensual, says the allegations against him are politically motivated and he fears that, if extradited to Sweden, he will then be passed on to US authorities.
Julian Paul Assange (born 3 July 1971) is an Australian editor, activist, political talk show host, computer programmer, publisher and journalist. He is best known as the editor-in-chief and founder of Wikileaks, a media website which has published information from whistle-blowers. The site acts as a conduit for worldwide news leaks, with a stated purpose of creating open governance.
He has lived in several countries and has made public appearances in many parts of the world to speak about freedom of the press, censorship, and investigative journalism. He has received numerous awards and nominations, including the 2009 Amnesty International Media Award, Readers' Choice for TIME magazine's 2010 Person of the Year, the 2011 Sydney Peace Foundation gold medal and the 2011 Martha Gellhorn Prize for Journalism.
USA and Europe are deadly concerned about Wikileaks exposes. Following a European Arrest Warrant and an Interpol red notice issued for Assange in relation to allegations in Sweden of rape and "sexual assault", and a failed appeal in Britain against extradition to Sweden, Assange broke his bail conditions on 19 June 2012 to enter the Ecuadorian embassy in London requesting political asylum on the grounds that he was being persecuted. Ecuador granted Assange asylum on 16 August 2012.
The UK and Sweden have criticized Ecuador for granting political asylum to the Wikileaks founder Julian Assange as the diplomatic row over what to do with him intensifies. The UK has said it will not allow him safe passage out of the country. the national assembly in Ecuador which passed a resolution condemning the "threat" to Assange's political asylum.
South America's Ecuador says Assange's human rights might be violated if he was sent to Sweden to be questioned over allegations that he sexually assaulted two female ex-Wikileaks volunteers while he was in Stockholm to give a lecture in 2010. Ecuador said Assange's human rights might be violated if he is sent to Sweden to be questioned over allegations that he sexually assaulted two female ex-Wikileaks volunteers while he was in Stockholm to give a lecture in 2010. Ecuador's Foreign Minister Ricardo Patino said he hoped talks with the UK would "overcome this". He said the UK should respect Ecuador's "sovereign decision" otherwise "we will use the alternatives under international law to demand the safe passage". "We don't think it is reasonable that, after a sovereign government has made the decision of granting political asylum, a citizen is forced to live in an embassy for a long period," he added. Patino also claimed "other elements" were motivating Sweden's wish to extradite Assange, and also tweeted his "sincere appreciation" to the national assembly in Ecuador which passed a resolution condemning the "threat" to Assange's political asylum.
The 41-year-old Australian Julian Assange took refuge at Ecuador's London embassy in June as he faced extradition to Sweden over seemingly fabricated sexual assault claims, which he denies. Assange said that while Ecuador’s decision was "a historic victory, our struggles have just begun", adding that "the unprecedented US investigation against Wikileaks must be stopped". It is unacceptable for London nuts that Ecuador would want to halt the Swedish judicial process and European judicial co-operation”.
The Wikileaks website has published a mass of leaked diplomatic cables that embarrassed several countries, particularly the US, annoying all state terror nations especially USA, UK, Israel, India France, and many NATO nations that are engaged in killing Muslims and looting resources from Muslim nations under NATO occupation.
The British government has said that it will not allow safe passage out of the embassy, and will arrest him when and if he leaves the embassy, and has warned the Ecuadorian authorities of legal provisions that could allow Britain to remove the diplomatic status of the embassy building where Assange has obtained refuge. The British government has denied that they intend to raid the embassy, and have repeatedly assured Ecuador that a raid would only be used as a last measure. The UK Foreign Office says it remains committed to reaching a "negotiated solution" but following its obligations under the Extradition Act, it would arrest Assange if he left the embassy.UK Foreign Secretary William Hague said there was "no legal basis" to allow Assange safe passage out of the country and warned that the case could go on for a "considerable" time. In a statement issued after the Ecuadorean decision, Hague said that Britain was under a "binding obligation" to extradite him to Sweden. Hague said: "With Assange having exhausted all options of appeal, the British authorities are under a binding obligation to extradite him to Sweden. "It is important to understand that this is not about Assange's activities at Wikileaks or the attitude of the United States of America. He is wanted in Sweden to answer allegations of serious sexual offences."
In Sweden, foreign ministry spokesman Anders Joerle said it was "unacceptable that Ecuador would want to halt the Swedish judicial process". He added that Sweden "emphatically reject the gross accusations that is made against the Swedish judicial system". Joerle has categorically rejected Ecuadorean claims that the sexual assault allegations facing the Wikileaks founder are not the real reason the country wants him extradited. The ministry said it was "unacceptable that Ecuador would want to halt the Swedish judicial process and European judicial co-operation". He added that Sweden "emphatically reject the gross accusations that is made against the Swedish judicial system". Officials in Stockholm said that they wanted to guarantee that the allegations could be investigated. They denied any other motive. Claes Brogstrom, the lawyer for the two Swedish women making the sexual assault complaints against Assange, said that the charges against Assange would be treated as a "normal case" in the Swedish judicial system."He will be interrogated by the prosecutor. The prosecutor after that has to decide whether to prosecute him or not and if that happens there will be a trial in the court of Stockholm.
That looks like a pure drama.
The Ecuadorean government said it had granted Assange asylum because it shared his fears of political persecution and the possible consequences of an eventual extradition to the dictatorial USA for facing his end. The evidence shows that if Assange is extradited to the USA, he wouldn't have a fair trial. It is quite probable he could be subjected to cruel and degrading treatment and surely sentenced to life imprisonment or even capital punishment. Most writers and the supporters of the Wikileaks founder share this belief.
Assange has been holed up at the embassy in London since 19 June in a bid to avoid extradition to Sweden, where is wanted for questioning over allegations of sexual assault. Assange knew he could count Ecuadorean President Rafael Correa among those supporters, even before he walked into the Ecuadorean embassy in London. Ecuador had described as a "threat" a UK letter that drew attention to the Diplomatic and Consular Premises Act 1987, which would enable it to potentially lift the embassy's diplomatic status to allow police to enter the building to arrest Assange for breaching his bail terms. However, the Foreign Office later said the letter's purpose was intended to clarify "all aspects of British law that Ecuador should be aware of" and it favored a "mutually acceptable solution".
The possibility of the British authorities storming into the Ecuadorean embassy in London to capture Assange, as raised by Foreign Minister Patino, has only provided Correa supporters with a powerful rallying cry. Some people seem to believe the Wikileaks founder will ever make it to South America.
Meanwhile, an extraordinary meeting of Ecuador's national assembly has been held to discuss the situation. The opponents of President Rafael Correa feel the diplomatic spat with Britain is unnecessary and Ecuador had no right to get involved. Some critics have also suggested that Correa's actions in defending the free speech of Assange are ironic, as he has been criticized for clamping down on media dissent in Ecuador.
The Organisation of American States called a special meeting at its Washington headquarters last week to discuss the Ecuador-UK relationship, specifically Ecuador's diplomatic premises in the UK. And the Union of South American Nations - which consists of Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Surinam and Uruguay - convened an "extraordinary meeting" in Ecuador on Sunday to consider "the situation raised at the embassy". Foreign ministers from countries across South America have backed Ecuador's decision to grant Wikileaks founder Julian Assange asylum. A joint statement by the members of the Union of South American Nations, said that it supported the country "in the face of the threat" to its London embassy, where Assange has taken refuge. Foreign ministers of the 12-member bloc took part in an extraordinary meeting in held in Ecuador.
Meanwhile, Ecuador's President Rafael Correa has suggested Assange could co-operate with Sweden if assurances are given that there would be no extradition to a third country. Supporters of Assange, who urged the US to end its ‘witch-hunt’ against the Wikileaks site, claimed he could face persecution and even the death penalty if sent there.
Ecuador will have polls in February 2013. The opposition in Ecuador has been wooed to criticize the government’s decision to support the cause of Assange. It is important to that Ecuador has protected freedom of speech and Assange even as it has been trying to secure a commercial agreement with the European Union which crush freedom of any sort in reality though it clams that as its credibility. And the opposition might try to use the whole issue against Correa as he seeks re-election in February 2013. Former President Lucio Gutierrez has even suggested in a light vein Correa's intention is to use Assange's hacking skills to steal the elections. However, Correa does not need to resort to such strategies to stay in power. He is very popular now.
Observations
Ecuador remains a powerful symbol of freedom, its protector.
Since the Muslim nations and their media, having lost real faith in Islam, do not take any interest in exposing the NATO crimes and their media are under the devilish spell of pro-US rulers, the perpetrator of Sept-11 in USA felt satisfied with the support of Islamic world for their crimes against Muslims. But the Wikileaks became a threat to US hidden interests starting from Sept-11.
Many right thinking persons see Assange champion of causes, as somebody who has really fought for freedom of speech and freedom of opinion, which are also key components of the Ecuadorean government official discourse. By granting him asylum, the government was trying to prove it really cares about freedom of opinion and freedom of the press, at a moment when Ecuador has been strongly criticized both nationally and internationally, for the way the national government understands democracy.
Third world colonial, terrocratic "powers" like India and Israel do not want the secret about Sept-11 get exposed because that would upset their own colonial ambitions and massacre interests in Jammu Kashmir and Palestine, respectively. These terrocracies have common stake in concealing the hidden terror agendas.
The witch-hunt approach to investigative journalism and facts by anti-Wikileaks terrocracies also explains why NATO rouges are afraid of Wikileaks and its ability to expose the Sept-11 hoax operations and hence they are eager to punish Assange.
There's no demand, however, from the USA, the leader of GST( global state terrorism), that Assange should be extradited to the USA to terrorize him.
Hopefully, the Ecuadorean people will remain united and reject any form of colonialism efforts of NATO gangsters led by USA-UK terror twins, firmly.
