Palestine: UNSC veto system is Crime against Humanity

The veto system on notorious UNSC has benefited only the West and Israel.  The veto power has enabled and legalized all unilateral actions of USA and the American shielding of Zionist crimes against Palestinians.

Tying for statehood through “negotiations” with an illegally Israel is hypocritical and dangerous for the Palestinians as they continue to face civilizational threat from fascist Israel.  While keeping the Palestine under tenterhooks, Israel was hurriedly granted statehood by the UN, controlled by notorious security veto powers led by the USA-UK terror twins without agreement from the other side in even the principle of 2 states in Palestine.

None of the 5 veto rogue states opposed the creation of an illegal state for the Jews in Mideast on Palestine lands and against the Palestinians. And none of them seek punitive measures against the Israeli regime for its perpetual crimes against Palestinians and others in the region. These big nations have not stopped the proliferation of illegal settlements inside Palestine. Such international misbehavior has emboldened the Zionist state criminals to keep attacking and killing Palestinians.

Israel accepted UN Resolution 181 which envisioned a partition into 2 states and on that agreement it was granted statehood unilaterally but neither Israel nor its promoters cared for UN resolution and its basis. Now the Palestinians accept UN 181 and 252 resolutions so why Palestine should not use UN for statehood and why now is a “negotiated solution” required for statehood when it wasn't in 1948?

Warring nations have negotiated peace and borders for decades, but the mediators are still hypocritical nations just like the Israelis as they haven't yet agreed upon a real Palestine solution.

The veto power in Asia China said it supports the Palestinian bid for U.N. observer status, with a vote on the matter at the United Nations later this month. China claims it has traditionally had close relations with the Palestinians, but in recent years also has had good ties with Israel, especially in the field of military, though any further upgrade o Israeli military would add more Zionist terror attacks on Palestinians. .

China foreign ministry spokesman Hong Lei said China understands, respects and supports the Palestinians' request to enter the United Nations and “China always supports the Palestinian people's just cause of recovering their national and legitimate rights and interests, and will always hold that independent statehood is the lawful right of Palestinian people, and also the basis for a two-state solution."

The United States, a major cause of Zionist occupation and crimes in Palestine, also swears it favors eventual statehood for the Palestinians, but CIA wants Palestine to come as a result of negotiations with an arrogant and fanatic Israel seeking to keep talking without results..

Dictatorial Washington, backs Israeli criminal regime by all terror means and can block full recognition of Palestine as a UN member at the Security Council with its Zionist veto but the USA-Israel terror twins are worried that their veto is meaningless as the 193-nation UN General Assembly can still grant observer status. However the Palestinians legitimacy for a full UN membership could be effectively blocked by just one US terror veto even if China or Russia supports PLO: their vetoes will be a waste.  

Fully aware of Zionist fanaticism, Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas repeated an offer to restart the bogus peace talks with Israel after the UN vote. US-brokered peace talks have foundered, mainly due to US hypocrisy leading to continued Jewish settlement-building in the occupied West Bank.

So far as a non-member observer in UN, Palestine has been denied even that privilege of complain. However, the ICJ and ICC effectively controlled by USA-UK terror twins cannot be expected to take action against Israeli criminals. Palestinians are now left with choice but to request recognition without waiting for Israel to agree. This minor upgrade in status would let the PLO to complain to international judiciaries about Zionist crimes.

Evidently, Palestine would secure statehood quickly once the veto system is abolished. Only when the much misused veto is done away with once for all, arrogant Israel would realize its  folly and criminal background, show some seriousness and urgency in resolving Palestine state and promoting Mideast peace.
