Which agency is more lethall "“ ISI or MI

Notoriety of ISI is so influential that any incidence which is considered extra judicial doings is believed to be activity of ISI; there are some facts behind this notion. We don't know what part it plays on international scene but since Oct 1999 role of ISI has been totally focused on national issues and main function is believed to be full time support to make convenient tyrannical rule of Mush. There are thousand examples of its involvement in civilian affairs, state terrorism, political activities, and foreign affairs.

On the whole Pak army has broken records of illegal and anti-constitutional actions, but none among Pak army ever raised voice against brutalities and state terrorism, (except a few lower rank officers and soldiers, who were eliminated from their services and charged with criminal offence). Generally it is observed that main responsibility of MI is to spy on serving officers, use influence on promotions and postings, selection boards are largely dependent on its intelligence reports.

We have seen Mush has collected heap of non-professional generals, who are more interested in national politics, making assets and enjoying luxurious life style rather their services to defend the country.

Role of MI:

MI has very powerful role in controlling and tipping loyalties of serving soldiers and officers, in last six seven years majority of professionals have been debarred from promotions to higher ranks, question of being religious mind, having beard, racial or ethnic back ground took precedence over professions capabilities.

Moreover understanding that majority of retirees on civilian posts are considered to be on quota (reserved for retirees) or on the basis of qualifications to handle prevailing civilian post is misguided, unfortunately in most cases more loyal or lick spittle is appointed on civilian posts, all ISI retirees are working on higher posts such as Pakistan's ambassador to Washington, which is a shame for nation.

Mush remained busy in promotions to goof loyalists and elimination of professionals from Pak Army since last many years to create strong base of likeminded heap which may not challenge his president ship at any stage. Present appointments of Generals on sensitive posts, core commanders, important portfolios at GHQ is an example of sycophants, who are running affairs of the country, resulting in formation of a banana republic or failed state.

Mush appointed a close relative as DG, MI responsible for controlling matters of promotions and measurements of loyalties within army ranks (son of cousin of Sehba). The department is directly controlled by Sehba (his wife), secret reports about each and every military person are handled by president house. That is why army personals are living in state of fear, and afraid of talking about state terrorism or war on terror type topics. Loot sale of promotions and appointments on sensitive posts is result of Sehb'a authority over Pak army.

General Kiyani if may like to change entire environment of Pak army, he can't achieve results till departure of some Mush appointed serving and retired generals. For example we noticed that ex DG ISPR, a serving general doing house hold at presidency, it is on record. There is always gathering of red flags around the kitchen to assure loyalties to Sehba, de facto chairman of promotion board.

Generally MI is controlling Pak army employees and ISI is behind civilians now a days. It is up to you to decide which agency is more lethal?

Whether Gen Kiyani is sincere?

Nation is top believer on superstitions, among top of other myths, sacredness of Pak army in spite of their present role in state terrorism shows silliness of public, they still avoid categorically comment on generals or Pak army. Military Inc's and below standard tactics to achieve promotions has disfigured their image. Gen Kiyani's latest statements are encouraging but fruitless, looks like lip service only. Why?

1. Current generals who are under obligation of Mush will never let discipline of Pak army to prevail. Mush is a criminal mind person and his friendship with Altaf Husain and Gujrat mafia type peoples and his anti-Pakistan thoughts will never let Pakistan to ever become a peaceful sovereign nation. He is security risk for Pakistan and danger for entire region; he will break discipline of Pak army by directly contacting and using officers for his imposter activities.
2. On the name of War on terror, continuous training and exercises abroad will result in more CIA agents in the ranks of army. Mush being operative of same agency ruin entire nation. It wondered that Pak army has no capabilities to provide training facilities on its own, nation has provided them opportunity to use as much funds without any accountability.
3. Where are missing persons? Release them immediately or if those are involved in crimes put them under trial. We want to see enemies of Pakistan, what crimes they committed and their links with enemies, in fair manner.
4. Stop army to use Israeli tactics on citizens, using helicopters, missiles and demolishing homes is Jewish tradition; killings will increase more enemies, there must be political solution. Military Police recently broke dozens of doors and humiliated women and children in Rawalpindi in American army fashion (anybody is free to watch on CNN), after RA Bazar terrorist attack. Army officials should not have lost senses. The fire Mush ignited is gradually reaching to his own back yard. This is called civil war, which also has some international laws.
5. There is no need to move armed forces from strategic borders to civilian areas. Movement of troops in civilian areas in current circumstances creates fear and hate. Pak army is integral part of society; there are dozens of retired or serving persons living around the country. Nothing is secret from citizens, stories of Ojhri camp, massacres and hidden torture cells are open secret. How you can keep loyal to your citizens? It is a big question of today, war on terror is not our war, neither we know their opponents, either those exists or not. Mush is taking advantage to keep grip on resources.
6. Gen Kiyani has ordered to call back officers working on civilian posts, is there any method of accountability to check their assets and contacts?
7. There are foreign funded groups who have vested interests and want to keep engage Pak army in local disputes or civil war. Whenever Pak army moves toward any political solution, all such groups start propaganda, their demands and white house statements always have resemblance, both want to sabotage peaceful means and desirous to engage Pak army in conflicts. For example watch today's editorial of "Daily Times" Shia vigilante Najam Sethi is one of those extremists who want civil war by heart. There are many Indian agents; all cultural organizations made on the name of South Asia in Pakistan are mostly RAW agents. Their movements are required to be scrutinized closely, more over MOSAD, KHAD and MI6 agents are also independently operating in Pakistan, all those flourished under Mush fascist rule and have close contacts with presidency. You can check their theories in Daily Times, Friday Times and Daily News. It is urgent need of the time that all vulgar extremists may be embedded with army in FATA and Baluchistan areas.
8. Some goof  retirees are working on highly sensitive posts, who are giving bad names to Pak army, mostly "Ustads" (teachers), peers and relatives of Mush, working at Islamabad,  and Interior (federal and provincial both) or MQM mentality persons such as entire Joint services head quarter under Tariq Majeed Butcher, Chairman Strategic Plans Division and SDP secretariat, DG ISPR and his office, at least four corpse commanders, some generals at GHQ, secretaries of important ministries, IB, Military police, PAF and Military Inc's like Fauji Foundation, rebuild factories, and POF etc. require immediate reshuffle. New blood is required who did not have any obligation to Mush factor.

Some other examples of suspiciousness:

1. Why target is only opposition? MQM is brutally killing opponents at Karachi, Governor Sind is criminal, and we have not seen a single politician killed belonging to PML (Mush group), MQM or Fauji Political Party.
2. When Chinese prostitutes were caught red handed by Jamia Hafsa students, at that time it was claimed that Chinese are sacred. Why every day Chinese prostitution gangs are being arrested now? Moreover most organized and advanced brothel system is developed by Chinese at Kabul. Both boyfriends Karazai and Mush preachers of enlighten moderation have handed over both countries to prostitution gangs. If anybody wants to confirm check on Google.com, list of brothels is very long and requires a separate book to define nationalities of brothel owners, however Chinese are top suppliers, and at Pakistan locals are owners with government backing. At least 20 Chinese sex workers arrested with in last two weeks is not due to maintain writ of Govt., it was matter of commission with police.
3. Writ of state looks like joke when predators and missiles are mysteriously killing citizens. Thousand of agents on the name of intelligence gathering are present, at foreign airports citizens are facing humiliation. Recent examples of Gujrat mafia and Edhi are prominent; previously US authorities did not care by removing trousers and underwear's of Gen Qureshi (then DG ISPR), Gen Naqvi (master mind of ruination of local governments) and Gen Orakzai (ex Gov. of NWFP) are few examples otherwise list is very long. Maleeha Lodhi managed to save his brother Aamir Lodhi (famous NAB case) and in return called authorities at London airport to scrutinize all civilians accompanying with Mush in his recent European four nation honey moon trip for making numbers in front of fascist dictator. Many strategic defense analysts are missing, those crossed border to India later nobody knows what happened to them. Pakistan is in serious danger by ignoring its strategic position, nobody will ever enter Pakistan from western borders (except friends of Mush), and real danger is eastern borders. Within next 10-15 years there will be serious dispute over river waters other then Kashmir issue.

As a citizen of Pakistan we are asking for restoration of rule of law, true constitution and accountability of Mush. We have no power to stop state terrorism, even though it would ever have power to stop with hands, nation will never like to confront with Pak army, because they have firm belief that Mush has polluted culture of army and made them apologetic in front of world community, a little reorganization could restore credibility of Pak army. An impartial leader to run affairs of army is imminent to save Pakistan in present circumstances, by kicking out Mush with his vulgar boy and girl friends out of country forever.
