Pakistan Taliban chief Mullah Fazlullah Suspicious of US-Pakistan agenda

DR. ABDUL RUFF COLACHAL

___________________

Unilateral criminal Americans have done what wanted. They have put anend to any peace talks between Paksitni regime and Taliban so that Pentagon could, by occupying Pakistan as its client sanctuary, keep targeting Pakistanis.

US war on peace

With the conviction of a strong man who believes he is directly fulfilling God's wish with his war, the new head of the Pakistani Taliban, Mullah Fazlullah, who replaced Hakimullah Mehsud assassinated by American terrorists now occupying Pakistan, has ruled out peace talks with the government, vowing revenge for his predecessor's death.  According the CIA sources, Taliban would now target the military and the governing party.

Mullah Fazlullah, Taliban leader in Swat in north-west Pakistan, was named the new leader six days after Hakimullah Mehsud was killed in a drone strike. Mullah Fazlullah is a particularly ruthless commander. Ousted from Swat by troops in 2009 - now based on Afghanistan-Pakistan border. Fondly called IA media as Mullah Radio for his fiery broadcasts, irst Pakistan Taliban leader not from tribal areas - all were from Waziristan so far Fazlullah is the first Pakistan Taliban leader not from tribal areas - all were from Waziristan so far.

Taliban which genuinely sought peace for Pakistan,  is frustrated and  feels cheated by Pakistani regime deliberately as their willingness for p talks for peace  has been demolished by the  terror attacks on them, killing the leader Mehsud

US sanctuary

The Obama regime wants no peace in Pakistan and seeks to continue to war and the cold blooded murder of Mehsud only testifies that. The choice of Mullah Fazlullah as the new head of the Pakistani Taliban (TTP) is unlikely to please many Pakistanis. He was among the TTP's more vocal opponents of talks with Islamabad, so the group appears set to continue on the path of violence.

Mullah Fazlullah led the bloody occupation of the Swat Valley in 2008-09. Since his eviction from Swat in an army operation in 2009, he has been unhappy with Pakistani military taking orders from Washington. .

Mullah Fazlullah is  keen to end  Pakistn being the sanctuary of US-NATO state terror gangs.  Since Fazlullah is not a native of the Waziristan tribal region  and not based in Pakistan sanctuary, many expect him to face problems in controlling the disparate, and at times fractious groups within the TTP, the bulk of them locals from Waziristan.

USA harps on differences among the fighters to  weaken them and continue its attacks on Pakistani military and civilians. .

Murder against peace

Mehsud was killed when missiles struck his vehicle in the North Waziristan region on 1 November and it has, as speculated by the CIA, changed scenario for peace in a deadly manner.

Mehsud is tall and powerfully built. He spoke forcefully and with the conviction of a man who believes he is directly fulfilling God's wish with his war” In one undated video he pledges to do everything possible to introduce the laws, saying: "We will eliminate anything that will get in the way of achieving this goal: father or brother, soldier or police."

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif came to power in May pledging a negotiated settlement to the insurgency. The government said a delegation had been due to fly to North Waziristan to discuss peace talks with Hakimullah Mehsud, but he was killed in the drone strike the day before.

The Taliban leadership council, or shura, took six days to come to its decision. Its leader, Asmatullah Shaheen Bhitani, said: "The talks about peace between Pakistan and Taliban leaders is just a trap of enemies and to distract the masses. All political parties that are part of government are considered to be our enemies. "We will take revenge on Pakistan for the martyrdom of Hakimullah"

the Pakistani Taliban, or Tehreek-e-Taliban (TTP), told Agence France-Presse news agency: "Holding peace talks is not even an issue to discuss - this government has no authority, it is not a sovereign government, it is a slave, a slave of America. "Holding peace talks is a waste of time."

The Pakistani government reacted angrily. Interior Minister Chaudry Nisar Ali Khan said that the drone strike was "not just the killing of one person, it's the death of all peace efforts". The Pakistani government has yet to comment on the new leader.

When the news was announced, there was reportedly heavy celebratory gunfire in the area around Miranshah, the main town in the tribal area of North Waziristan. Mullah Fazlullah, believed to be in his mid to late 30s, led a brutal campaign in Swat between 2008 and 2009, enforcing hardline Islamic law that included burning schools, and public floggings and beheadings.

A military operation was launched to retake the area. Mullah Fazlullah fled over the border into Afghanistan but Islamabad says he has continued to orchestrate attacks in Pakistan. He was accused of being behind a roadside bomb in September that killed Maj Gen Sanaullah Niazi, the top commander in Swat, along with two other military personnel. Mullah Fazlullah was known for his radio broadcasts calling for strict Islamic laws and earning him the nickname "Mullah Radio".

According to CIA gang, the TTP is a loose umbrella organisation of about 30 militant groups. Prior to the latest Taliban announcement, the BBC's M Ilyas Khan in Islamabad said that Mullah Fazlullah was not a member of the Mehsud clan and, if appointed, would face a challenge to control the Mehsud fighters, who make up the bulk of the Taliban's manpower. Khalid Haqqani has been named deputy leader of the TTP, but he is not thought to be linked to the Haqqani network that is fighting Nato-led troops in Afghanistan.

Door

Meanwhile Pakistani cricketer turned politician Imran Khan has asked people to block the NATO supplies to Afghanistan so that Pakistanis can live in peace He has also asked the government to end all such nefarious operations that harm the nation and, conversely,  Islam.

Pakistan has only one option to survive the enemy from USA onslaught  as an Islamic nation to serve the people: show the door to US-NATO terrorists  quickly and close the  terrible mistake it committed  in letting the Bush  terror team enter Pakistan  and use Islamic nation to  cross over to Afghans to war on Afghans and Islam.
