WC Cricket : Cricketers create artificial thriller!

Since cricket is an
enticement of gimmicks unlike other sports where real completion is
possible, match fixing and artificial thrillers are part of the
show. .
.
Bangladesh
is hosting the so-called world cup in cricketism, obviously hoping to get some
100s and 50s for their batboys even as the regime is targeting Muslims in order
to gain some finances from the West and NATO that are also engaged in
genocides of Muslims. . .
It was all
along on the side of the SL team to win the very first so-called world cup
match against Pakistan because of their strong and capable bowling unit. SL got
nearly 300 runs from Pakistan, including one 100 and two 50s and
obviously Pakistan, as usual expected return favors from Lankans even if it
does not win the match because they don’t play to win but only to
get 100s and 50s to be hailed and rewarded by Pakistan.
Cricketers,
though are private for obvious extra financial reasons, do represent the nation
where they belong. Pakistani cricketers however refuse to honor the
nation by making all out efforts to win the matches. But they are
interested only in personal records and 100s and 50s. Some bowlers get a few
wickets for Pakistani government. Even the Pak government is not worried
if the team loses, but expect 100s and 50s etc for batboys.
Sri Lanka
was not as kind as Pakistan perhaps expected since they refused to offer 100 to
Pakistani captain and did not let them win either.
Pakistan
lost everything in their own mischief while bowling..
Of course,
Pakistan will not learn anything from their defeat, nor will they change their
strategy. They would continue with their policy of give and take 100s and 50s.
Pakistan
should have restricted the SL batboys below 20 runs. Had
they done that Pakistani batboys could have easily won the match.
But the problem is Pakistan deliberately offered
about 300 to get return favors. Also, Pakistani team
would have thought if they restrict the SL to below 200
runs, the SL bowlers wold be too harsh with Pakistani batboys
and none would have got a 50. At least skipper Misbah was
given pass mark of 50 runs as part of his own record. .
Pakistan does
all this intentionally, deliberately.
Here, the point is the SL
knew they were going to win the match as Pakistan was collapsing, with
Malinga causing Pakistani victims. When Pakistani team was 9 wickets down in 46
overs, the game was almost over with just wicket remaining with Pakistan.
But SL decided to offer quick runs in the 47th over and Lakmal did
that job well by offering three 4s and some more 2s and ones, making in all 18
runs in that over, and creating artificial tension. Then came Malinga to
finish off the match with the last wicket in his kitty! This was meant to
give some relief for the SL viewers.
Why SL
should resort to such cheap gimmicks?
When Pakistan was
crushed by SL, its half-brother Bangladesh (both lived together
until India decided to separate them in 1974), let big
brother India win after getting one 100 d one
50 from it.
India 'acquires" the
toss by prior fixing but then let the opponent to bat first to
feed its batboys as many runs it can digest, even 100 and 50. And
India gets back all those run in return. India also decides as
to who should get 50 and who 100, etc.
As usual upon
"winning" the toss, India "gracefully" asked BD to
bat first and get 100 and 50 as India decides. India allowed BD about
280 runs and got back all these runs in return.
By the by, Bangladesh
obliges both India and Pakistan in all possible ways and expects
some good runs in return. BD also expects some
tractors, among other gifts, from New Delhi for
its services. However, Pakistan does not seem to do that- for
which the Hasina regime is unhappy with Islamabad.
For India cricket is
everything and it can oblige opponent nations, like Australia and BD, to
get what it wants in cricketism. India had managed such
favors from England and Australia, for instance, in promoting fake
cricketers like Tendulkhar.
The joint cricket exercises
would go on until something bad happens to match fixing nations and mafia.
