If wee look at the history of war between the two countries we will come to know that the civil populations living on both sides of the boarder were the worst to suffer. Either it is the war of 1947, 1965 and 1971 or the relatively smaller unannounced clashes on Siachen or Kargil the looser have always been the innocent lives living along both sides of the boarder as Gilgit Baltistan.
Since from the very first day of independence India has never accepted Pakistan in the true terms and Pakistan too for a long time has yearned to host its flag on red fort (Lal Qila) of Delhi due to which an atmosphere of trust was never created between the two countries.
Soon after independence Pakistan tied notes with America neglecting its Neighbor Russia while India made strong political, economic and cultural ties with Russia. Both Pakistan and India due to there rivalry soon became the front liners of the race for artillery due to which the mass of both the countries suffered and the economy and public welfare of both countries faced heavy losses.
The 1971 rebellion movements of eastern Pakistan were too blamed to be the India and Pakistan pledged to avenge it and it thought 1980 as the suitable time and entered Muslim militants in Waadi for a gorilla war. These Muslim militants killed thousands of innocent civilians of Kashmir and around 10 million innocent lives were lost at the hands of these Muslim militants.
On the other hand thousands of people of Kharmang, Chorbat and Daras were forced to migrate with an equal number murdered by the Muslim militants of Pakistan. In the notorious Kargil war 3 thousand lives of the Northern Light Infantry (NLI) were lost the dead bodies of who are still the cliffs of kargil. In the start of twenty when the Indian parliament was attacked India blamed Pakistan for executing this terrorist attack and both the countries prepared for war but due to interference of America it was settled down because both the courtiers were nuclear powers and in such a situation the war was a threat to the international peace process too.
After the seize fire of 2001 the situation had somehow settled down and the peace process was progressing at an even pace but the Mumbai carnage sabotaged it. We fear that this time India and Pakistan will use our land to fulfill there long awaiting dreams and our people will be massacred for no reason. In the lights of international laws Gilgit Baltistan is a disputed region and if India and Pakistan are to fight for the there own egos they should not bring the people and land of the disputed region in between. if they are thinking of fighting on the boarders of Gilgit Baltistan it will be a strong violation of the international laws so both the countries should use there own boarders for he fulfillment of there respective dreams.
the suitable time has arrived that both India and Pakistan seriously rethink over this issue so that poverty and ignorance from both the countries is eliminated and both the countries should respect international laws and leave it to the people of the three parts associated with Kashmir dispute to decide there fate. War is not the solution to any problem and this war will take both the countries to such an extend that it will be impossible to come back on the path of progress of compete with the world nations. It becomes the duty of Kashmir leadership to remain impartial and not favor or oppose either India or Pakistan.
The only way to remain safe froe atomic war is solution of Kashmir dispute and the regions associated with it as Gilgit Baltistan. If India and Pakistan are still not serious to sole this dispute it is without doubt that they will have to face atomic war. We want to convey to both the governments neither to involve our civil population nor our military troops as NLI in this war because our region is still disputed and it is the duty of international community to stop both the countries making the disputed region a war field.
