Under the shadow of Indian terror:  

New Kashmir?

As per the extended Indian Doctrine, the entire South Asian region, regional sea waters inclusive, should be brought under the control of New Delhi, by adopting threats, diplomatic and terror tactics and the unexpectedly emerging support of USA could be handy in asserting Indian influence in the region. In the name democracy and anti-terrorism India could make the region obey Indian dictates without any suspicion. Spread of soft Hindutva is just one aspect of India Doctrine by using "Islamic fundamentalism" and India considers Nepal as an ally that way. Indian strategists believe already Bhutan and Nepal are under effective Indian control and Bangladesh is being coerced to fall in line. With the appointment of a Bengali as Indian Ambassador to Dhaka, India is almost settled down there and the media reports and analyses clearly indicate Bangladesh is moving towards India as a junior partner fight "terrorism" which  now clearly means war against Islam. Though a weak island nations with its own problems, Sri Lanka still  resists Indian domination in the region, but Indian capacity to out-maneuver its neighbors  with its huge resources of all sorts, has its own advantages and is engaged in diplomatic buying of it sea neighbor.

Over decades India could mould the mind set of Muslims and silence their opposition to Indian anti-Muslimism.  When Indian Muslims behave like their Hindu counterparts over decades of "socialization" process, engineered by Indian political outfits, the Kashmiris Muslims are just beginning feel "Indianness" with the entry of BJP as a major political outfit to reckon with in JK.

The Pakistani media reveal Pakistan's intension to be a junior partner to India apart from being one to US-led nations. But that attitude has made Bangladesh shaky indeed. When the Arab nations play second fiddle to Western nations against Palestine, any thing looks possible now. The recent appoint of a Bengali Hindu as Foreign minister by the new Awami premier Hasina has indicated that her country would willingly play second fiddle to New Delhi and hence she has already called to fight "terrorism" together. Bangladesh hopes to settle the border and dam issues with "Bengalis" on both sides playing their roles. But whether both Hindus would worry more about Indian interests than Dhaka's remains unclear right now. Many there feel that Indian agencies won't let Bangladesh to be a "normal" and strong state.

India for the first time is deeply worried about losing Jammu Kashmir. When the problems with Islamic and other neighbors remain the same, the Kashmiri issue haunts Indian leaders especially after the Muzaffarabad March. Many countries including the USA and UK have expressed their desire, indirectly, to ask India to surrender Kashmir sovereignty and a few intellectuals supported Kashmir freedom move. The US ambassador-designate of the Obama Administration to the United Nations Susan Rice identified Kashmir as one of the hot spots and bracketed it with conflict-torn regions, including the Balkans and Golan heights. In the past too Rice has identified Kashmir as one of the conflict zones of the world. During Rice's testimony before the Senate foreign relations committee, which held a nomination hearing for her on 15 Jan, she recalls: "From the Balkans to East Timor, from Liberia to Kashmir, from Cyprus to the Golan Heights, the United Nations has, for more than six decades, played a critical role in forestalling renewed fighting, helping to resolve conflict and repair war-torn countries, providing humanitarian aid, organizing elections, and responding to threats to international peace and security. However, the fact remains that in spite of all UN efforts, the Indian genocides in Kashmir kept on increasing because, apart from using the UN as a forum for concluding weapon trade agreements with other nations, India cares a boot for the UN.

Funnily, India does not think Kashmiris have the right to defend themselves from Indian terrorism and Indian holocaust in Kashmir is good for them. Once annexed Jammu Kashmir some how in 1947 and militarized the zone, Indian leaders have been insincere to Kashmir people who reclaimed their lost sovereignty. India, for the sake of fooling the world led by USA, keeps announcing "zero tolerance" of human rights violations. But India unleashes terrorism and evades in every manner the HR; the protests across the Valley against the human rights abuses proved that the commitment was not honored. But India has zero tolerance to Kashmir freedom movement as they demand sovereignty back now. Indian premier Manmohan, too eager and keen to occupy and stay on in power is only keen to implement the policy of zero tolerance of "state terrorism" with total commitment.

Look how Indian mindset works against Kashmiri Muslims, and Muslims in India and Pakistan and else where! If I call Indian behavior cowardice, many Hindus and their Muslim associates would object, but the truth should not be hidden citing national interest. Palestine is burning and thousands of innocent people are killed and seriously wounded, but Manmohan pretends he is not aware of that ghastly fascism of Israel. Will he admit, then, that Indian terror forces have also killed over a lakh Muslims in Kashmir?

New Kashmir?-II

With the polls over and new regime taking charge in Jammu Kashmir, now under Indian occupation, many would think Kashmir is poised for a great change, but in which direct remains a trillion dollar question under the shadow of Indo-US nuclearism.

The only lesson to be drawn from the Jammu Kashmir (JK) poll is that a trained terror military can conduct polls any where in the world with the support of the regime, including the so-called democratic. Then the "elected" regime does exactly what it wants or what is assigned to it. What the new CM in JK would do with regard to Kashmir sovereignty issue is a matter of just speculation, because NC follows dual policy with India .

As for ideology, Omar, by saying that he would accept any solution better than autonomy, has creatively reached out to separatist circles. And, by re-branding the proposal as "˜autonomy-plus' he has actually walked into the realm of Kashmir 's neo-separatist politics, more loudly championed by Muftis.  Both these postures are well within the discourse Mufti has floated amidst Pakistan 's soft policy on Kashmir but Omar seems intent on something big. He wants to be remembered as the one who included the discourse of justice in the mainstream politics by pleading for a Truth and Reconciliatory Commission (TRC) in Kashmir , thus widening his constituency far beyond Muftis and separatists. Will Omar Abdullah find it easy to go beyond Mufti's posturing and press for setting up of TRC? How will he tackle pressures from New Delhi ? One has to see how Omar moves about this agenda, which may include reviewing PSA cases, advocating compensation for losses to thousands of house owners who lost their property in disproportionate use of force during encounters, curbing armed forces and their allied agencies.

Senior freedom leader Syed Geelani said about the recent poll: "Elections are used to strengthen the Indian foothold in Kashmir and people have to understand that no development will work till the ultimate resolution of Kashmir dispute," the members in the meeting said.. Geelani pressed Omar to keep his poll promises made to Kashmiri and advance the genuine interests of Kashmiris while taking various development related steps.

Terrorism has become a convenient instrument of policy for all 'democracies" around the world. None hesitate to invoke "˜utilizing' terrorism as state policy. Because, they consider the terror plank fairly beneficial to advance their narrow national interests by reducing the Muslim population through holocausts. India is doing its part in slashing the population of Kashmiri Muslims and making USA a strategic partner in this respect. .  

Global media, essentially anti-Islamic, propagating the US-led terror wars and fascist Israeli aggressions are controlled by the anti-Islamic world and churn out anti-Muslim "journalistic" stuff igniting the non-Muslims and Muslims alike to strangle Muslims in their vicinity. And exactly that is happening now. Palestinians are eng butchered day in and day out; Kashmiris still do not know where the thousands of Kashmir Muslims have disappeared and how the secret graveyards have come about in Kashmir ?

Of all political bigwigs former chief minister Ghulam Nabi Azad seems to be the big loser in the assembly elections that concluded at the fag end of 2008. His "magic wand" failed this time in Jammu and Kashmir and he is struggling hard to find a "suitable" place in Delhi . According to sources this is the reason why he refused to lead the Congress Legislature Party in the assembly. Azad who took over the reins of power in 2005 faced an unceremonious exit in July 2008 after the illegal transfer of State's forest land to the controversial Amarnath shrine board.

Now that NC and PDP the so-called Kashmir political outfits have declined to come together to form a government to face the issues of the Kashmiri people including the most crucial freedom issue which India keeps avoiding by engineering all sorts of tricks and machinations. NC preferred Indian pro-Hindu party and responsible for the every thing is bad with Indian Muslims, including the destruction of grand Babri Mosque, on one of stories narrated to Indian forefathers by the British rulers. Now another story about Amarnath is being given focus by Kashmir Muslim parties. Is it not shameful? Some one would certainly ask. Many Muslim groups have pressed the Omar government to concentrate on issue of re-Independence for Jammu Kashmir. Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Azad Jammu & Kashmir asked the new JK administration to fulfill its responsibility regarding the restoration of AJK as base camp for independence movement of JK, elimination of corruption, nepotism and establishment of good governance and warned failure to honor the pledges would only means the end of the present government would also be like of the previous government.

USA, now the renowned global terrorist nation, America has reinvented its interest in Kashmir via Afghanistan ; it has almost finalized Clinton 's appointment as special envoy for the disputed region. India is all worried about the American moves around and in India . As the power levers are being moved from New Delhi , the Omar government has assumed office mercifully offered to him in stead of troubling him to form a government if he had an alliance with PDP. The freedom leaders Syed Ali Geelani and  Mirwaiz Umar, have complimented the Omar's rise to power  for and for being the youngest ever CM and asked him to "deliver on promises".

When the new Pakistani president Zardari announced a shift in Pakistan's policy toward Kashmir leaving the issue for the future leaders to pursue and then calling people in Jammu Kashmir short of terrorists, notwithstanding the truth that Kashmir freedom has been the one of the major foreign policy priorities of Pakistan since 1947 and over which they fought wars and almost about to go into wars on many occasions., freedom leaders should decode on important point in their favor. Freedom struggle is a 100 percent Kashmiris issue and they should plan and execute strategies to regain their lost sovereignty and glory. That Kashmiris should not hide behind Pakistan for its freedom as Pakistan has its own bundles of problems, self-created and those created by global democracies like India and USA .  To make it more precise to the Kashmiris, they should not depend wholly and solely on Pakistan 's ability and capability to make India to surrender sovereignty back to the Kashmiris. Because India always tries to find some terror excuses to postpone the issue for ever and meanwhile make more and more Kashmiris pro-India and anti-Kashmiris and kill more and more Kashmiris with their help. Not only in Jammu Kashmir and India , most part of the world now has Kashmiris, guided by Indian agencies, working against re-independence. That is core India policy towards Kashmir since 1947. Now with other democracies like US-led terror forces occupy Afghanistan , Iraq and Pakistan , another fascist democracy Israel is busy killing the innocent Palestinians in Palestine without any obstructions from any quarter whatsoever. This is democracy of anti-Islamic world of which India is just one and it kills Kashmiris knowing too well none would ever bother to intervene right in Kashmir to kick the its terror forces aided by fascist elements.

Still deadly focused on its Hindutva agenda in Kashmir to showcase the unfailing power of Hindus in  the valley, Governor N N Vohra last week reconstituted the SASB, Shri Amarnath Shrine Board by appointing six new members, obviously to reinvigorating the illegal land scam all over again.  The fierce gun-battle between militants and army in Poonch entered its eighth day today and around 1,500 troops have been deployed in the operation to kill the freedom fighters.

India has once again made its terror task easier by placing a trained anti-freedom leader with a lot "background" in Jammu Kashmir along with Hindu protector from Jammu region as his reliable deputy. After being briefed by New Delhi guys about his future agenda in Sri Nagar, Omar has already warned about terror use if the freedom youth don't give up freedom agitation and join the so-called "mainstream".  

In India Muslims are not allowed to enter the mainstream, but in Kashmir India preaches the innocent Kashmiris to enter the same "main stream". But Omar has to explain what his mainstream concept is all about.  Does he mean the freedom fighters should wind up their forums and enter one of pro-Indian political outfits?  

New Kashmir?-III

It seems, Kashmiris are under no illusions now that India still is trying its tricks to retain Jammu Kashmir under occupation and for that it would hatch new designs and use the Omar government to delay the re-Independence issue further and further until the issue decays and all Kashmiris become pro-India and Hindu-minded and behave like Indian Muslims according to the whims of the Hindu leadership. But India is not too happy now either. India cannot claim any real victory in the Poll, as the freedom leaders generated good will and cooperated with Kashmiri leader in polls indirectly.  A senior freedom leader Mirwaiz Umar Farooq aptly put it that even if India manages to show 100 voting as the record, Kashmiris still want to reclaim their lost sovereignty.

It seems there was a conspiracy against the PDP returning to power to save the illegal Amarnath land scam. Kashmir has pro-government militants Ikhwanis and SOG and during the NC rule from 1996 to 2002, the Ikhwanis and SOG got strengthened and they were above law. Enjoying unlimited powers, they resorted to worst kind of human rights violations, which became one of the reasons for common people distancing themselves from NC. The NC government also used these elements to enforce poll boycott and bogus voting for Lok Sabha polls held during its rule. SOG and Ikhwanis were not also in favor of PDP returning to power again. But that is past. Now the PDP is raising its voice for re-Independence.

As it stands now, Vohra-Omar-Chand combine would jointly rule Jammu Kashmir with regular directives from New Delhi and as such there is no much poor Omar could do to free Kashmiri Nation from the decades' long yoke of Indian military establishment and genocides. However, Omar could try to free himself from those who surround him and obstruct him from doing anything good for Kashmiri Muslims.

The installation of Muslim-Hindu government in Kashmir gives rise to some speculations about the Indian intentions, for future relations with Kashmir . Does India want to separate Jammu Kashmir into at least  two parts, namely Jammu and Kashmir and retain Jammu with India along with the deputy CM it has "appointed" for JK. Or does India want to let Jammu Kashmir cede and become a sort of secular Kashmir with Hindus also playing their role with remote control form New Delhi ? Does India think in terms of a sort of autonomy with partial withdrawal heavily armed forces form Jammu Kashmir? Or Is India still dreaming about keeping Jammu Kashmir as Jammu Kashmir under Indian custody as it is now and for which it would use the elected "Hindu pilots" from Jammu with blessings from Amarnath, an NRI Hindu god? There is not evidential answer because the Indian leaders keep their mouth tightly shut and they open only to slam Pakistan .

Will Omar be a true Kashmiri leader and pursue the legitimate cause of freedom from an arrogant India acquiring newer weapons from all anti-Islamic nations? This is trillion dollar question now. With elections over, already the new chief minister has given a signal to the security forces to gear up against "militants". Omar should be grateful to them in stead of coercing them to appease the Hindus- the newly found allies against Kashmiris; the freedom groups had announced that they would not use violence during their pro-boycott campaign and kept their word even at the point of extreme provocation form the terror security forces in streets. Since they cooperated with Kashmiri politicians they now expect the ruling regime to fulfill its promises. And they kept their word thinking the Indians would grant sovereignty back to Kashmiris after the polls.

In a major twist to Kashmir politics, on Jan 13 the newly elected National Conference (NC) president patron Dr Farooq Abdullah said his party is ready to let go its demand of autonomy provided that a solution to Kashmir issue is found which would be acceptable to the people of the state. "NC believes that autonomy is the only solution to the Kashmir issue but if there is any other solution which is more acceptable to the people of Kashmir , our party will be the first one to endorse it," Farooq Abdullah told reporters after meeting a delegation of workers at his party office here. Reiterating that the Kashmir issue can be solved only when the voice of the Kashmiris is heard, he said, "If a long lasting solution to the Kashmir issue is arrived at, talks should then be held with all the groups but without it the whole exercise is futile."

Dr Farooq further emphasized that a solution to Kashmir issue would be unthinkable without the participation of Hurriyat and there was urgent need to engage all the groups in a meaningful dialogue. The second generation leader of the Sheikh Family, Dr Farooq said he would try his best to facilitate the Centre-Hurriyat dialogue for perpetual solution of the Kashmir issue.

The British rulers had promised freedom to Indian separatists-cum-terrorists and they did grant it. The chief beneficiary of their principles stand was the NC and Kashmir parties. This was also acknowledged by none other than Dr Farooq Abdullah, former chief minister and National Conference (NC) patron. During an interaction with media in New Delhi recently, Dr Abdullah said militants did not disrupt the polls and he thanked Pakistan for the purpose. Director General of police Khuda, who has already presided over the death of several Muslims there, had recently stated that 8,00 freedom fighters or the so-called "militants" are still active in the state and India with Omar's help would finish them off. Obviously, Indian terrorists would plan to kill some more Muslims on terror plank. While in power, PDP did not pursue its troop reduction demand sincerely and effectively. What exactly Omar would do now under the  New Delhi shadow remains to be seen.

India is also playing with the psyche of Kashmiris who have already suffered heavily on account of Indian terror designs in Kashmir with the help of Jammu Hindus and some other anti-Kashmir elements. Although India would not dare killing Afzal, it spreads false alarms in Kashmir about hanging him. On Jan 10, Chairman Tehreek-e-Hurriyat Syed Ali Geelani called for strike on January 26 and urged people to protest against the conspiracy of hanging Muhammad Afzal Guru, whose clemency petition is lying with President Pratiba Patil. Addressing a meeting at party headquarters at Hyderpora before flying to New Delhi for treatment, Geelani said the Congress led UPA government at New Delhi was conspiring to hang Guru for winning the coming parliamentary elections. "The statements of Indian politicians are hinting at the preparation for execution Afzal Guru. Nobody should be surprised if Guru is made a scapegoat and hanged like Maqbool Bhat," Geelani said. The Hurriyat party met and called for a strike on January 26. "The people of the region have not been given up their right to self-determination for the past 62 years. We appeal the masses to protest peacefully and make the strike a success." Terming Israeli aggression over Palestinians Muslims in Gaza as cold blooded mass murder, the party resolved: "International community especially the United Nations is maintaining criminal silence and just condemning the situation. The Muslim world including the Arab nations is not taking any effective steps to stop the aggression, which is highly condemnable."

I keep receiving notes from several Indo-Kashmiri readers that Kashmiris are insincere about their freedom demand and Kashmir media also corroborate that hunch. If they are not 100 percent sincere why should harm the Indian interests there? They ask me. Then, why should the Kashmiris be killed on holocaust fashion and why should they die at all like this? They ask me. I agree with them partially: the media in Jammu Kashmir portray the freedom leaders in bad light and make a mockery of the freedom movement by calling it "separatists' terrorism". If Kashmiris don't want freedom and sovereignty back from an arrogant thief India how can I either defend or oppose them? Only the freedom leaders have to offer a convincing reply to their own people who love double-speak and want to serve the Indian appointees. The pro-Hindu parties like BJP and Congress could evade this question since it does not apply to them, but the NC and PDP and the freedom leaders have the duty to reply.   

New Kashmir?-IV

 
Indian occupiers think their right to infiltrate into purely Islamic domains of Kashmiris. Bent upon evading Human Rights in Kashmir, Indian strategists seem to have worked out a fresh plan of religious aggression in Kashmir by flowing both blood and liquor and prohibiting Muslims to adhere to their Islamic faith. India and its henchmen in Jammu Kashmir have resorted to worst kind of human rights violations, rather they evaded HRs altogether by secretly creating graveyards for those Kashmiri Muslims who were killed by brute forces form India. The state terrorist actions are mostly anti-people in essence.

Rapes by India

On the night of 3 and 4 December at around 12:00 A.M. Indian troops of 36 RR and 146 Battalion CRPF barged in the house of Mohammad Abdullah Khatana in south Kashmir village at Dandipora, Kokernag in Kashmir . After locking him in one room they took the victim in one room,  "the four troops-gang raped the 17-year girl for an hour, while other two were guarding us. The screams of my daughter made us restless, we stood up and wanted to see her but the two guards did not allow us to do that then we started shouting, after hearing our shouts the neighbors started assembling outside our house and starting shouting against the evil act of the forces. On seeing the situation getting ugly forces ran away from the scene. The troops flee from the scene. Then we entered in the room where Fahmeeda was lying naked. Her whole body bruised and bleeding profusely. An FIR to this affect was lodged number 137 / 08 U/S 354 and 456 RPC, 27 Arms Act." The candidates for the JK Assembly were disallowed to come to the house or make sympathetic words about the victims.

Liquor Awards by India

Indian agencies are now busy collecting info about the people who have served the nation selflessly and without any payment, either pre-paid or post-paid, for giving them the designated national awards of various categories depending on their level and quality of service. In Kashmir Indian terror forces have already handed over the innocent Kashmiri Muslim children some liquor bottles as merit awards almost equating with those that would be presented by Indian president on 26 January, Indian republic Day. 

Perhaps as part of jubilations by India at the first ever Muslim CM-Hindu Dice in Kashmir politics and in anticipation of opening of the illegal Amarnath land scam, Indian military has gifted liquor bottles to Kashmiri Muslims s and their children so that they drink and forget the past.  On Jan 10 Indian Army sparked off a major controversy by distributing wine bottles as "˜gift' to the school children including girls, who had participated in the "National Anthem Singing Competition" on the Raising Day of 43 Restrain Rifles at Hammond in Pooch district. Some of the students invited by the military to participate were engaged by the army to participate in Ring Competition Game in which a student had to aim on "˜wine bottle' from the ring. "The successful students, who managed to hit the target, were handed over the same bottle as reward for their performance. Some students were given packed wine as an award for participating in the event. The students, who won "National Anthem singing competition" were also given wine bottles as reward by the army officers. "At total of 20 students including 11 girls were given the wine bottles. Even some citizens, who were invited as guests, were also given wine bottles by the army.

Liquor production & trade in Kashmir by India ?

Some liquor barons are the usual visitors after the JK polls that brought a puppet regime of India in Kashmir . The Chairman and CEO of Kingfisher Airlines Limited disclosed Indian plans to revive his long abandoned business of hop cultivation in Kashmir with the help of incumbent government. The plan will be a prelude to the maiden liquor bottling plant in Kashmir . "My father Vital Mallya who was Sheikh Muhammad Abdullah's friend actually started cultivating hop plants for manufacturing beer in 1973 at Shilwath. It was a successful venture but after turmoil in late 80s we wound it up. Sheikh Abdullah inaugurated the enterprise those days," Mallya who is in the Valley said addressing a press conference. Mallya, who is also the Chairman of  United Breweries Group (UB Group) based in Bangalore that manufactures beer and other alcoholic beverages said his family had been friends with Abdullahs for several decades and the company will soon ask Chief Minister Omar Abdullah to help restart hop cultivation in the Valley. "Now that people have voted the young leader to power, I'll propose the government to allow us restart cultivation of hop". "A special team is with us to survey and determine on how we can grow hops again. We also aim to establish a processing unit in the Valley," the Indian liquor strategist said.

Religious processions, Terrorized by India

India promotes ugly scenes in the name of some Hindu festivals and idol immersing polluting the water bodies and other natural spots, but it terrorizes Kashmiri Muslims on some fictitious pretexts, if they take out religious procession.  India looks for some pretexts to torture the innocent Kashmiri Muslims. Continuing with the 20 year-old-ban, the authorities on Monday disallowed the Ashura processions in many areas of Srinagar and detained more than 100 people in the process. Many Shia organizations had decided that they would be taking procession from Abi Guzar. However, the security agencies laid barbed wires and stationed police and paramilitary CRPF personnel to prevent planned processions from the place. Early morning policeman and paramilitary CRPF were deployed in strength at Lal Chowk, Regal Chowk, Exchange Road , Badshah Chowk, Dalgate and Abi Guzar to scuttle the Ashura processions.   Although a procession led by Aga Syed Mujtaba tried to break the cordon, but the bid was aborted. Four people including Mujtaba were injured during the ensuing cane charging. Later, Mujtaba along with his dozens of Ashura devotees were incarcerated by police in different police stations across the city.

By using the ban the Indian government has pursued its on hidden agenda. The administration has imposed ban on the Ashura processions citing security concerns after militancy broke out in valley two decades back. Following the ban, the police had already placed nakas at Lal Chowk, Residency road and Radio colony in the civil lines areas to prevent people from taking out processions. The procession which ended at Imam Barah Magam was led by senior Hurriyat leader, Agha Syed Hassan. In Srinagar , the biggest Ashura procession was taken out from Hassanabad Rainawari. Thousands of mourners participated in the procession. The Ashura processions were also taken out at Sandi Pora, Badgam, Islamabad , Pulwama, Magam, Pattan, Gongoo, Balhama, Devsar, Kulgam Delina, Haigam, Sopore and Beerwah besides other places.    

Manmohan Singh, a premier belonging to a national minority supports state terrorism because he has to cling on to power as long as it is possible. Perhaps he can claim ignorant of what is happening in Gaza . But is he not aware of the nefarious activities affecting the Kashmir Muslims? About terror operations by Indian forces there? About Israeli participation in Indian nasty actions in JK? Can Kashmiris seeking re-Independence from an arrogant India  trust this man to help them regain their sovereignty? Can Kashmiris trust the new regime if it cooperates with New Delhi in terrorizing Muslims as before?  

New Kashmir?-V

Does India have any proposed plan to give up decades' long provocative and terrorist methods in Jammu Kashmir? Do Indian rulers consider the need, at least now, to surrender sovereignty back to Kashmiris? Reports from New Delhi do not suggest that at tall. On the contrary, India is till working contingency plans to keep Kashmiris divided and keep Jammu Kashmir under Indian brute custody. Many strategists do not think giving up Jammu Kashmir would the ideal solution to end Indian terrorism. A few however feel Jammu should be retained but Kashmir could be detached from Indian bogies. But indications do suggest India still believes in the UK policy of divide, crush and rule in Kashmir by controlling the Omar regime through Vohra and other Hindu elements in Jammu . Currently the terror Indian lobbyists are on US streets to dissuade Obama from pursuing any pro-Kashmir stance and save the Kashmiri from eventual holocaust. Can Kashmiri Diaspora outsmart this Indian mischief?

Freedom leaders have condemned the Indian religious atrocities in Kashmir valley turned cantonment. Ulemas have also taken the Indian religious terrorism rather seriously. Avowing to fight against any religious interference, Ulemas and religious scholars of the Valley asked the new government to act against the elements in administration who they maintain are "anti-Muslim". They also vowed to fight what they termed as promotion of unethical ways by patronizing use of drugs and liquor among the youth. The Ulema's conference also expressed deep concern over the unabated carnage of Palestinians by Israel and asked IOC and other religious bodies to act effectively rather than issuing mere statements of condemnation.

An Ulemas' conference was held in Sri Nagar to discuss recent curbs by administration in performing the religious obligations and restricting people from offering prayers at the historic Jamia  Masjid, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq alleged that there were several top officials within the administration who "cherish anti-Muslim ideology and are hell bent upon stopping Muslims from performing their religious obligations". Mirwaiz Umar warned any interference in religious affairs will not be accepted.

The Ulemas also warned the government not to create hurdles in the Hajj pilgrimage of some pilgrims, terming it as interference in the religious obligations. But it should be ensured that the resources used and procedures adopted by the pilgrims are proper and Halaal and the right path to Mecca pilgrimage are absolutely essential for the fulfillment of the obligations. Kashmiris, as much as the all other global Muslims, should not consider the usual approach "every thing is Ok and everybody is doing it"  and now should take a pledge not to invoke unfair and immoral short-cuts and routes to reach the holy Kaaba, even though the Saudi officials would encourage such practices for material gains. Kashmiris as an emerging new nation must show right path to the world, including the Arabs in this regard. 

What the Indian Muslims consider as "good" for their advancements need not be approved by Kashmiri Muslims as an Islamic norm as they even bribe the concerned people for a trip to Mecca . If they seek fulfillment of the desired spiritual goals, Kashmiris should give up the ideas of reaching the Kaaba through nefarious means. For many people this could be a routine life but when other follow it as a real pilgrimage  system the sacred sanction attacked to this holy voyage is badly contaminated. No one cares, of course.

One of the domestic policies of India towards Muslims is to deny them any right to their grand Babri Mosque, destroyed by Hindu terrorists in 1992 and deny any equality for Muslim advancement. India promotes any thing bad among Muslims who are under severe strains from Indian agencies. India makes Muslims behave insensibly; it wants Muslims to make blunders and commit crimes so that they could be contained significantly. The same logic is applied in Hajj efforts of Muslims too.. India provides for all sorts of avenues for nefarious means for the prospective Hajj pilgrims make them corrupt and unfit for any spiritual benefits from the said pilgrimage.

Having lost all human credibility during the past several years of Indian policy, Muslims know only thing how to make wealth and they make use of all possible ways to make wealth and cheat the fellow Muslims but they do fall into the Indian state anti-Islamic traps, perhaps, with hidden hands of the host Saudi Arabs who just make money from the pilgrimage season and it is usual business for them year after year without caring for the Halaal aspect of the pilgrimage. Saudi officials are among the most corrupt in Islamic world.

If the entire Hajj exercise ends up in a farce, it amounts to insult to Islam of very serious nature. Then, in stead of benefit, the Hajjis perhaps become entitled to punishment too.. Kashmiris Muslims who have sacrificed thousands of lives for their independence struggle should not fall into Indian trap and make sure they perform the Hajj the fittest manner pleasing to Allah and be sure Allah would not welcome people performing Hajj on stolen money and through short cut methods.

It is common knowledge that the bulk of those who return from Arab nations after working there for a few years on contract basis are drug-addicted, heavy smokers and they begin their "bottle life" early in the morning, though many other Muslims do it generally in the afternoons. But they are not model Muslims for others to emulate, Kashmiris  in particular, although it speaks volumes about Islamic degradation in Mideast . This trend, however, gets reflected in Arab inability to "balance" themselves when Zionist enemy is engaged, with US support, holocaust of Palestinians. It looks certain the Arab as well as the entire Islamic world needs a credible Islamic cleansing urgently. Freedom seeking Kashmiris have a lesson here.

Indian media employ all sorts of tricks to bully the hapless Muslims and make them feel themselves "terrorists' and "fall in line". Media hypes create illusions about "Hindu victimism" and Muslims are made to think the Hindus are innocent guys. Recently research has shown that Indian agencies have their hidden hands in global terrorism, including in India. Any one who has read Indian newspapers in English or vernaculars or online does not need any illustrations on that. Indian media and their agents are annoyed with me for exposing their wickedness, mischief, mediocrity and self-centered hollow emotionalism. I am happy I could not fall into their anti-Islamic trap as many "Muslims" in India have "managed" to be in while searching for fame and cash.

It seems India resists the "interference" of Pakistan in Indian resolution of Jammu Kashmir but if Pakistan keeps silent over the issue, will India surrender sovereignty back  to Kashmiris? Since all other state terrorists call India also a "democracy" India does every fascist operation in Kashmir against the wish of the people there. From Pig farms to liquor shops to liquor production, India welcomes every thing that would discredit Kashmiris as Muslims. But India, an aspiring strategic partner of the fascist terrorists, USA-Israel, should now that US-led terror forces are killing Muslims in Pakistan-Afghanistan border citing the "liquor materials" in that region and but they are also exporting the materials to the Western countries.

Will Omar help herald a new prosperous era for Kashmiris by obtaining sovereignty from occupying arrogant India ? Will Omar value the sacrifices made by Kashmiri patriots with their lives and secure independence for the remaining Kashmiris? Or, will he join the Indian anti-Kashmiri lobby to scheme strategies and unleash terror on Kashmiris? Mirwaiz Umar Farooq group is still oscillating between its options and hesitating to merge with Hurriyat faction led by senior freedom leader Geelani. India clearly sees absence of common goals among the freedom groups and only is interested n in keeping them separated by fueling the wedge.

Enough Kashmiri blood has flown under the bridge and they need to live like human beings with dignity without fear from Indian terror forces and dirty tactics to destroy Kashmir . Now that an "elected" government is placed in Jammu Kashmir, India has to withdraw all draconian laws from Kashmir with immediately effect , withdraw all draconian laws and release all political prisoners, including Mohammed Afzal. India would like to use the trapped innocent Afzal as a bargain chip for illegal Amarnath land deal. Never reopen the illegal NRI god Amarnath land case and get into Indian Hindutva trap.   

Will the new regime with the help of freedom leaders take Jammu Kashmir to freedom gateway successfully or try to appease the New Delhi masters for a few coins in return is unclear as yet. Freedom leaders 100 percent conscious of the sacrifices made by Kashmiri Muslims for freedom would be sincere in pursing their goals  and getting the regime work towards that supreme objective. More importantly, the freedom leaders, led by Geelani with full experience about Indian terror machinations in JK thus far taking away the lives of over a lakh defenseless Kashmir Muslims would not let the regime use them as bargain chips in Delhi off and on to advance its narrow goals.

World is closely watching the emerging political situation in Jammu Kashmir after the poll and the Indo-Jammu Hindus are dying hard to make it India show" in Kashmir. If Omar prefers to play second fiddle to New Delhi masters, Kashmiris would miss even the last bus.  India could delay the bus and diver the route and even withdraw it so as to deny the defenseless Kashmiris to board it as free Kashmiri citizens. Finally, India would announce a "final victory" over Kashmiris who have missed even the last bus for freedom. Freedom strugglers cannot but take note of this nasty Indian policy.
