How long can India prolong  Kashmir Resolution?

A "democracy specialist" India, interestingly, has been a great fan of those who seek negotiated settlement on global issues, including in Sri Lanka, but when it comes to Jammu Kashmir which is now under Indian brutal custody, "innocent" India is totally silent, and pretends absent-minded as if it has to check with military brass, engaged in scheming on Kashmir holocaust like the Israeli holocaust in Palestine, before announcing any final decision on the matter of surrendering sovereignty back to Kashmiris, but, meanwhile, insists that JK is a part of Indian Union as per Indian Constitution and it is awfully difficult to alter the "holy" book of illegal accounts. But the horrible Indian media restate that India cannot be blamed for what Indian terror guns do in Jammu Kashmir and insists that the Kashmiris, as part of India , have to put up with Indian state terrorism. India leaders and media make it loud and clear that n one in the world can save them from perpetual holocaust and USA can do nothing.

Thus, fearing "total failure" of its policies, Indian leaders still hesitate to make any statement about the sovereignty issue in favor of Kashmiris, probably, because the Kashmiris do not have concrete post-freedom agenda and they have not clearly stated that Jammu Kashmir would establish an Islamic state committed to Sharia' right from the start on a step by step basis and they would strive hard to implement it in true spirits.

Indian central & state governments cater to the needs of the capitalists and hence clinched n to US bandwagon in the name of nuclearism and divert Indian resources to US and other western countries. And yet, Indian leaders and media, still shamelessly, call themselves a democracy, that too a secular democracy. And Indian media and Diaspora take a lot pride in that. Indians living outside India have more "˜affection" for Indianness than those who live inside.

India deliberately prolong the Kashmir resolution mainly because, according to Indian militant strategists who are eager to capture some more nations to make Indian "greater" than in reality, India would be the "sole loser".  India , therefore, opposes any peace move in South Asia and vehemently protested against US decision to send an emissary, Ambassador Holbrooke, to deal with Kashmir freedom issue. New Delhi says Kashmir is an internal issue and other guys should not meddle with Indian political affairs. India considers state terrorisms a part of Indian politics. Interestingly, India considers and calls itself a holy democracy that too a secular democracy and therefore the entire world should respect it and take its advice. India thus does not expect any other country or leader to suggest any thing to India because India knows every thing and does every thing properly for the Indians and the world at large.

Today, one of the major concerns of India, rather its worries, in Kashmir is negation of Indianness in freedom politics and religious practices. What annoys the New Delhi strategists is the reluctance being displayed by Kashmiri Muslims to mix Hinduistic elements in their daily religious practices as well as in politics so that they don't differ essentially from their counterparts in core India. Indian Hindu politicians have made Muslim leaders their political agents to arrange for votes and other services as and when required, and this has contributed enormously in diluting the Islamic way of life of Muslims who depend entirely on Hindus for their sustenance and existence From Congress to Communists the political outfits use the Muslims as sure vote banks the attitude being:" where will these Muslims go if they don't vote for us?" This attitude is not entirely different form that of other parties like Congress, BSP, SP, JP, LD, JD, DMK or ADMK- all of them use the Muslims just as vote banks. In view of the destruction of Grand Babri Mosque and terrorism engagements of world powers and India, the political outfits have a good time with Muslims under mounting pressure from all possible directions.  

This mentality has stiffened the attitude of Hindus towards Muslims. Even Communists in their catchment areas like Kerala, West Bengal and Tripura take the Muslim votes for granted and never thought fit to find Muslim leader to be a chief minister or even Deputy CM. Let alone other parties who are not as "sympathetic" to Muslim causes as the communists are supposed to be.  But, India still occupies Jammu Kashmir, kills Kashmiri Muslims, has pulled down  grand Babri Mosque and makes room in Kashmir for illegal ground for Amarnath NRI Hindu god services, has manipulated to put in place a Hindu as Dy. Chiefminister, and more such "democratic'" things claims to be a democracy and world could just laugh at it. India pretends to believe what the British rulers have told them about invention of a new Hindu god outside India, among other things. But Hindus want showcase to Muslims in and around India their power strength, got unexpectedly. India has created all tensions in South Asia in attaining that goal.

Kashmiri patriots demand sovereignty of Jammu Kashmir back from Indian hegemon because the nation belongs to them exclusively and it was an independent country until 1947 when Nehru-combine's military annexed it, rather tactfully, adding it to Indian Union and Kashmiris are being butchered by Indian terror forces. But is this sole reason for seeking independence from predominantly Hindu India? Don't they seek to establish an Islamic nation and practice true Islam in world where Islam is under severe threats from all sorts of elements?  

If Kashmiris are keen to establish an Islamic society, then they should seriously devise a program for that. Kashmiris, therefore, should consider one fact: do they need independence only to boost the image of a few individuals and make a few individual billionaires and divert most of the resources to their use?

While Kashmiris are getting tuned to regaining independence from an arrogant India opposing Islamic way of life in the country, Kashmiris should bear in mind that Islam is not a political party nor it encourages conversions or reasons other than faith and without commitment to the religion. However, unfortunately, many people enter Islam for reasons, other than spiritual Islam and certainly not for what Islam stands and, therefore, they are least interested in Islam and Sharia'.. In countries like "secular' India, Muslims are reduced to mere vote banks, region wise and their leaders make wealth through profits in supplying Muslims for vote and other purposes.

Indian Hindu majority wants Muslims to assimilate themselves into Hindutva moorings and reinterpret Quran to suit Hindutva goals. Perhaps, Indians see Kashmiris as part of Hinduness essentially because of human wickedness among a section of Kashmiri leaders and voters who look both to New Delhi and Western capitals, rather than Islamic way of life. They say one thing and do exactly the opposite, and that is exactly what the Indians, Hindus and pro-Hindu Muslims do in India. Without knowing the essence of democracy and secularism the Indian talk at length about these concepts to slam Islamic nations. Indian leaders perhaps would have taken notice of the freedom strugglers, if they demand sovereignty for establishing an Islamic society and this is not conducive in Indian occupation.

Hindutva mentality of even official India has done enormous damage to Muslims not only in India, but in Jammu Kashmir where the major human death toll is resisted on a daily basis. Obviously, Kashmiri Muslims cannot hope India to be different after the destruction of Grand Babri Mosque. Even the larger world would have supported Kashmir cause by citing the Islamic cause of the Kashmiris, but the Kashmiris behave like Indians, especially the leaders from the pro-India mode. One does not know if secularism of Indian brand would have cut any ice in New Delhi because they know that is a false notion to fool the world while killing, torturing and insulting the Muslims in the country. If Kashmiris also intent to do the same, obviously, the world would laugh at the Kashmiris.

Tragedy of Muslims world wide is the fact Muslims, influenced by the practitioners of other religions are no more model human beings any where. While honesty is the rarest commodity among Muslims both in Islamic nations and non-Muslim world, like in India, seriousness and sincerity an extremely rare quality, unless they seek profits and short cuts for benefits. Lack of convictions and positive character has irreparably crushed the credentials of not just Muslims but Islam.

But how long will this shallow and hollow natures of Muslims continue? Even when threatened by anti-Islamic forces and tracked for torture and insults every where. Devoid of self esteem and related moral authority, Muslims are becoming casualties every where. Swat in Pakistan has opted for Sharia' offering entire Pakistan a prospective chance for peace and prosperity. Kashmiris Muslims also strive towards Islamic tenets as the key goal in a free and independent Jammu Kashmir.
