Laser Bombs killed 300 villagers – UNO and International court of justice must track genocide and massacre of civilians.

Yesterday (17th and 18th May) on Dunya TV in a program hosted by Naseem Zehra, while she was travelling along a road, and asked questions to peoples who were wandering for shelter along with women and children, a displaced person confirmed that Pak army is involved in indiscriminate killings of innocent peoples of the area including women and children. On her insistence villagers confirmed that those have counted 150-200 dead bodies and condition of remaining injured was so critical that in the absence of any medical aid question of their survival looks like joke. Since PPP’s government has closed mouth of media and those have no alternate except to only broadcast polluted sermons of Athar Abbas, DG ISPR, so it is not possible that in the absence of any independent source of information anybody would be able to find truth. Majority of reporters have been thrown out of civil war zone, so like a blind person around elephant everybody is telling his own version received via phone, source of info mostly moles of ISI in that area.
In another program Capital Talk, yesterday one reporter Mr. Shah who had a chance to travel in Buner area and reached to Pir Baba, informed that whole area is under Taliban control, if there is anything so that is debris of houses and shops ruined by bombs of Jets and Helicopters dropped by army. There a so called Taliban leaders also talked to him and confirmed that propaganda of killings of 800 of their persons is misleading. In spite of complete blackout in media, still some hidden and a few word reports concealed under large propaganda of Government tells true storey of what is going on there. Artillery fires and air bombing is killing locals since last twenty days since army has invaded the area.

Quote: PESHAWAR: 19-05-2009: Several persons, including women and children, were killed and a number of others sustained injuries when families fleeing the military operation in Swat’s Matta town were shelled while crossing a mountainous path to reach Karo Darra in Dir Upper on Monday, eyewitnesses and official sources said.
Eyewitnesses, who escaped the attack or were able to reach Wari town of Dir Upper in injured condition, said they were targeted by gunship helicopters. Local people said they saw some 12 to 14 bodies on a mountain on the Swat side but could not go near to retrieve them or help the injured for fear of another aerial attack. Talking to local journalists, an eyewitness Bacha Zada claimed that a number of families were going to Dir Upper from Matta and Kabal areas of Swat when they were attacked by a helicopter. He said as they rushed to the help of the victims, the gunship helicopter re-appeared and again fired at them. He said at this stage all of them ran away and abandoned the dead and the injured. A woman Sardara, whose son Rahmat Sher was killed in the incident, said she left the body of her child on the mountain and fled to save her life. The woman, who managed to cross into Wari while injured, said her son breathed his last in her lap. Villagers put the number of those killed by in shelling by helicopter at 12 to 14. Some of the dead were identified as Rahmat Sher, Amanul Mulk, Irfanullah and Hasina. Among the injured included Sardara, Ajab Khan, Azam, Lakhtay, Ismail, Raham Bibi, Muhammad Sher, Zahir Mina, Bakht Rawan, Shagai, Nawab Sher, Begum, Shtamand and Dost Muhammad.
Meanwhile, thousands of residents of Doog Darra, which was attacked by warplanes on Sunday, fled the area. When asked, if the militants arrested by the security forces have made any disclosures during investigations about the source providing weapons and finances to them, he said those so far arrested were low level Taliban fighters. Residents said jetfighters hit a house owned by one Yar Mulla, killing his wife and two children. Three persons were also injured in the attack in the area. In Landi Shagi area of Ouch, gunship helicopters carried out shelling in which, according to the residents, four persons, including a woman, were injured.
Meanwhile, reports pouring in from Buner district said bodies of two men, who were killed, and 23 others, who sustained injuries in shelling by the military helicopters in Pir Baba area were brought to Mardan via Kingargalli-Bazdarra Pass and Katlang town Tuesday night. Villagers and volunteers accompanying the dead and the injured said the gunship helicopters attacked families that were leaving Pir Baba in vehicles on their way out of Buner. They insisted that all those killed and wounded were civilians. They said the two dead were men while among the 23 injured were two women and a couple of children. They said none of the dead or injured was a militant. They added that the wounded were in severe pain as they had waited for transport and for the helicopters to go away before being driven through the mountain pass to enter Mardan district.
The survivors told the volunteers at Katlang that they were shifting out of Buner when the helicopters appeared in the sky and started bombing them. They said the people who had gathered to carry out rescue work were also attacked.
The drivers who brought the dead and injured in their vehicles said there were more people waiting to be shifted from Buner to Mardan. Army has no legal grounds to conduct operation after APC:
Corrupt media, greedy and hungry journalists, gay and lesbian secularists are responsible for pushing Pakistan army to wage war, such kind of anarchic situation and civil war is a lottery for thugs to make money. A lot of money has been started to funnel via ISI, and Kiyani is himself trying to make grounds to over throw Zardari at an appropriate time as a bright future is ahead. Saleem Safi a journalist and operating a website admitted that Kiyani called him; yesterday he organized a big seminar at Islamabad against Taliban. Journalists like him even have no resources to fill stomach of their children, and such beggars who are also not on prequalified list of Washington how could those manage such big seminars.
It does not mean army and politicians are Al Haj Quresh, those have higher goals, not less than millions and billions. Today all those media channels and reporters who are making hero to coward and cruel army of Pakistan will be seen comprehending, crying and politicians who will be sent back to Jeddah and New York will then realize that their friendship with generals was like fire and water. Jang Group, Dawn TV, Dunya TV, Samma, AAJ and other channels are dying for putting a few pennies out of American mercenary wages.
War crimes of army generals:
Use of excessive force, artillery, air raids and making hostage to civilians by not allowing them to leave their place is most cowardly act against humanity. In case if invasion was eminent then proper planning and arrangements for exodus of peoples must have carried out prior to jumping on civilians like wolves.
By force stopping people enroots for many days, in the absence of food, water or medical facilities and lack of transportation. Continuous curfew, blockade of roads and highways and discriminative attitude towards refugees by federal and provincial governments, not allowing refugees to camp near urban areas, mistreatment with refugees where over 70% displaced are consists of women, children and senior citizens. Genocide and massacre of local peoples is against United Nations human charter and any civilized deed.
International court of justice must keep records of following generals who are involved in massacre, genocide, democide and their fascist acts have pushed over 2 millions peoples out of their homes. More then 2000-3000 persons have been killed either by army or died due to hardship. It is genocide like Rawanda, Bosnia and worst then Iraq. It is based on sectarian abhorrence and ethnic hatred.
President, Prime minister, Ministers and army is visibly seen pushing different sects to rise against each other. Moreover entire political system of Pakistan has refused to endorse army military operation, even though the parties behind army had no power to seek consensus on army operation.
Army has no backing and peoples support to conduct this operation (refer all parties conference consensus resolution) there no name of Taliban or Military operation is endorsed; moreover those have condemned drone attacks.
Now military has no moral, legal and religious grounds to conduct pitiless operation against citizens. List of war criminals:
General Ashfaq Pervez Kiyani: Major criminal and has a history of extra judicial crimes and involvement in crimes like target killings, kidnapping and selling citizens. At least 1100 citizens are missing since last 3-4 years.
Maj Gen Javed Iqbal: DG Military Operations, a newly hired mercenary and prequalified to fight American war of terror.
Lt Gen Ahmad Shuja Pasha: DG ISI, since his appointment 73 peoples have been disappeared, and a satanic cycle of target killings is also visible. He is also prequalified to fight American war of terror
Maj Gen Athar Abbas: DG ISPR, a religious fanatic and fighting sectarian war on the blue prints of Iraqi style sectarian war. He is involved in corruption and behind allotment of plots to his three brothers worth billion at different urban areas.
General Tariq Majid: Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, he is known as butcher who was involved in killing of 7000 girls of Hafsa School at Islamabad.
AM Noman Bashir: Chief of Air Staff: He is responsible for using fighter jets, and dropping heavy bombs on civilians.
Lt Gen Tahir Mahmood, Commander X Corps: He was a main character and involved in killings of 7000 girls of Hafsa School. Local and overseas commandos are killing civilians under his command.
Maj Gen Muhammad Asif: DG Military Intelligence, active character in genocide of Pashtoon peoples.
Maj Gen Syed Taqi Naseer Rizvi: DG Army Aviation: Main character that is controlling aviation helicopters and bases for killing civilians.
Lt Gen Nadeem Ahmad: Commander I Strike Corps, Mangla.
Lt Gen M Masood Aslam: Commander XI Corps: Main criminal and involved in killing of civilians of that area since many years. And following generals are involved in all of his criminal activities.
Maj Gen Naweed Zaman: Peshawar.
Maj Gen Khalid Rabbani: Kohat.
Maj Gen Muzammil Hussain: Northern Areas, Gilgit.
Maj Gen Nasser Khan Janjua: Kharian. (Operating in Swat District since November 2007)
Maj Gen Tariq Khan: IG Frontier Corps, Peshawar.
Following civilians and retired army officials are also involved in current satanic cycle of genocide:
Asif Zardari: President and world renowned criminal and thug
Yousuf Raza Gaillani: Prime Minister and criminal recently released from prison.
Ahmad Mukhtar: Minister and criminal, professional shoe maker.

Lt. Gen R S Athar Ali: Secretary Defence.
Above mentioned officials are hundred percent involved in genocide and massacres, list of other lower category and crimes will be submitted regularly for records and necessary action at appropriate time.
Army must immediately withdraw its troops, as all parties have agreed not to endorse army military operation, action against Pashtoon wrongly blamed as Taliban and refused to praise army action and brutalities.
