It is interesting to note that Islamophobia and Defamation of Islam and Muslims have taken over even Cricket Team Management. Rather than accepting the poor organization of the team and management, the Media man of Pakistan Cricket team Mr. Mir held Islam responsible for the defeat of Pakistan team. He even complained that the team offered prayers in flights! What was wrong with that? What would have happened had the team members read some pornographic material or drank alcohol or just gossiped in that time? Would they have been more focussed? How did Mr. Mir forget that Muhamad Yousuf last year made the highest runs in the world and became one of the top ten highest scoreres of all times. When the same team badly defeated India in India, there was no mention of Islam. And what about defeats in the areas of Hockey, Squash etc.And what about defeat of Indian team in the current World Cup? Are they also practicing Islam too? While no Islam had been practiced by any of the Governments after Qauid-e-Azam (Not counting pseudo Islam of Zia Ul Haque), yet Islam is held responsible for every bad thing. Islam is held responsible for things which it strictly prohibits i.e. corruption, dishonesty, violence, nepotism and poor time management. It is high time that the Govt. corrects its perception and get its acts together. It is its unjust and hilarious acts like suspending chief Justice which is leading to lawlessness in the country.
