Babri Mosque: India might uphold Secularism at least now!

Grand Babri Mosque, destroyed by the Hindu terrorists in 1992 when the Congress government was ruling the country, is yet to get reconstructed either by the violators and criminal vultures or by the Muslims themselves. Not even once since ghastly demolition of the Mosque the issue was raised either by any of the political outfits or by Muslim politicians trying to support the Hindu extremist arguments on if there was a Mosque there at all and what the Hindu terrorists destroyed with the state military-police help was just a “structure” where Muslims, prevented by the central Congress government, did not offer prayers for years. And the impression was successfully circulated in the country around by the Hindus and their Muslim associates plus the anti-Islamic media about a possible Hindu structure being at the site.

In India any third rate bold Hindu can do anything to Muslims as much as some third rate sponsored Muslims are pitted against common Muslims by the state agencies. Either way, harm is done only to Muslims. For years now, Muslims are being threatened harshly by majority Hindus, ably supported by the state. After destroying the grand Babri Mosque in UP, the Hindus, as a strategy to escape punishment, threatened to pull down many more mosques. Indian judiciary maintianed a discreet silence. Along side, Muslims are being made to be on the run.

India, a noted state terrorist in Asia , never showed any interest in getting back the Babri Mosque at the site as promised and has been hiding behind the extremist Hindutva terror forces to skip the rebuilding process as far as possible. Retired Indian Justice M S Liberhan was entrusted with the task of finding out the “circumstances” leading to the destruction of a historical Muslim Mosque and report was not submitted for reasons know only to the government until recently when Indian government at long last decided to collect the report and do something about it. One does not know the real motive of the belated attention on the Babri Mosque, but Muslims are sure justice would reach them, although delayed inordinately, in their favor so that Grand Babri Mosque would be rebuilt and to resume daily prayers there. The contents of the report have not been revealed to media as yet and as such not immediately known.

The ruling dispensations in India always try to ignore the genuine interests of Muslims in all respects and they just tolerate the existence of Muslims. Some cleaver Muslims do manage a few coins by being in the “good books” of the Hindu political and officials and make a living plus make extra cash. But over all the position of Muslims in this secular nation is no less than pathetic. Judiciary role in supporting the Muslims as major minority in India is almost nil, if not negative. This is one of key reason for Hindu arrogance against Muslims in society and offices.

The ruling Congress-led UPA regime on 29 June said the Commission has submitted its report and the Government will take appropriate action on the report of Liberhan Commission which probed the 1992 demolition of Babri Masjid in Ayodhya. Asked whether the Government would take action against individuals if they have been pin-pointed by the Commission in its enquiry report, Manish Tewari said, "There is no point in going into speculation unless it is known what is in the report." He, however, added that the Government will "apply its mind" and come to "appropriate conclusions".

The Commission, which was set up after the demolition of the mosque in 1992, got 48 extensions. The panel has become the country's longest serving Commission of Enquiry. Justice M S Liberhan finally submitted the report to the Prime Minister in presence of Home Minister P Chidambaram. The Commission, mandated to inquire into the circumstances leading to the demolition of the Babri mosque, was to submit its report by March 16, 1993 but sought repeated extensions to complete its probe. The last extension was given in March 2009.

The government and Hindu organizations maintained first that the Mosque should be shifted to some other place, Amarnath structure in Kashmir should be shifted first to New Delhi . The Congress party, having delayed to obtain the report from the concerned person so far, has got the report on the day of anniversary of former premier roguish N. Rao from Andhra whose regime helped the Hindu terrorists pull down the historic Mosque with the able help of the state security forces charged with the duty of protecting the Mosque from vandalism, including by military and police.

Once the background for demolition of Mosque was created through media propaganda against Muslims and Islam as fundamentalists and terrorist ones, a movement was kept in momentum to shift the Babri Mosque from Ayodhya to some where. For this the central government even obtained support form all state governments and paper governors. Some chief ministers suggested alternative sites for the new Babri Mosque; thus India made mockery of secularism and democracy to the fullest extent possible, before switching over to the finale demolition by Hindu terrorists with aids from state security forces.  

It is likely the ruling Congress party that has obtained maximum Muslim votes in the recent Billionaires' polls would like to play the good guys role by showcasing their “Muslim interests” but not to get the Babri Mosque at the site back, but to make big drama of "trying to help Muslims, but being unable to do any thing because of "other factors". That is Congress policy towards Indian Muslims who are now behave semi-Hindus playing the Hindu vote bank politics and kill time and help the regime kill Muslims in the vicinity. Not many know about the links the Congress party has with Indian intelligence organizations and other political outfits in the country plus its vital global connections. In fact it was Congress party that employed the Hindutva forces against Muslims; the forced sterilization of Muslims in UP is a case in point, but forgotten by the Muslims and the party.

For India secularism only means Hinduism and expects Muslim behavior like Hindus. Indian democracy is nothing but promotion of rampant corruption and Hindu interests around at all costs.  Soon after Independence Indian leaders hatched a comprehensive plan to undertake a series of steps to promote Hindu interests in India and aboard and these Hindu interests came to be known as Indian national interests. Demolition of grand Babri Mosque and keeping all important corridors of power infested with Hindus so as to promote Hindu interests and actualization.

In destroying Babri Mosque, the Hindus promoted Hindu interests in the country ands stern warning to Muslims about their plight among the majority Hindus who c could use even other minorities to work against Muslims. Indian governments and media hawks generated special crops of Hindu extremists to be used eventually to pull down the Mosque with state assistance in all respects. As it is known, in 1948 both central and UP governments got the Imam of the Mosque at the Ayodhya venue thrown out of the Mosque in the night and locked the Mosque thereby denying legitimate entry of Muslims into ht Mosque for years. Later, the Hindus spread the strange argument that Muslims are not worshiping in the Mosque and it belonged to Hindus; then Indian media coined a new phrase "structure" to refer to Babri Mosque. This kind of advertisement was necessary to convince the world that Hindus terrorists demolished a "structure".

India Hindu trust what the British colonizers bluffed about Babri Mosque having been built at a possible ram structure there. Emperor Babar had no needs steel lands from Hindus to build a Mosque when the entire country was his then. Today the entire international community is witnessing how the UK is trying to destabilize Islamic Iran by employing Iranians to create turmoil to dethrone President Ahmadinejad. Both Pentagon-CIA and SIS of UK are behind the opposition coup attempts to remove Ahmadinejad from power. Now Hindus believe what the Britishers had told them or their forged documents.

The BJP-led Hindutva extremist forces have to delink politics from religion at least on Babri Mosque issue and let the government resume the Mosque site for Muslims for worship as they did before they were debarred form doing so in 1947. The ruling Congress party in 1992 which was primarily responsible for the ghastly destruction of this Islamic heritage - that too a Mosque where Muslims offered prayers until the Indian Independence, has to take firm steps now. Congress government immediately after the “fall” of Babri Mosque announced the Hindu terror vandalism and pledged before the nation and world at large to reconstruct the mosque at the site where it stood as a testimony of peaceful religion. Muslims who work against the Babri Mosque to appease their Hindu masters perhaps don’t know they are answerable.

Possibly, after teaching fantastic terror lessons to Muslims,  India wants to be different now and might revive the grand Babri Mosque as promised. Hopefully, Congress-led UPA regime would be able to convince the mischievous media, fanatic political parties, frantic Hindutva forces, among others, not to raise their ugly heads in the resolution of the unnecessary dispute over a Mosque. BJP has to be dissuaded against any further misadventures on Babri Mosque for political mileage; after all, the maximum gains the Hindu extremist outfits have made so far in kicking the anti-Muslim campaigns on the Mosque have not made India any great, at least to look great! Enough is really enough! The Indian, essentially Hindu, mindset has to be reset by a fresh faith that Muslims live in India not just on the mercy of ruling Hindus. Let Grand Babri Mosque come back as a symbol of Islamic victory for tolerance and mutually beneficial diplomacy!
