Can you clear for me, Is Tahir Qadri a kafir because he has said that "While describing the difference between believers and non-believers he (Tahir-ul-Qadri) categorized them on the basis of belief on the revealed books, i.e. Muslims, Christians and Jews are the believers and all others are non-believers." http://www.minhaj.org/en.php?tid=3204 (search for "Christians and Jews are the believers" on the page).
As a Muslims we believe that Christians and Jews are kafirs.
Allah states in Holy Quran:
Qur'an (3:85) - "And whoever desires a religion other than Islam, it shall not be accepted from him, and in the hereafter he shall be one of the losers."
Jews and Christians are not on Islam, so it will not be accepted from them and so they are kafirs. Now saying Jews and Christians are believers is making kufr of this ayat. if Jews and Christians are believers then why do dawah to them.
Also at other place in Holy Quran
002:120 Never will the Jews or the Christians be satisfied with thee unless thou follow their form of religion. Say: "The Guidance of Allah,-that is the (only) Guidance." Wert thou to follow their desires after the knowledge which hath reached thee, then wouldst thou find neither Protector nor helper against Allah.
Here their belief is clearly rejected.
002:135. And they say: Be Jews or Christians, then ye will be rightly guided. Say (unto them, O Muhammad): Nay, but (we
follow) the religion of Abraham, the upright, and he was not of the idolaters.
002:136. Say (O Muslims): We believe in Allah and that which is revealed unto Us and that which was revealed unto
Abraham, and Ishmael, and Isaac, and Jacob. and the tribes, and that which Moses and Jesus received, add that which
the Prophets received from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them, and unto Him we have
surrendered.
002:137. And if they believe in the like of that which ye believe, then are they rightly guided. But if they turn away, then
are they in schism, and Allah will suffice thee (for defence) against them. He is the Hearer, the Knower
Yet another ayat.
[5:51]O ye who believe! take not the Jews and the Christians for your friends and protectors: 1 They are but friends and protectors to each other. 2 And he amongst you that turns to them (for friendship) is of them. 3 Verily Allah guideth not a people unjust.

By saying accursed (ghiaril-magzoobi aalaihim walaz zoleeen) jews and christians are believers has he not disbelieved in Holy Quran and Hadith. Is he to define who is believer or Quran and Sunnah?
If Jews and Christian are believers why donot he convert to christianity or judaism (may be he already has and he is working as a agent among muslims) and stop misguiding Muslims.
Hudhayfah ibn al-Yam radiall Tanhu narrated:
The people used to ask the Messenger of Allah (sall-Allaahu w alayhi wa sallam) about the good, but I used to ask him about the evil from fear that it would overtake me, so I said: O Messenger of Allah! We used to be in jaahiliyyah (ignorance) and evil, then Allah brought this good to us, so is there any evil after this good?
He said: Yes.
I said: And is there any good after that evil?
He said: Yes.
I said: And is there any good after that evil?
He said: Yes, but it will be tainted.
I asked: What will taint it?
He said: A people guiding others with other than my Sunnah, you will approve of some (of their actions) and disapprove of others.
I asked: Then is there any evil after that good?
He said: Yes! Callers to the Gates of Hell-Fire, whoever responds to them in that will be thrown into it.?Â
I said: O Messenger of Allah! Describe them to us.
He said: They will be from our own people and speak our language.Â
I said: What do you order me to do if that should happen in my own lifetime?
He said: Stick to the Jamaaâ?Tah (united body) of the Muslims and their Imam.Â
I said: What if they do not have a united-body nor an Imam?
He said: Then keep away from all those sects even if you have to bite upon the root of a tree, until death overtakes you and you are in that state.
