Biological Weapons Convention (BWC)

_____
The 1975 Biological Weapons Convention (BWC) bans the use and production of bio-weaponry but those that initiated the move have themselves floated the rule by producing and procuring more nukes and nuke materials, apart form engaged in serious proliferation of nuke materials. For instance, fascist Israel has acquired nukes from an essentially anti-Muslim terror Indian and European powers illegally. IAEA and other global bodies try to shield the Zionist regime from any possible sanctions and actions because the global terror leader USA protects its Mideastern Jewish terror ally from all sides. Nothing, therefore, has been doe to disarm the Zionist regime.USA asks others to fall in line which is a human tragedy.
US double standards and double-speaks have no parallels in the world and its super power status and its nuclear and conventional arsenals protect them from an criticism s. The Obama and Bush administrations have argued that compliance could be ensured by promoting the BWC and calling on all nations to be more transparent in the industry. A mechanism would not be successful at detecting violations because it is too easy to disguise potentially illegal work within accepted programs.
Recently, US President Barack Obama unveiled his strategy for preventing the spread of biological weapons that includes increasing cooperation among countries to ensure potentially dangerous material is properly safeguarded. The approach also calls for ensuring that adequate laws are in place to punish individuals working in or with access to biological laboratories who violate rules. But Obama stood by the previous administration's policy of rejecting the establishment of an international mechanism to ensure that nations are complying with the 1975 Biological Weapons Convention (BWC), which bans the use and production of bio-weaponry.
In order to make more efficient and transparent, the Biological Weapons Convention (BWC) should incorporate the the word " possession" into the statement to read as follows: Biological Weapons Convention (BWC) bans the possession, use and production of bio-weaponry. This will enable the nuclear rogue states to first dismantle all nukes in their possession and apply pressure on the emerging nuclear states not go nuclear for the sake of world peace. That makes some sense, at least.
Those nations that are engaged in nuke production themselves, have no right to ban the use and production of bio-weaponry by others. In order to ensure potentially dangerous biological material is properly safeguarded world leaders should behave honestly. In asking Iran and North Korea to abandon their legitimate nuclear ambitions the USA and other "important Axis evil powers are committing grave injustice to the humanity, when none of the nuclear states, including Israel, has come forward to dismantle their own deadly nuclear arsenals. World should get rid of double standards on nuclearism and disarmament for the sake of world peace. US president has a special role to play, a neutral and positive one!
