The primary governance bodies of Pakistan which includes parliament, cabinet, judiciary, law enforcement agencies etc. had been collapsed long time ago. So if PHF has gotten of hand then this is not something unusual. There is a need to fix the root system in order to fix its subsystems. Arif R, Toronto ON
