Who Controls Fanatic India ? –II

[Some where I happened to read that India is a mysterious country, but even that time I knew the author was joking and what he meant was India is indeed a mischievous country. The way the Hindu masters control entry of Muslims into job markets, especially state sector, the way the Muslims are harassed to quit jobs and the way the Muslims are forced to go to the courts like street dogs for justice in terms of jobs, mental torture, retirement benefits do not make India  a mystery nation.. It is just the historic Indian mischief and Hindus enjoy a lot of sadistic pleasure! Since anti-Islamist sentiments are very dead deep, any news of murders of Muslims anywhere in the world is welcome positive news for Hindu India and the predominantly Hindu nation, including political Muslims( at least to show sympathy with Hindu masters) and media celebrate the “news”  by blasting semi-explosives around the country day and night.  At times, the political Muslims, cutting across the political spectrums, including Congress and Communist, BJP and BSP, Tamil DMK and ADMK are encouraged to blast more explosives to show their support which is indeed considered equivalent to India- lest they would be termed anti-Indians. Master-slave mentality is badly hidden in the Hindu leaders after the independence.  Indian cause is Hindu cause and other minorities play second fiddle to majority mentality. And Muslims, like Chrestians, in doing so have learnt this pro-Hindu trick quite marvelously; even make a mockery of their own religious tenets. After all Muslim religion does not offer jobs for Muslims. Without profits Muslims don’t do any thing. That is how fanatic India controls Muslims].

                                                      ONE

It is common knowledge that the very survival as Muslims has become a problem for many Muslims in Indian “secular democracy”. Poor Muslims who make the Muslim vote bank in India , right from the early age are desperate to find some jobs to take care of their families so as to avoid begging on streets but the regime and its various agencies and political outfits which the Indian Muslims serve faithfully, in fact more faithfully than their Islamic faith. They go to towns searching for job and many are forced to change their names to hide their religious identity to the Hindu owners around whom they approach for work. Muslims are changing their Muslim names to Hindu names, just to get jobs, which would have been denied to them, if their Muslim identity is known. In all Indian metro cities several Muslims are mentally forced to change their names and forge their Islamic identity. This nefarious practice has been gong on for decades now since 1947. Pakistan and Babri Mosque become the epicenter of Hindu-state terrorism unleashed religiously on Muslims inside India as well Jammu Kashmir. In India many Chrestians deliberately have Hindu names to fool the job givers, obtain jobs. They even pretend to be believers n Hinduism by employing all sorts of symbols. These days, even some Muslim parents offer Hinduish names to their children apart from Muslim names.

In India both central and state government serve the cause of Hindus and the Muslims are not even encouraged to compete with highly influential Hindus for seats and jobs. Equal opportunities are just the bogus slogan the anti-Muslim media hawks bull out. Constitution provides for special attention for the Muslims, but the way they are denied anything is appalling. It is atrocious to note the when a Muslim get s job in government organization even on a temporary basis, the Hindus keep reminding him or her that they have “given” them a job mercifully. It is indeed national shame.

In fact, bulks of Indian Muslim serve all sorts of Hindu political parties for a few dirty coins and betray the Muslim cause and even the ministers in central and provincial governments do not try to influence the Hindu policy towards Muslims to make India shed its deadly anti-Muslim mindset. They are aware of Hind mindset and do not want to be thrown out of the “circles" by being "over smart" asking for pity towards Muslims. Muslims who work for national and regional parties including Congress, and communist parties do not even have any idea about equality or basics of socialism and communism; all that they care for is personal uplift benefit uplift and of their family members as the arrogant Hindu leaders do in this fanatic India.

As young Muslims are denied their share in job markets both in government and non-state sectors, they are picked up by all sorts of anti-social, anti-societal forces including hooligans, lumpen elements and underworld dons and they become a part of the hidden networks being used by the state s well as private terrorism networks as tool to achieve their political and other goals. Since they get paid for the "services" rendered, they just stay on until some bad thing happen to them. Many Muslims throng around the towns in the country live like lumpens to service the Hindu lords including in politics; and the masters help slave-minded Muslim leader to make the Muslim vote bank available to a particular candidate.

In the background of bulk of Indian Muslims, perhaps at par with their Pakistani elitist counterparts, they try their best to “adjust” their way of life with Hindus and, worse, with Muslim names they in fact serve the interests of the their Hindu leaders and these Muslims prefer whisky bottles in their cars and other modes of vehicles rather than Islamic faith even on Friday Jumma hours. These murky Muslims are gainfully employed by Hindus both at regime level for surveillance and terrorism activities and private levels of all sorts. So much so it is extremely difficult to god fearing Muslims or Islam loving ones who would care for their fellow Muslims, except that they take care of their own family as well as profit interests. These bands of Muslims are the result of Indian maneuverings through social cum political engineering tactics during the past decades since 1947.  What is point in living just with a Muslim name and practice anti-Islamic norms and leading non-Muslim lives? Buy this does not mean Muslims should change even those names and exhibit their strange behavior to the Hindus who just laugh at Muslims and Islam. Hindus Muslim terrorists can behave in any manner.  

In the case of ambitious Muslim teacher/priest trained in Islamic teachings - turned self-centered politician Abdul Madani, the state and non-state agencies allied to malign him and Islam for political purposes. Muslim League found him a serious threat to its vote bank meant exclusively for the Congress party. Kerala corrupt politicians, their illegal mafias, collective media, police and intelligence outfits, judiciary plus Hindu terrorists, are keen to hang Madani for supporting the cause of Muslims when the regime had used Hindutva elements to outrage and terrorize Muslims in the state. First the Kerala regime supported Madani’s pro-Muslim stunt, but later switched sides to join the anti-Muslim network along with liquor cum real-estate mafia. When High Court of Tamilnadu released him after 10 years of unjust, illegal torture from TN Coimbatore jail where he was undergoing severest possible punishment and insults, the Keral media criminals who and the all outfits once again coordinated their activities to send him back to jail. And all of a sudden there was a big hue and cry in press about Madani terrorism and his wife’s terrorism when a special Court was reconsidering the release of Madani.. The whole terror media coverage was to influence the judiciary to reverse the judgment and put Madani back to the cage. But they failed as the judgment reasserted the pervious High court judgment.

Indian state neglect of Muslims has rendered Muslims vulnerable and credited to them the status of beggars and they develop slave mentality in the secular democracy in every sphere. India’s trade state Gujarat, now ruled by the Hindutva BJP party, where Muslims were slaughters like small  cows by communally inspired Hindu terrorists, Muslims are being compelled to change their Muslim names to Hindu names, just to get jobs in private and semi-state industries, which would have been denied to them, if their Muslim identity is known.

Some of them are killed but the Muslims die as Hindus and their dead bodies burnt according to Hindu customs. Mehboob Pathan (50) of Valak village on Surat ’s outskirts wanted was a job in the city. Having a Muslim name, he felt, came in the way. So, to get himself a job in Surat ’s diamond units, he passed himself off as Jayenti Bhatti, and managed to find work in two separate units in the Kapodara area. Early this week, his “cover” was blown, after he was brutally killed over a monetary dispute. As the distraught family stepped forward to admit that Jayenti Bhatti was indeed Mehboob Pathan, they worried that having been cremated as a Hindu, a Muslim’s soul may not find peace.

There are as many Kumars and Achus and Sudhirs, Ravis etc in Indian towns shamelessly living like Hindus. Some of them even have forgotten that they are Muslims and practice slowly Hindu stone worshiping for bread. President of the Surat Diamond Association, however, denied knowledge of Muslims passing themselves off as Hindus for jobs. In the ledgers of Surat ’s diamond units, there are many leading a double life like Pathan. His son Mushtaq is registered as Mukesh and daughter Samina as Sharmila, and both are afraid of losing their jobs if the fact was known. Diamond industry sources and workers say many Muslims assume Hindu names to find work in the city’s lucrative diamond business. The family says Pathan was a pious Muslim and the change of name was just so that he and his children could find and keep a job. A genital examination would have shown he was a Muslim. Sub-Inspector of Kadodara police V R Malhotra said they had kept the body in mortuary hoping someone would turn up. “We disposed it of according to Hindu rites “not knowing” he was a Muslim. That is to say Hindus can go to any extent now because there is none at world level to protect the Muslims, their genuine interests, but only many are available for their destruction. That is the real face of Indian democratic secularism in disgrace.

India has the dubious distinction of being a fanatic nation of all sorts of self interests collaborating and colliding and wrecked by communal strives. Muslims are forced to change their religion by undergoing such hardships for their very survival; this is cause for serious alarm. It is indeed the top most national shame on par with the destruction of grand Babri Mosque by Hindu terrorists aided by media, police, military and state. Indian governments must pass very stringent hate crime laws to punish those who have enjoy absolute freedom and unaccountability to carry out their nefarious anti-Muslim hate campaigns directly and through the nasty Indian media.

Custodial murders are not uncommon in democratic India and the plight of Muslims- the so-called Indian “enemy” and now the famous “terrorists”- is still worse and it needs some attention. In Maharashtra , where the Hndutva forces are strong in presence politically and economically, the situation is even more precarious. Muslims are openly denied jobs in state plus private sectors, but that is not the only state crime committed against Muslims- India ’s largest minority community. The state has let loose the police and other service agencies to target Muslims and cripple their trade. Police go free killing any Muslim arrested on fictitious “terrorism” plank charges. Leave alone the scenes of tortures in Indian jails of Muslims as “undesired elements”. The Bombay high court recently ordered a CBI probe into the custodial death of 22-year-old Vikhroli resident Altaf Sheikh and suspended three Ghatkopar police officers till the investigation gets over.  The court has thus asked the CBI to register an offence of murder, causing grievous hurt and destruction of evidence against three officers of Ghatkopar police station-sub-inspector Sanjay Khedekar, head constable Raghunath Kolekar and constable Sanjay Thombre. The HC has also directed the agency to register an offence against the nayab tehsildar who drew the inquest panchnama.

Altaf, a resident of Parksite in Vikhroli, was picked up by the Ghatkopar police at 4 am on Sept 11, in connection with a break-in case.. Around 10 am, he was taken to Rajawadi Hospital where he was declared dead on arrival. Assistant commissioner of police Prakash Wani, who filed an affidavit in court, claimed that the officers treated Altaf properly. The court found this hard to believe as the initial police report did not mention any injury suffered by Altaf. "Prima facie, the conclusion is that the injuries were sustained in police custody.'' The autopsy said Altaf died of skull fracture and haemorrhage. The court had termed the youth's death as a "cold-blooded murder''. "Prima facie, we feel it is a case of death due to torture,'' stated a division bench of Justice Bilal Nazki and Justice A R Joshi, refusing to accept the police's claim that Altaf died of drug overdose. The police's claim was at odds with Altaf's post-mortem report, which recorded 12 injuries on his body, of which at least four were fatal, the court said. The judges slammed the inquest panchnama and magisterial inquiry conducted by the pro-Hindutva `nayab tehsildar' that said his body did not bear any external injury. "It was an attempt to hush up the case,'' the judges said, adding that the state agencies could not be relied upon anymore to investigate the case properly. The court had rejected the state's plea to stay the HC order to give it time to approach the apex court. Advocate Yug Chaudhry, counsel for Altaf's mother Meherunissa, called the HC order unprecedented.

Mischief in India belongs to all state agencies and media criminals who churn out filth as facts. The CBI has been given a free hand to probe the case and has also been given the liberty to approach the HC if they need permission to exhume Altaf's body. The state government, currently of Congress-Nationalistic Congress, however, said they would challenge the court's verdict. According to the 2007 National Crime Records Bureau list, Maharashtra leads the country in custodial deaths, with a percentage of 22. But not a single criminal case has been registered. The police always get away with murder as the cops investigate the cops. However, the future course of investigations cannot be in favor of truth and justice as Hindu India does not think it has right to protect the lives and properties of Muslims.

                                              THREE

Anti-Muslim agenda of secular India is not a heavily guarded secret now. All human rights organizations are controlled by the Indian regime and intelligence outfits. Hindu India under the garb of democracy and secularism achieved what the communist and autocratic regimes have failed so far: unity of opinion and purpose. India cutting across political and ideological shades has just one opinion on any important issue. There re many political outfits operating in the country, but have converged on single platform to express similar, if not the same, opinion. GST-IST has enabled India to achieve that grate goal with considerable ease and consistency.

Role of judiciary in maintaining and promoting a healthy, fair, civilized society of equals cannot be easily disputed- rather it is a welcome sign. But in India the jurisprudence is either deliberately distorted or used against Muslims against their genuine interests.. Judiciary, unlike police, intelligence, media and military, cannot pretend it is unaware of the hidden agendas being hatched by the government, the majority community and its top brass leaders in all walks of life, including judiciary.  When courts ignore the legitimate interests of Muslims they indirectly let the anti-Muslim elements to target Muslims. As Judiciary for whatever reasons, including, in order to take away their legitimate share in jobs and other benefits, quickly join the Hindutva criminal elements to hoist anti-Islamic banner and punish them as terrorists on the notes received from the regime and select intelligence outfits. When judiciary fails, consciously or otherwise, to protect the Muslims and their claims in the country, all anti-societal elements go on rampage of the Muslim community and their belongings.

Hindu rulers and their media criminals try to control the judiciary against Muslims through various nefarious means. Indian judiciary is corrupt like the entire Indian society which gives birth to judges, lawyers and middle men. .  Media in the country like the politicians and bureaucrats believe the judges should be properly influenced to get the work “done”. Here the Malyali media criminals are badly shocked to see all their trumpeting about Medina /Islamic terrorism did not have the expected impact on judiciary. Thus, the media bluff died down following the reassertion of court ruling in Madani's case, though the impact is still on to show that they both against Madani and against terrorism. The mater if Hindus now judiciary and judgments could be influenced through media. All those who played terror media politics should be brought to justice now for misleading public and trying to influence the judiciary. 

In order to preempt the judicial process and influence the judges to their way of anti-Muslim mindset, media first pass their dirty judgments on Muslims as terrorists with manufactured photos and other tapes plus visuals. The problem in Keral, where the Chrestian-Jewish gangs are stronger inside India, is precarious since, as per the information, after Delhi and Mumbai, the US and UK agents are thickly populated in Kerla state and they play all necessary devilish operations against Islam and Muslims. With the coordination and active help form Hindutva extremists elements, they in deed create havoc inside India. Central Kerala is the zone infested by the Chrestian-Jewish (CIA-Mossad) networks with guidance obtained regularly from their HQ in USA and UK and other western, essentially anti-Islamic nations. Many of Malyali ministers and officials in state and central governments belong to the Central Kerla they control India pro-West, pro-Israeli policies- military minister, Asst foreign minister, Asst Home minister, NRI minister, for instance are well connected to mafias and anti-Islamic forces- rather these agencies connect the bigwigs. . This anti-Islamic phenomenon works in Kerala in full swing where the Chrestian-Jewish networks own and control the news media, both in English and Malyalam continue to churn out anti-Muslim stuff in a sustained manner, if not Madani another fellow could be projected as terrorist. That is Keral strategy which the communist regime headed by fanatic CM Achutundan supports while making full use of their services.

Totally free from judicial scrutiny, Indian media cynics skillfully portray the geneses of Indian fanaticism in a spectacular fashion. Consider the case of Babri Mosque demolition strategy of the media in the country how cunningly they first named the grand Babri mosque as the "structure" and complex" in order to support the Indian state designs to pull it down in due course by employing the Hindu terrorists drawn from all anti-Muslim networks. Judiciary should have raised their voice when Indian leaders and regime were proposing those who led the Hindu terrorists to destroy the historic Mosque for the national Bharat ratna awards.  But, alas, bereft of conscience, the judiciary kept their mouth tight shut. Probably, one of the judges was also aiming at one of the top awards for himself. Judicial misbehavior with Muslims has devastating ramifications for the present and future of Muslims who are keen to practice Islam with sincerity.
