India: Why Muslims are avoided in Cabinet Committee on Security?

As a deliberate and skillful attempt to keep Muslim leaders out of most important national committees, Muslim leaders have been avoided representation in a very powerful Cabinet Committee on Security. All political outfits, including communists and Hindutva communalists share a common anti-Muslim agenda. This obvious nexus among politicians and heir parties  deny Muslims their legitimate rights and the trickling effects of  this anti-Muslim agenda has been badly felt much worse at local levels in this so-called secular democracy.  And obviously this nation's anti-Muslimism encouraged the Hindutva terrorists, aided by the  state, to pull down the  historic Babri Mosque on fictitious pretexts.  . 

Salman Khurshid's appointment as external affairs minister marks a rebuff to allegations of impropriety against him and clears the way for the first Muslim to be part of the Cabinet Committee on Security in 22 years, after Mufti Mohammad Sayeed of PDP from Kashmir served as home minister under V P Singh of Janata Dal party.

Khurshid was earlier the minister for Justice and Minority Affairs but his elevation to one of most important portfolios amid scam charges by anti-corruption leaders has made many in New Delhi’s power corridors raise their narrow eyebrows.

UPA & Congress party supremo Sonia Gandhi who oversees the cabinet formation along with her son and MP Rahul deliberately keeps weak persons in the Manmohan cabinet so as to maintain  the power balance in hired PM Manmohan’s side and to keep the minority regime going with “outside” hired support. This internal arrangement and adjustment has propelled rampant corruption in all fields the worst since 1947 independence. 

In the absence of genuine opposition, Anna Hazare and team’s what looks like the second freedom movement is yet to take the required shape.  People keep waiting!

Now the question: Are Indian leaders keeping only the corrupt elements with inherent ability to justify their crimes alone in the Cabinet Committee on Security? Or, things happen just like that?
