Kerala Abdul Nassar Madani: Victim of Congress-BJP Hindutva vote politics

___Indian judiciary does exactly what the rulers want or expect from the judges primarily because judges are appointed by the government agencies.

As the most cleaver guys, the judges never annoy the regime because they know the consequences for such behavior from the regime bosses. .

When two years ago the Kerala government then ruled by communists handed over Abdul Nssar Madani to Karnataka government ruled by corrupt BJP Hindutva  politicians, obviously the communist leaders  were silently doing a favor to Congress party ruling the country in order only  to help them  outsmart the BJP  in vote bank politics.

After all, communist government knew the Madani s is innocent and victim of Hindutva politics of India.

After all, Madani had already undergone jail tortures in Kerala and Tamilnadu for 10 years early  before the courts  acquitted  of no cases and charges were motivated and fake.  

Madani has been languishing in Bangalore jail for no  reasons except that he had offended Hindutva forces in Kerala considered to be an illegal  state within state. .

Recently Congress party defeated BJP in Karnataka and formed ministry but has decided not to change the BJP ‘s anti-Muslim policy and hinted to the  Bangalore High Court not to  release the Madani.  Leg when Hindu terrorists attacked him with bombs in his home town.  And the court judges decided not to  grant bail to him  even though he is seriously ill and also suffers from  physical  leg problem: He los th

Muslims in India must now realize the political parties in India  both that center and states use them merely as  vote bank  stuff and agents and they continue to target the Muslims for  no crimes because they makes fanatic elements among Hindus happy.

All of them, except BJP Hindutva elements pretend to be supporting the Muslims but they in fact stab the besieged Muslims in the back.

Muslims who work as agents of political parties especially the Congress and communist parties must realize they cannot continue to support them blindly.  

Congress party is playing skillfully with the anti-BJP mindset of Indian Muslims and  hence it does not  think Muslims can vote for BJP and will have to vote for Congress party alone for mere survival

Rejection of bail petition by Madani for the fifth time by the High court of Karnataka clearly vindicates the hunch that Congress is the main enemy of Muslims and the party uses BJP  as a monstrous communal  threat to maintain Muslims vote bank.

Kerala government  ruled by Congress and Muslim league  has no time to seek justice for Madani ; they are too busy with seeking awards for their fake sport boys and girls.  The Malyalee politicians and  big guys both in Kerala and Delhi are fully immersed in getting  more and ore money from keralities living abroad, especially in Gulf countries.

A Muslim Madini's crude plight in jail for no cause does not interest them as well. 

All cases against Madani are politically motivated for mere   vote bank politics and fake. He should be released forth with.
