Israeli Agenda in Sudan

           - Dr. Abdul Ruff Colachal

Unfortunately, international forces led by global state terrorists (GST) of USA and Europe are not in the habit of leaving a country once they have been deployed. They make all out efforts to stall any national or Islamic effort to confront the western awkwardness in Sudan by their impact on Sudan's sovereignty. As a result, the current international terror military presence in Sudan is the largest in the history of the UN and the African Union. One of the Bushdoms hidden global agendas was to divide Sudan. The so-called "New Sudan" scheme, dividing the country into various parts, is closely linked to the global plans of messianic US politicians and champions of the Project for the New American Century, drawn up by the notorious Neocons under former US president GW Bush. The scheme aims to change the identity of Sudan, erasing its history and sapping the power of its people.

The 2005 Comprehensive Peace Agreement, or Naivasha Agreement established a federal system in the country and ended the civil war. But, the Darfur crisis, the deteriorating conditions in three regions, the economic and diplomatic blockade, and the worsening living and social conditions in the country have caused serious strains in the society.  The assistance of US companies have enhanced and reinforce the capabilities of the southern government's army and air force while new military vehicles, as well as stockpiles of weapons, have been bought into the south. Currently, the southern government has diplomatic representation in 20 countries in Africa, Europe and the Western hemisphere. And finally, today, the major outcome of the devastating Bushdom agenda is that the South Sudanese President Salva Kiir, leader of the southern-based Sudan People's Liberation Movement (SPLM), has called on southerners to vote to secede from Sudan igniting a civil war to kill Muslims.

In June 2008 President Omar al-Beshir told visiting UN Security Council ambassadors in the capital Khartoum that a crisis in Sudan s contested oil region of Abyei - "the topmost remaining issue" in implementation of the 2005 peace agreement between north and south Sudan after the Africa s 21-year (longest-running civil war) conflict killing thousands of Sudanese people, ,- would be resolved soon through dialogue. Western world and Israel helped escalate the conflict further.

In spite of insistence by France & Co on action against Sudan, the United Nations Security Council has failed to agree on a response to Sudan's decision to expel 13 aid groups from the country following the indictment of its president for war crimes. The Western attempt was blocked by opposition from Sudan's council allies, Libya and China. Sudan in turn accused aid agencies such as CARE and Save the Children of co-operating with the court and giving false testimony. Libya, which then headed both the UNSC council and the African Union, said foreign ministers from the Arab League and African Union states would pursue to spoil the ill-motivated western intensions against Sudan. Al-Bashir has dismissed the court's move as a ploy by Western powers and the move has led to angry protests in the nation's capital, Khartoum.

Meanwhile, Omar al-Bashir, vindictively indicted by the International Criminal Court, has pulled out of summit of Organisation of the Islamic Conference (OIC) in Istanbul owing to domestic pressure to "find a solution" to a dispute between his ruling National Congress Party and the Sudan People's Liberation Movement. The Turkish government had welcomed the attendance of President Bashir at the meeting and said that he would not be arrested. But the EU, which Turkey hopes to join, wanted the invitation to be withdrawn. President Abdullah Gul brushed aside a private plea from the European Union saying it was not the EU's place to interfere. And over the weekend Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan sounded an equally defiant note saying he did not believe the Sudanese leader was involved in war crimes in Darfur. Western governments have been careful not to challenge Turkey, as its foreign policy has appeared to shift sharply Eastwards. Bashir has visited several African countries since the ICC issued the warrant for his arrest in March, saying he was responsible for atrocities in Darfur. Bashir was in Egypt on Sunday, taking part in a China-Africa summit in the Red Sea resort of Sharm el-Sheikh. Turkey, which is seeking EU membership, had come under pressure from Brussels to drop Bashir from the guest list. But that is unlikely.

The destabilization of Sudan is a strategic aim for Israel, since a stable and strong Sudan would strengthen the Arabs and their national security. The crisis in Sudan is a part of the larger hidden agenda of Mossad-CIA under Bushes Sr. & Jr. and their notorious Neocons, to escalate terror wars world wide so that Palestine issue is relegated to sideways. Sudan had the potential of a regional power, even more than Egypt and Saudi Arabia. Israel and its allies had destroyed the pan-Arab role of Iraq after the US-led occupation in 2003. Eliminating the Sudanese role could be achieved through the continuing crisis in Darfur. Israel's Security Minister Avi Dichter said that Israel's allies have performed well in Sudan's south, as well as in the western and eastern parts of Sudan, admitting that it is Mossad with help from western allies led by Pentagon-CIA has ill-focused on Sudan. Israel has therefore long made a point of infiltrating Sudan and Iraq through local stooges or international allies since Sudan and Iraq as part of a geographical cordon surrounding the Zionist entity. Now Iran has been added to Israeli target.

Over decides of manipulations and maneuverings, USA and Israel has made the world legal bodies dangerous for the humanity. The most recent instance of foreign interference in Sudanese affairs has come in the action taken by the International Criminal Court (ICC) against Sudanese President Omar Al-Bashir. The ICC has accused Al-Bashir of war crimes, and since then major countries have been trying to blackmail Sudan, offering a reprieve from an international trial in return for a change in Sudanese policies. This leaves one in no doubt that the ICC allegations are motivated more by politics than by justice. The fascist Israel that has already killed thousands of innocent Palestinians in a move to ethnic cleansing in Palestine for expanding illegal occupation by the Zionist regime is pushing for punishment of Al-Bashir. USA and European allies are behind their terror ally in Mideast. This explains why the Zionist regime in so bold as to unleash a holocaust in Palestine killing thousands of innocent Palestinians, including children, women and old people, and, especially, why President Obama who declared the establishment of Palestine state as his top policy priority, now tries to eat his own words about his demand for freeze on Jewish illegal settlements in Palestine.
