On Withdrawal of US Terror Forces from Iraq-II

-By Dr. Abdul Ruff Colachal

Global State Terrorists in Islamic World

GSTs wear “democracy” shelters to pursue their resource hunt in Arab world and to destabilize Muslim nations that seek to establish Islamic way of life. These nuclear rogues emply threat perceptions to advance their immoral goals. In 2003 US Pentagon had proceeded on to Iraqi kill after the fall of Afghanistan along with thousands of innocent Muslim lives on the premises that once they begin the onslaught in Afghanistan, other "willing coalition partners" would join them in Iraq and Pakistan as a matter of protecting essentially the interests of the Western powers. Hence when the Pentagon embarked upon invasions first in Afghanistan and then in Iraq, notwithstanding the feeble verbal protests from France and the like, the entire West and its Eastern cronies like India aided the global state terrorists in killing the "enemy" - the Muslims. Even russai and china kept to their own brand of power game and did not do anything make UNSC stop the Islamic murders. Non-Islamic mullahs around – the Pope and other hon. oeligious leaders,  did not call for the halting of the genocides and destructions threatning the humanity in many ways, because they all are unanimous that Islam has to be defamed and the Muslims murderd.  No wonder the GSTs still continue their holocaust as per a detailed anti-Islamic plan.

On the fateful December 30, 2006, Saddam Hussein was assassinated by the occupation terror forces from the western “democracies” with help of some pre-paid pro-US Iraqi agents. In order prepare  reaosn for NATO attack, the Bush administration made a number of false allegations against Iraq, including that Iraq was acquiring uranium from Niger and that Iraq had secret weapons laboratories in trailers and isolated facilities throughout Iraq; none of these allegations have proven true. Saddam Hussein, under pressure from the U.S. and the U.N., finally agreed to allow weapons inspectors to return to Iraq in 2002 to deny any “valid” reason to invade, but by that time the Bush administration had already begun pushing for war supported all anti-Islamic nations, including fascist Israel.  However, even according to a comprehensive U.S. government report, no weapons of mass destruction have been found since the invasion. Global media are silent about that, but still trying to support the GSTs for making quick money.

In June 2002, Operation Southern Watch transitioned to Operation Southern Focus, bombing sites around Iraq. The first CIA team entered Iraq on 2002 July10. This team was composed of elite CIA Special Activities Division and the U.S. Military's elite Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) operators. On 2003 March 20, a US-organized terror coalition invaded Iraq, with the stated reason that Iraq had failed to abandon its nuclear and chemical weapons development program in violation of U.N. Resolution 687. The USA asserted that because Iraq was in material breach of Resolution 687, the armed forces authorization of Resolution 678 was revived. The USA further justified the invasion by claiming that Iraq had or was developing weapons of mass destruction and stating a desire to remove an oppressive dictator from power and bring democracy to Iraq. In his State of the Union Address on January 29, 2002, President G. W. Bush declared that Iraq was a member of the "Axis of Evil", and that, like North Korea and Iran, Iraq's attempt to acquire weapons of mass destruction posed a serious threat to U.S. national security.

USA plus terror allies plus Israel were keen to let the opportunity slip and quickly invade Iraq and cease energy resources after killing Saddam and his allies. Following the invasion, the USA established the Coalition Provisional Authority to govern Iraq. Government authority was transferred to an Iraqi Interim Government in June 2004, and a permanent government was elected in October 2005. More than 140,000 troops, mainly Americans, remain in Iraq. Some studies have placed the number of civilians deaths as high as 655,000 (see The Lancet study), Although violence has declined from the summer of 2007, the U.N. reported of a cholera outbreak in Iraq as natural reaction to the rising of heaps of dead bodies and environmental pollution by the occupying terror forces.  The mandate of the multinational force in Iraq, last extended by UN resolution 1790, ended on 2008 31 December.

*** US-led GSTs took control of Iraqi resources rather quickly, especially the energy sources and unleashed not only terror but also rampant corruption there systematically. The breach through which Iraq’s public funds are flooding wasn't opened in 2003. Corruption was already a problem prior to the invasion, but it took on a new dimension under the American occupation. At least three separate factors contributed to this phenomenon. The first was the failure to establish any type of financial or quality control on "reconstruction" work in the post-war period. Foreign contractors could not help but to notice what was happening and quickly sought to take advantage. There are documented accounts of the massive amounts that were spent on bribery, no-bid contracts, construction projects that led absolutely nowhere, of American officials who would force Iraqis to overbid for contracts and then pocket much of the profit for themselves.

The destruction and reconstruction of the Iraqi state proceeded along completely different lines: a reactionary approach began by encouraging the dismantling of any institution or body that was under the control of the Ba'ath party, regardless of what role that institution actually played and whether it functioned efficiently or not, and went on to establish a constitutional framework that was designed merely to be the opposite of the previous set-up, in the hope that this would prevent a recurrence of the mistakes of the past. Little thought was given to whether what resulted actually amounted to any regime change or democracy engineering or a coherent state structure, and whether it was in keeping with Iraqi working methods and traditions.

In order to pluntering Iraqi resources  the invaders sought the support of all those who opposed Saddam as well as outsiders. After the assassination of the Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein by the occupying forces plus their loyal agents in Iraq, many Iraqis settled abroad in different formats including as foreign agents, cheats, pickpockets were brought back by the Bushdom's new  regime in Baghdad to take revenge on Iraqis and ruin Iraq with foreign support and arms. They planned and did that part also well. After invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq , the one of the first steps undertaken by the occupiers was to bring back the locals living abroad  by wooing them with cash and work. Thus, many self-serving Iraqis returned to the country in 2003 in the wake of US tanks and troops, after spending decades outside doing all sorts of works including anti-Iraqi agents, pickpockets, criminals, robbers, etc. and supported US-led invasions and helped them to kill more and more Iraqis and get paid for the “job” by the new masters. The occupiers promoted the inflow of Iraqis for destabilization works in Iraq.

US forces encouraged corruption, crimes and all sorts of nasty work inside Saddam’s lands.. Businessman Ahmed Chalabi and Al-Rubaie were examples of this NATO trends in post Saddam Iraq . Al-Rubaie was appointed Baghdad ’s national security adviser in 2004, came face-to-face with his “mortal enemy” Saddam Hussein in a prison and led the former president hitherto called “dictator” up a flight of steps to the gallows. As the national security adviser pampered by terror USA, Al-Rubaie watched as “his country” plunged into terror even in 2006 and 2007, when up to 3,000 people died in murders and bombings some months. He traveled to Washington , first to ask the American bosses to be “patient” and to negotiate with them over their withdrawal along with the war booty. He went to the Iraqi city of Najaf and the Iranian capital Tehran to obtain the blessings of what his masters fondly call “the mullahs”. But destiny got him on the wrong foot as US dumped him after using him to destroy Saddam’s Baath party.  Al-Rubaie is clearly out of US favor now, and his career as national security adviser is over. But instead of giving up, al-Rubaie has founded his own party to pursue his interests. Two weeks ago, its members convened in Baghdad ’s legendary Palestine Hotel for their founding congress. US seem  to  have some other plan.

Ahmed Chalabi, another fallen politician, groomed by Bushdom in Iraq , with big plans, was the Pentagon's candidate of choice to be leader of the new Iraq , but his popularity in Washington plummeted with that of former US President George W. Bush and former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld. He hopes to reestablish the United Iraqi Alliance, which brought the Shiites to power and secured them the office of prime minister in 2005. A descendant of high-ranking officials during the Ottoman period, Chalabi wants to forge together Iraq , Iran , Turkey and Syria as the successors to the four traditional realms of the Middle East -- Baghdad ’s Abbasid dynasty, the Persian Sassanid Empire, Istanbul ’s Ottomans and Damascus ’s Umayyad dynasty -- into a new alliance. The inclusion of Iran in the proposed union is one reason for his falling out of favor with the Americans. Iraqis and Persians, says Chalabi, have been neighbors for thousands of years. Ignoring small-minded objections, Chalabi envisions a sort of new Baghdad Pact like the Cold War-era treaty adopted by Iraq , Iran , Turkey , Pakistan and Britain in 1955. After conspiring with the foreign dictators helping them in all ways of genocides and destructions, he now expects the Arab world to take him seriously as a real Arab warrior.
