Pakistan Observer writes in its issue of to day 12th April that Rawalpindi Traffic Police will take action against those who drive without number plates which is something completely unknown to me and I have not see any vehicle on road in Saudi Arabia where I worked during 1976-78 and in Kuwait where I am since 1978. Excuse me if I am wrong as at least I have not read any condolence message in your esteemed newspaper ‘Pakistan Observer’ wherein President Zardari, PM Gilani and Army Chief Gen Kayani have issued any condolence message on the deaths of those who are buried under tons of snow for many days in any case. It is really very much heartening to read what Pakistan Observer of today Mon 9th April, 2012 wrote about Islamabad police wherein not only as many as 1,508 criminals have been arrested but also Rs 124.6 million have been recovered during the year.
