First of All, As pr the constitution any Pakistani can go to any place in Pakistan. then how can any provincial Govt stop any one from entering the province or asking for registration. Does it mean, from now on, anyone who wants to go from one province to another, have to do the registration fist.... where are we heading ...

We are with Swat people but safety of Pakistan is a vital issue. Many terrorist are fleeing the area and they are hiding within these innocent people and could pose danger to Karachi. We should help these people by placing them in a control area where these terrorist can be identify and be removed from these innocent people.
