1-the easiest, let the whole video play, then goto temporary INTERNET files folder, location you can get from tool-->INTERNET options. The file get downloaded there automatically, look at the size and extension(FLV), you will be able to locate, Copy and paste to any location, done. Without copying don't close the window. After copying rename the file extention to FLV.
2-This second method is for you tube, click o the video, it will take you to its you tube link, from you tube copy the shortcut from address bar, then goto google and search for you tube download, you will get many sites, those sites will ask you about the shortcut of the you tube and will give u download in the return.
I normally use method 1, as it is very easy and fast, just let the movie load completely, goto temporary files, copy and paste.
I hope it will be helpful, other wise as me again for clarification.
