initially i thought that you are some kind of learned man but after reading your writings i got to the conclusion that you are blind follower of west's liberal agenda and totally biased man.
i will try to give you answer of your post line by line, although i am quite confident that biased and complexed person like you wont going to admit any thing.
I haven't seen the movies but from its excerpts and clippings shown on the TV, and the views and comments expressed by those who have seen it, it appears to be a bold effort on the part of the producer and actors to effectively challenge the mullah brand of Islam which is not always in consonance with the real spirit of Islam.
Only biased person like you can say thing like this, without seeing a movie how can you even comment on it. But as soon as you came to know that this movie is against Mullah, you picked your pen and put your full support in its basket, what a shame. If you are so ashamed of your religion and its teachings the why don't you change it.
I think, it is time we got to know the real Islam, through research and Ijtehad,
Like all west forces you want to put all Muslims in the state of chaos instead of belief. by chanting the slogan of Ijtihad on every matter, Do you even know what Ijtihad is? Do you even know in which cases one can need Ijtihad. No you don't know. Let me tell you, if there is a case which is not covered completely in Qurran and sunnah, then only one may need Ijtihad, But do you know the pre-requisite of Ijtihad, Do you know who is eligible to do the Ijtihad?
One cant go for ijtihad for every thing. And only religious scholars with complete knowledge of shariah and sunnah and Qurran can do ijtihad, which means unfortunately the Mullah you hate so much, are the only one to do ijtihad.
an Islam meant for all ages and places and practice it UNDERSTANDINGLY rather than just automaton like adhere to the medieval times not letting us progress and catch up with the developed nations of the world.
I will really appreciate, if you can provide us with some examples in which you think Islam is the basic force behind one's failure.
Unfortunately, every time someone mentions progress of the West, he is dubbed to be preaching behayai and besharmi. Somehow or the other nothing but sex and sex alone seems to visible to our clergy when they look at the West. For God's sake, please do not identify development of the West with sex only and start counting the number of their unwed mothers, divorces, unmarried couples living together, homosexual gays and lesbians, bikini clad girls at the beaches etc. Sex and Hollywood only are not the West. And, also please do not think even for a second that anyone in his proper senses would be advocating behayai or besharmi. Not at all, Sir, not at all. On the other hand please do look also at their advancement in various fields like science & technology, education, industrial, medicine, armament, space, travel, academics, scholastics and many many more.
I am agree with you, but you should agree with me as well, If west is not the name of beyshurmi and beyhayai only then Islam and every beard man and every mullah is also not the name of terrorist.
And for your development examples, we should go and get the technologies from them and we should learn them as well, but by learning the technologies one should not mix it with adopting their culture as well and we also should remember this shair of Iqbal as well.

the same way Qura'n ordains us to conquer the earth and the skies, tear up the chest of the seas but that can only be done by scientific and technological knowledge and not by remaining away from them which unfortunately we are discouraged to acquire by the semi-literate clergy and that too, ironically, in the name of Islam.
What to talk of conquering the moon and the Mars, we are not even expected to sight them through scientific computations and methods. Islam does not believe in papaiyat. An abd can directly commune with his Ma'bood. Why must have an intermediary in between?

Yes, we should learn the scientific education but not at the cost of religion and culture.

and in last Iqbal himself has predicted that Europe will one day die itself because of their culture.
In the end one advice for you, please first see the film and then pass comments on it.
Few things for your knowledge
1-They have said Music is halal, which is not, if you want direct references from Qurran and ahadith i can provide.
2-they said Muslim women can marry with non-Muslims, which is not the case
and many other things as well, but main focus of the film is on above two things.

there are many renowned aalims in Pakistan
who ,when after the Huqooq-e-niswaan, gave verdict that this this bill is anti-Islamic, no one cared to listen, Government and MQM rejected them.
but when these same mullah gave verdict against LAL Masjid, all above who first denied them, started acknowledged them, and on the basis of these mullahs, started blaming LAL Masjid.
After LAL Masjid they again said Suicide attacks are not halal, Government and its allies welcome this and start propagating there fatwa
but when these same mullahs said stop this movie, or stop other illegal activites.... no action and instead government and its allies start bashing them..
why these dual standards
i only have one request to all...
either follow one person or dont follow
dont be choosy...

if one can do some thing then he will say this is Islam and if he cant do, he will say this is not islam...

but on the other hand i dont want any question put infront of me to go UN answered as well.
no film is according to sharia law, they are violating the sharia laws but they are not claiming their act according to Islam, they arenot trying to preach evil under the name of Islam.
if any movie has nude dance, its a sin, but no fatwa needed as it is known to all, and it is haram, no debate needed. but if a movie claims it self according to Islam, and not only claim but in the movie if they try to prove it according to Islam, then such act should be stopped.
although i think it is quite obvious from the above fatwa that why we are against this movie especially.
and there is another reason as well, government is financing this movie and India is not allowing this bcz they think it will hurt Muslims, so it meas India as a secular country is taking care of Muslims feelings more then Pakistan an Islamic state.

At the moment media in Pakistan is publicizing this movie alot.
So my duty is to tell people what is wrong in the movie, otherwise the common man who dont have good knowledge of Islam, will consider the movie as true and will try to adopt the teachings given in movie.
There are hell of movies in the world, porn and other stuff as well, but they are not from Pakistan and not all of them are in Pakistani cinema, so the impact this movie can be more then others.

first of all, many will be thinking that why i criticize GEO all the time, so answer to this question, i am only watching GEO now a days, as in my area AAJ TV is not available, although all these private channels have same agenda regarding Islam.
i will explain in the end the agenda of these channels now first of all i will like to share my views regarding this movie.
now many muftiyaan-e-karam have given fatwas against this movie, but i haven't seen any news on GEO TV regarding this fatwa, and no voice from social and public sector (NGO's) regrading this fatwa (whether in favor or against), why?
answer is very simple they dont want to propagate this fatwa, why?
i know and i can bet, if a small mosque from a far corner of Pakistan issues any fatwa which supports extremism ideologies, all above parties will with full force propagate the fatwa, to de-fame the Islam.
why?
why no one with power/ with access to media is working for Islam.
what we will get in the end if we keep on insulting Islam?
now all TV channels have same agenda, the examples are
1-GEO has the biggest Aalim of all time "DR" Amir Liaqat
2-AAJ has another Javed Ahmed Ghamdi (he is the story writer of above film as well)
3-ARY is leading in propagating homosexuality.
