Iqbal Hadi Zaidi, Former Business & Manpower Adviser, Pakistan Embassy, Kuwait is talking to Mr. Abdul Hameed Al Dashti on 8th February, 2012. Kuwait National Assembly elections were held on 2nd February and he won with a very big margin. On Friday 9th February 2012, Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhamamd Chauhdry heading a larger bench on 8 judges dismissed the appeal filed by Prime Minister challenging SC orders about indicting him in contempt of court. SC had earlier ordered that PM Syed Yousuf Raza Gillani must appear in person on 13th instant before SC to face the contempt of court which has been labeled against him. Supreme Court of Pakistan in general and its Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhary in particular must be very attentively listened by our VVIPs namely President and Prime Minister as in just last few days some steps taken by SC warrant strict and immediate action otherwise the situation can take a serious and unpleasant turn which much be avoided in any case.
