Immunity Under Constitution by Col. Riaz Jafri (Retd)

I think the constitution of Pakistan warrants that no law repugnant to Qura’n and Sunnah will be incorporated in the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Does the immunity granted to the President and the Governors under the constitution not contradict it ? Click here to read Full Article
